Unfortunately, the restaurant did not have working air conditioning, which made the dining…read moreexperience extremely uncomfortable. The food and service were excellent and the staff did a great job despite the circumstances. What was especially frustrating was that the restaurant already knew there was an issue with the air conditioning but did not make that clear to us beforehand. On a hot day, this significantly affected our experience... and is totally wrong to subject your staff to those working conditions! I hope the restaurant addresses the problem so future guests can enjoy the food and excellent service in a comfortable environment.

Several frantic calls to Wendy's went unanswered, so I took a shot and called Hardee's. Mr. Cardin collected my wife's purse and returned it to her via UPS Overnight the very next day. There were a number of credit cards and a sizable amount of cash in her rather expensive Michael Kors purse. The good folks at Wendy's kept it safe, and Mr. Cardin returned it with everything we'd hoped would still be there. So very thankful for the integrity all around and Joe's eagerness to go the extra mile for a stranger.
