Had a VERY large order so I went inside. First thing is I noticed that most of the McDonald's around here can't keep their ice cream machine going... Theirs was working! Ok, so after ordering all the food, the cashier who seemed to be newer didn't have any trouble keeping things in order. Food was made much quicker than I expected for an order my size. I checked it before we left, and not a thing out of place! All food there and accounted for. The cashier was nice to top it off. Fries were fresh as well. ONLY issue I had was my burrito was hard. I don't need at McDonald's much but these past two weeks I've been trying to get my hands on a shamrock shake. I went last week on Thursday ordered at like 950 showed up at like 10 told me that they were closed. How ridiculous why would you let me make a Mobile Order if you were closed? Then after they answered on the drive-through machine, they told me my refund would go through in two hours never went through. Had another girl in the car with me. Hers also didn't go through when again tonight to try to get another shamrock shake, however they told me they couldn't do my drive-through order even though I ordered for drive-through. So I went inside and I gave them my code. They told me they couldn't find it. I said that's because I ordered it for the drive-through, and they went back to the back and they came back and said yeah we can't make your shamrock shake because the ice cream machine is down! However, my friends were in the car waiting for their orders and they watch someone bring out their shamrock shake. It's getting quite ridiculous how they're making excuses for my order, don't really order from McDonald's much so you think they would want my business. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. I don't think it's right didn't refund my money last week and I don't think that they're going to refund me this week. They told me if I don't get refunded two hours. Do we have to give this place a star? Because it doesn't deserve one. My husband ordered and paid for a double cheeseburger here while I waited in the car. He thought he'd be out in 5 minutes, 10 tops. After 40 minutes of waiting, he still didn't have his food, and they were serving numbers 10+ beyond the number on his ticket. My husband finally gave his receipt to another guy and left empty-handed. No access to anyone behind the counter for help with anything, no satisfaction or recourse beyond this review. read more

The service at drive thru is horrible... I asked for a fish sandwich cooked fresh. I was in line for 30 minutes and no I'm not lien it was exactly 30 minutes. the fish sandwich was not even like warm. I usually check my food before I leave but I didn't. This McDonald's have went down bad. My son happy meal was cold also.. You would have thought that since I been in line for 30 minutes everything would have been fresh boy was I wrong. The last 6 times I have been here I've had to wait 20+ mins just to get a single big Mac meal. One previous time the whole stag quit except for the manager and two others and they didn't turn people away or tell them they would be a hour wait. They just kept taking orders. What a joke. Breakfast was cold, frappe machine "down", and rude employees that just hand your food out of the window without even speaking. Second time I've gone, ordered a sweet tea, and received a sprite. How hard is that to get right? Just shut the place down already. There was a management change and this got better for a little while but it sucks again. Service is terrible. This has to be the slowest McDonalds ever and my order is almost always wrong. You would think they could get the order correct since it takes so damn long. Almost always they ask you pull up or park in the drive thru. Somehow they also never have ICE! I mostly only order Ice Coffee from this location. Depends on who's working the coffee is either super sweet or it tastes just like black coffee. Very seldom do they ever get it right. 9/10 times they don't even stir it for you. When asked for something to stir my coffee with at the drive thru window I was informed that they didn't have anything to stir it with and that they were not required to stir it! Worst McDonald's I have ever seen. Half eaten in the middle of the floor along with other trash. They didn't have 1/4 lb meat. So no quarter pounders or no Big Mac. I finally oordered for them to get it wrong. I ended up with a hard grilled chicken sandwich but did not want to stand in line any more but ended up having to back twice for thongs forgotten. By far the worst Mcdonalds around. No exaggeration here. Every single time I break and decide to give them another try It happens again. I have never left with everything I pay for. I guess the people they hire to expedite food can't count up to 4 sandwiches. Or multiple fry's. Then after getting to work or home you try to call and magically there phone is always busy or left off the hook. So then you try to call the "main office" they never answer. This franchise lost my business for good today. Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes of my lunch break, no cars moved, no drivers spoke to drive-thru speaker. I parked and went inside thinking maybe it would be faster. I waited another 15 minutes before I finally just left. I was completely ignored once I got inside. The employees were laughing and cutting up and being loud. 1 cashier took the order of the person in front of me, and then shut her register down. Another finally came up to another register, at which time she proceeded to assist the 2 people behind me in line. I do not see color of skin, but evidently that cashier did. This McDonald's has been very slow and cashiers rude before, but this was the worst ever. I refuse to be treated like that, there is no excuse. I will no longer be going to this McDonald's, even if it is 2 blocks from my home. read more

Went in for a new steakhouse third pound sirloin burger and waited 15 minutes for order. While waiting for order, I saw 4-5 people walk in and be handed a bag of food. None of these people paid! After the 15 minutes, I checked on my order and was then told that they were "out" of the sirloin burgers. So I ordered the double quarter pounder with cheese. After approximately 20-25 minutes, I checked on my order again and was told that they had not even started my order! Again, during my wait, I watched more than 5 people walk in and be handed a bag of food without paying! To say the service was terrible would be an overstatement. If I had not been driving all day long and didn't want to search out other restaurants in the area, I would have just left without eating anything!!! I should've asked for my money back but by then I just wanted to eat and leave. I will NOT be eating at this location ever again. And if I hadn't thought that management was a part of the free food giveaway scheme, I would've suggested they watch their camera recordings to see perhaps why they "ran out" of a specialty burger on a Friday night!!! read more
