I went yesterday 4/July to redeem my birthday dessert for the first time. I order some fries since you have to buy something to get a froosty and at the window I give the free frosty code to the employee he scans it but doesn't give it to me. This girl comes to see what happens and it is explained to her. It was my first stop to get my birthday gifts at the food places and it was the best experience. She said she was the manager and has 0 professional ethics. I had never met a manager on duty so bitter, disrespectful, racist and everything like her. Believe me, I never return to this establishment in my life. My husband and I were amazed by his arrogant attitude. I definitely never come back. And her physical appearance is not that of a manager from her hair to her t-shirt all unpainted fatal. read more

Blah!! I read the review s & STILL stopped by for a quick bite. That's my fault. The drive they line was beyond slow. I feel like I was in it for 30 mins and there were only 4 cars in front of me. It was before 9 pm. I got a kids chicken nugget meal with a Sprite. The order taker was rude & her tone was horrible. She had a bad attitude. Maybe a previous customer got on her nerves. When I got to the window, most of the staff were wearing masks under their nose or hanging off of their faces. It made no sense. My food was COLD! I can't understand this for the life of me because of the amount of time I was in that slow line. Again, I should have avoided this place after reading the reviews. It was terrible. read more

Be vigilant folks I believe they are taking photos of debit cards. My wife uses apple Pay, and this is the only place she gave the cashier her card. The charges were declined but i can tell someone young tried to use my wife's card. I think I'm going stay away from these restaurants for a while. read more

The workers were outside when I came in to the restaurant, and then they came in after me and did not wash their hands. It was two of them. Neither one of them washed their hands. Secondly, there was a man who was sweeping the floors and then he went behind the counters and started waiting on people and did not wash his hands either. This is the most unsanitary restaurant I have been to in my life.. they need to shut this restaurant down because this doesn't make no sense for it to be so unsanitary. I would give this store a 0 if I could. We ordered from grubhub to get picked up. After 40 minutes of it not being picked up we called the store to see if it was made because the dasher was barely on its way and we didn't want stale food. The lady who answered the phone said and I quote " oh no are we going to get paid to redo the food" I was silent and asked her to repeat herself cause WHY?! What food chain gives stale food? And when is asked to get it done again because it hadn't been picked up response with that. Totally unprofessional and rude. Moral of the story this location isn't worth your money on top of the stale food, they always get the order wrong or miss items. read more

Everything about this place is just bad... I counted no less than 10 people working, yet nothing was getting done. They just seemed to be wandering aimlessly around the kitchen area doing something close to nothing, except for one guy who was doing something with the Frosty machine, which appeared to be in a catastrophic state from some recent mishap that might have been mildly entertaining to witness, but I guess I got there too late to see that mess. Anyway, the place was just gross (stuff all over the floor), the staff was gross (maybe typical teenager stuff, but still, yuck), the food (especially the fries) was way below average even for the lowered expectations I usually have for fast food (everything we got was served at room temperature), the drink machine was out of almost half of the options listed, and they got more of the order wrong than was correct, but I had already waited far too long and just wanted to leave and never come back. Seriously, I thought Popeyes had bad service, but this Wendy's location is giving them some strong competition in how to make folks never return. read more

Two cars in drive thru yet had to wait to place my order & to receive it (5 minutes per wait) The staff at window were having their own conversation so taking my cash and shoving me my order was an after thought. It's been many years since I ate at a Wendy's restaurant. My parents live in Ohio and are regular customers of Wendy's there. My wife mentioned that she'd never been to one so they convinced her to try it. We were on the way home from a little grocery shopping on a Monday evening so my wife suggested we pick up some Wendy's and take it home. We arrived in the early evening and found the place fairly busy with a few customers waiting to order inside and several cars lined up at the drive-through window. Not being familiar with the menu, I opted to go inside so I could study the menu boards before ordering. I observed the restaurant was basically clean though there were a couple of dirty tables and a small bit of trash on the floor. The order process was uneventful, employees didn't appear enthused about their jobs but they were polite. I was really hungry so for the two of us I ordered three Dave's Singles, a large order of French Fries, a large Chili and a large Vanilla Frosty. After placing my order I stepped aside to wait for my number to be called. It took a little longer than I thought it should for "fast food" but after a bit they called my number and handed me a bag. I started to walk outside then realized the Vanilla Frosty I ordered was missing. I double checked my receipt and found I did indeed order and pay for one. I went back to the counter and informed an employee of the discrepancy. He informed the woman who had taken my order that I was missing the item. She grabbed a cup and headed for the Frosty machine but stopped momentarily to chat with another employee. This annoyed me since I was already inconvenienced by having them forget to include it with my order in the first place. After making the item she handed it to me without a word of apology or acknowledgement. Whatever, with my order now complete I left the store. After a five minute drive to the house we got out some plates and sat down to eat. What a disappointment. The burgers were assembled haphazardly without regard to appearance and all three were missing onions which, I had been assured by the order taker, would be included. The cheese product had an odd consistency, it was semi-liquidy with a rather off -putting taste, not at all pleasant. The worst thing about the burgers is that the meat was cooked so far beyond well done that it was very dry and pretty much tasteless. I am not exaggerating when I say it was probably the worst cheeseburger I have had in my entire life. My wife took one bite and was done with it. I managed to eat half a burger. The rest got crumbled up and mixed with our Basset Hound's dog food. The fries were another major disappointment. They were just a pile of limp potato strips without the least bit of crispness. The chili was average, nothing special but good. The Frosty was another disappointment. I don't know if there was something wrong with their mix or what but it was pretty flavorless with only a hint of vanilla evident though the texture was right. Here's the report card. Cheeseburgers - Grade F French Fries - Grade F Chili - Grade C Vanilla Frosty - Grade D Customer Service - Grade D It's really a shame that Wendy's has fallen so far. I remember enjoying their burgers when I was in high school and college, at that time I thought they had the best fast food burger. This is the worst Wendy's I ever went to , I ordered two Jr deluxe cheese burgers , with premium buns and no pickles. Some lady at the register told another lady that was making the burgers I'll help you after that chaos order . Then hands me a cup and says your ice tea in a snotty voice then walked off complaining about something. I get my order from the lady making the burgers , I say thank you very much I appreciate it . She rolls her eyes at me and walked off not saying anything. Everyone in this Wendy's looks miserable , not one once of customer service, my burger was smashed flat . The tomato looks horrible and falling apart , I took a bite, and there was something crunchy in the burger who knows what it was I spit it out , the fries where over cooked and hard . I called the manger and he was just as bad as the people in there . Sounded like he hates his job also , he definitely didn't want to listen about my experience, or cared . Just went to Wendy's to order a chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, their French fries and sweet ice tea. How can half the order be bad. The French fries were old and just warm. They tasted like they had been setting around for a long time. I had asked for sweeten ice tea and even asked when I got to the window if the tea was sweet and was told that it was. When I got home and tasted the Ice tea it wasn't sweet. This is the second time that the tea order was wrong and ended up pouring it out. I won't be going there again. The place was a last minute stop... and it was disgraceful. Food was good as the one girl who was cooking was the only employee doing her part. She even began to plate our food as the other 5 employees stood around looking confused. As I went to fill my drink my feet stuck to the floor. I made an online order the evening after it had snowed a good bit, at 545 to be exact. When I got there the employees were terrible to say the least. There was a line of cars in the drive thru and they were literally ignoring me. When I got to the window to tell them I had an online order to pick up, the entire shift had this stupid dumbfounded look on their faces. They were closing, I'm sure early too because Taco Bell was still open and serving. The shift was all young girls that I know for a fact didn't know what they were doing as the "manager" couldn't get her words together to form much of a sentence. My family and I arrived at the Wendy's around 9:26pm starving and needing to quickly use the restroom due to a long drive. We were walking in when a lady quickly opened the door with a drink container of all things and stated "lobby has closed early" through the corner of the door. Now I've worked in the food industry and I know full well you can NOT close early when it is stated on the door that the store lobby is closed at 10pm when you at least have 30+ more minutes left in the night AND it is rude/unprofessional to drink or look like you are drinking in front of a possible costumer. My family was so shocked by her statement we listened to her and left but we soon were just so irritated the situation as a whole. I do not know the girls name but she was worked night shift on Saturday February 3, 2018. I'm never coming back to this Wendy's and hope people realize that these people are LAZY enough that they will close the lobby JUST TO CLEAN. I just tried the $5 Bag, which included a Wendy's bacon double cheeseburger, 4-piece nugget, fries, and a drink. I like that this particular Wendy's is close to my home bc of the convenience of popping in for a Frosty or cold drink on a warm day. However, lately, no matter what I have ordered, the food has been a)cold b)stale c)incorrectly ordered d)somebody else's order. The bag order was the worst so far! The food was obviously cooked way before I ordered, shoved under a heat lamp but still not hot, and as usual, tasted stale and old. I thought it was just my food, but my husband found his order to be inedible as well. We trashed the remaining food. It was the last money I will ever spend at this or any other Wendy's location. If the store closes at 1 and u get there at 12:30 they will leave u in drive thru and avoid window so u can pull off.
