Lobby closed and they still get people stuck in the drive thru for 40 minutes and can't leave!!! It's absolutely insane. Don't accept cards half the time. Staff smell like weed with face tats and can barely speak fluent english. They clearly source their employees from the hood. This place is a disaster. Menu lights don't even work. Total trash. If I could give this negative stars I would. You could improve anything and everything about this Wendy's. First off the man working is rude and gave me attitude for pulling up the window and not the door for my pickup order, which makes no sense no one was behind us, and then proceeded to mess up every single item we ordered. We had 3 meals and everything from vanilla frostys when we asked for chocolate, regular nuggets when we asked for spicy and payed extra for saucy ones, the fries were stale and oh yeah they also messed up the burgers too. Things you don't want to hear the manager say: - I'm sorry you had to wait so long to get to the counter. - Make sure your fries are still hot. - It's like this every Sunday. And I was, indeed, here on a Sunday and did experience a wait. It's not that people weren't doing their job. It feels like they would have benefited from having just one more person working there, perhaps at the counter. The one woman who had been doing all the work there until the manager stepped in to help had to split her time between taking orders, setting up bags/trays of orders, and constantly checking the monitor. The drive-thru wasn't any better, there was quite a line wrapped around the building. Our meals were fine, but I did notice some greens sticking outside of the lid of my salad, probably meaning the salad was prepared hastily. read more

Jumped off the thruway on our way to Illinois and was extremely disappointed. Rolls tasted like they were 4 days old. Chicken nuggets and fries were cold. No ice in pop machine and the pop tasted off. Not to mention upon entering you were thrown into the frozen tundra, bathrooms were an absolute mess with no toilet paper! Do better Clayton! read more

This Wendy restaurant has an awesome drive-tru presence. The service is hot and fast. From the twenty some visits through the drive-tru, my orders have been spot on. Of course, food quality is Wendy's excellent standard. Dave Thomas would be proud! This visit I ordered Cod Sandwich & Fry combo and wife ordered chicken sandwich and in 3 minutes back on the road. This manager that runs the store is great !!! But her staff needs retraining of customer service . When I worked at Wendy's if you had someone wait more then 2 min in the drive through it was a issue . Here nope you can wait in drive through the 20 minutes. Don't pick up door dashes here because you'll be waiting a long time I go in to restaurant after they told me I couldn't pick up on drive through . Was there for 25 minutes waiting there were 5 plus people there . Talking to each other the shift manager looked stressed . I lost money on the dash because I had to cancel it . Reason being is 20 min after they asked me what I was there for I told them they said oh crap we can make it sorry when been busy mind u there was 0 customers besides the guy who was complaining about time and not getting a bag for his chili he ordered as they sat it on the counter said here you go .. customer service should be key . Several locations I've been to are this way . Then I interview to be a gm because I know what I'm capable with my experience . I have literally never experienced as slow go a fast food place as this Wendy's. I'd rate this place zero stars if I could. You are better off going to Texas Roadhouse and ordering 200 steaks. At least you'd get your food sooner. Nothing but a bunch of dumb kids who mumble and can't say their words correctly and just goof off and talk while there are 20 cars lined up through the drive through. I've been here plenty of times due to this being one of the only food places near my work and it has never got any better. 20 minute long drive through waits. Save your time and go to the Burger King across the street. Food may not be better but at least you're not waiting as long as you'd wait in a fine dining restaraunt. read more

Every time we go to this Wendy's it is the same story never getting what we order. Even after getting back home and calling in to management and them issuing a credit for the food missing . Going back to pick up everything yet again there is missing food. Wow frustrating !!! Please put some people in there that have some attention to detail and checking orders before they leave. Anthony the cashier was a breath of fresh air! We drove to the Brookville Wendy's first and the line was so long inside and out after 20 minutes of standing without moving my fiancé said let's go to one down the road. I'm so glad he did because we came to this one after that first Wendy's fiasco and there was no line and Anthony was so kind and had amazing customer connections. Amazing job to this Wendy's. Took us about 17 tries to order our food at the drive through. Then the order wasn't correct.

So much for customer service. The rudest cashier ever. She did not even look at us when ordering or even acknowledge us standing there waiting to order, no apology when I had to go back up for several things they forgot and couldn't even say you're welcome when I said thank you for the things THEY forgot. Hire some staff that have some MANNERS please and act like they want to be there instead of standing there with the worst sour look ever. read more

I would give them zero stars if possible. Tried to get in and order food inside 15 minutes before closing time and the man at the counter motioned us to the drive through. So I put my phone to the window and pointed at the time then walked away. Then the mans friend who was a girl and he was flirting with while we were trying to get in yelled at us. Last 3 times I have had poor experiences at this location. Service is horribly slow. I was 3rd car in line waited 14 minutes and when I did get to the speaker the fellow said he needed to put me on hold for a few minutes . 2 minutes later he came back and I had to repeat the order twice. It was 3 items. As I moved on to pay the fellow there gave me the wrong change shorted me $1. I told him he owed me more money and he gave it to me and the receipt and on the receipt, it had the change listed I was supposed to get. Either his subtraction sucked or he did not read the receipt. Next window encountered what appeared to be a manager looking person who came across a mad about something. Never said thank you have a nice day just shoved out the bag and frosty and closed the window. Burger King is building across the street and Sonic is down the street maybe those might be better choices. Wendy's has also become quite expensive. read more
