This is not my favorite Wendy's location. My main issue is their consistent instances of not meeting customer service expectations. I've had interesting check ins with this location and neither of which were favorable. The first situation was when I submitted an online drive thru order and they required me, after waiting in line for 10 minutes, to go into the restaurant to fulfill my order. If you know anything about this location, the turn into this Wendy's isn't great. On the other end, the drive thru exits only to the main street. In order for me to go into the restaurant for that order, I had to exit the drive thru onto the busy main road and cross back into the establishment. Not only that, when arriving to the dining area, the staff was not very welcoming. The second instance of me eating here was not as appalling. The only thing they fell short on was not having any ice on a hot day. This was a minor inconvenience and things happen so I will not penalize them for that. The only saving grace this location had in my opinion was their food was well prepared and executed orders accurately. I gave this visit and recent history a 2/5 due to their inability to meet customer expectations and failure to complete online orders through their own system. For me, online orders are integral to the success of drive thru business due to the decrease in time to take orders. Not only that, it helps eliminate discrepancies in the ordering process. If a restaurant that offers mobile/online orders cannot deliver adequate service, they should train their staff more or they shouldn't have mobile orders at all. read more

This place is pathetic... Stop by tonight to get dinner after attending Blink in downtown Cincinnati. Pulled up to the speaker and was told that they were only taking Mobile and Door Dash orders. If you cannot take a live order and have to rely on an app to do so you should not be in business. Stop sucking, you need to be better than this. read more

This place is horrible! The manager there, Joye Squire-Benjamin, harassed my friend because she brought me there and accused me of threatening her son. We were in the area and wanted to get something to eat. Joye's son, Robert McKinney (who also works at that location), refuses to provide for his daughter, so I am stuck doing it because I will not allow any child in my home to go hungry or without. I should not be responsible for taking care of someone else's child. Though we were not there for that, all we did was order food and sit in the dining area. We were then harassed by Joye. I would have asked for the General Manager, but her son, Michael McKinney, is the General Manager in that location, so it would NOT have done any good. So, I will NEVER go to this location again and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND people go elsewhere until this location is under new management and Robert, Joye, and Michael are fired. I have also reported her actions to Corporate and informed them of the conflict of interest. read more

Sat in a full drive thru line while the employees laughed and joked and didn't even have the decency to at least tell the waiting would-be customers that they didn't feel like working. Stopped to get their famous baked potato, and famous chili too. Clean Men's room, clean ordering and dining areas. Pleasant employees. Their parking lot was divided by a medium parking barrier, which was not engineered for drainage. A large puddle was evident, all because of poor design. Contrary to older reviews, this is a really good Wendy's! Even when the drive thru line is long, it seems to go fast. I have a picky family, so my order is usually complicated and yet, they always get it right! Only downer for me is that the sweet tea never seems to be amazing, so I have been choosing a different drink recently. Employees are kind, too! read more

I walked in cuz I had to use the bathroom and there was someone standing to order and no one was at the counter. There is no way you could go there and leave within 45 minutes in that drive threw. Hands down the worst Wendy's I've ever been too, I went inside to order to make the 3 orders I had easier, got a nasty look from cashier when I said I had 3 seperate, they asked me what I had ordered 3 times before I set my receipts on the counter for them, then they asked me again literally ignoring the receipts. When I brought food back I told my guys I'd be willing the bet it was all wrong. And it was. I paid for more food than I got, they literally stole my money. When through their drive thru today. There 4 cars ahead of me. It took 18 minutes to go through the drive thru. When I finally got to the windows she tries and talk me into taking something else like a plain chicken versus the homestyle that I ordered. Then after 4 or so minutes she has me oull forward saying it will be another minute. Took also 5. I have never seen such incompentency in all my days. Obviously no testing, training or supervision of these employees. Will never go to this dump again. I will go without lunch before going here again! You can put a coat of paint on anything but if the people working at the location don't care about their jobs , the product or the customers you can be assured that the service you get and the food you guys will be sub-par. Super awesome Wendy's experience today. If you know that Dave Thomas supports adoption efforts by fundraising selling a key card good for a small frosty then you understand what I am going to say. I went through the drive-through. I got a wonderful awesome voice and she said can I help you? I proceeded to ask about the adoption key cards if they had any or not. They said they had sold out. I asked when will you get another shipment? She did not know. I explained to her my story of how I threw my old key card away. She said well I would honor it and I told her well it is expired and so I did get rid of it. I went ahead and finished my order and to my surprise when I got to the drive through the very first thing she handed me was a small frosty. I just have to say that was greatly appreciated. She could tell how I wanted to support the cause for adoption and to honor an old expired and thrown away key card was priceless. Oh yeah and the food was awesome, too! read more

Sat May 20th I visited this location after taking my cousin and her 2 year old to a local park. We order a very simple meal TWO four for fours Jr Bacons, one plain and one with everything. and a spicy chicken wrap which they originally rung up as a crispy chicken (no big deal the worker said she would fix that) so as we waited on our order we had to wait for one of the two fries for about 10 mins (maybe more) and while waiting at the counter I heard staff in the back area arguing and not listening to the manager to the point where he said "this is my ship, Im the captain of this ship and you all take my orders/comands not the other way arournd" to his staff that were working that night. so finally we got our order and sat down to eat and I realized my order was wrong after all that wait for stupid fries.. they gave me a double burger when I asked for a jr bacon ... so I gave that back for them to remake and as they were remaking it my cousin bit into her burger and Im gonna be honest I watched her take a bite cause I was hungry and SHE TOOK A BITE AND IT HAD GREY HAIR IN THE BURGER so i was disgusted she went to the front and said this is clearly not my hair (she has long dark brown hair neither of us have grey) and all the manager did was stare at my cousin and ask if she wanted it remade til she was just like sure... anyway Im sitting there thinking shit well now I dont want mine but dont wanna be rude cause they are remaking both jr bacons now and then when they were ready they handed us TWO DOUBLE BURGERS and we were like um they were never doubles thats why i took mine back to begin with long story short they ended up making these burgers like 5 times without us asking then the manager came out as we were about to hand the burgers in AGAIN for being wrong and guess what he had a bag of two burgers in his hand ... that were also wrong and begged us to let them try again im like no i dont even want this meal after she found a hair and i was like can i just have my money back please and he then said can i just make it again and im like we just gave you 5 chances ??????? um no. and he wouldnt give me my money back but I just recieved and "apology letter" two days later with once voucher for a combo meal.... I feel like nobody should go to this store location unless you want to make a 10 min trip into an hour and waste your money and have no chance of getting it back because the manager insist on remaking two order wrong, 5 times then just sending you a voucher for one meal. It seems like I was being punked cause how does wendys not know how to make a jr bacon? and why cant a manager keep his staff under control. Plus I found hair which just made me loose my appetite and I wasn't even the one who bit into it. just thinking about it now I don't no whether to laugh or be upset for how we were treated. oh and the manger literally wrote my email on a napkin which inst even professional one bit. I live in walking distance of this resturaunt and it's in Hartwell not Wyoming. Both the Gold Star and Wendy's try to use Wyoming I believe to make them sound more appealing as it is a more affluent neighborhood. Use to love Wendy's and eat it regularly now I have been boycotting them all because of this location. Something is always wrong with order, never fails... something missing or wrong item. On the upside they are fairly quick. took a long time to learn our lesson, never again. Worst thing was when a friend and I showed up after work at around 11:15 they closed at 1... they wouldn't answer drive through... we pull up... and they are hiding and ducking under counters to avoid us. read more
