Things you don't want to hear the manager say: - I'm sorry you had to wait so long to get to the counter. - Make sure your fries are still hot. - It's like this every Sunday. And I was, indeed, here on a Sunday and did experience a wait. It's not that people weren't doing their job. It feels like they would have benefited from having just one more person working there, perhaps at the counter. The one woman who had been doing all the work there until the manager stepped in to help had to split her time between taking orders, setting up bags/trays of orders, and constantly checking the monitor. The drive-thru wasn't any better, there was quite a line wrapped around the building.
