Finally tried the Wednesday meal and it was great! At first glance you think well it's just chicken nuggets and fries but let me tell you the black cherry frosty is EVERYTHING! That is the best frosty I've ever had. The meal also comes with a mystery sauce that tasted like the sauce that's on sweet and sour chicken at any local Chinese restaurant but it compliments the nuggets and fries beautifully.

Cold fries with shredded cheese not warmed completely.

Food was cold Cheese on the fries was not melted. It was the shredded cheese type. Asked for it to be warmed up to which they replied they couldn't. Kids meal cheese cup was old looking and cold. This place has been going down hill for some time and they also stopped giving military 10 % discount. Used to be a great place to eat.

Do not sleep on the Big Bacon Cheddar burger at Wendy's right now. While everyone was focused on hoarding toilet paper during this pandemic , Wendy's was busy innovating their menu and creating this pub style burger . Launched in August 2021, this burger is ELEVATED. It is SOPHISTICATED. It is EVERYTHING. You want to take it on a date and introduce it to the family. Picture this : beef patty topped with applewood-smoked bacon, a custom bacon jam with a hint of sweetness, crispy fried onions, American cheese and a creamy, tangy cheddar cheese spread all sandwiched between a toasted cheddar bun. You basically get two different elements of bacon and three different elements of cheese. The result is an unexpected, melt-in-your-mouth sandwich with huge craft flavors. Not only delicious, this masterpiece is affordable- grab a combo for under $12. Also comes in several variations : single patty , double patty and chicken : fried , spicy or grilled . Your arteries will hate you but your tastebuds will thank you !

The customer service is sub par for one, and it's suppose to be fast food. They paid no attention to customers walking into the establishment. Took them over 20 min to fill a biggie bag order. Worst Wendy's that I've gone to this year. Will no longer stop by another Wendy's we I get hungry. No order what's so ever at this location. Even had employees walking out to take breaks while cooking. Can't believe I stopped there for a quick bite.

Really wanted Cherry Vanilla Coke but all the flavors were out.

Not my favorite location. I went here after work last tonight to grab something quick before a meeting and the drive through line was around the building. I decided instead to go inside thinking it would be faster. I was wrong. They had one person at the register despite there being a line. She was also the person packaging all the meals. I can understand her doing that if they are slow, but during a rush time, they need more people there to help out. The food was good, but I was saddened by my drink. They have one of those machines where you can add flavors to the drinks, but all the flavors were out. I don't go there enough to know if it's a regular thing or not, but hopefully they have someone check when it's out and refill it. Not my worst fast food experience by far, but it could definitely be improved.

I was able to grab a seat by the bar. The service was just ok. Bartender wasn't necessarily the friendliest or most inviting but it may have been because he was just flustered handling the lunch rush alone. I got the classic burger with Brussel sprouts. $5 uncharge to swap fries for Brussel sprouts seemed a little steep for a quick burger joint but the Brussels were actually really good. Not sure what they were cooked in but it added a bunch of good flavor and there were a few pieces that had a nice crust on them. The burger was delicious. The buns were perfectly toasted so each bite had a nice buttery crunch to it. I don't know what's in their special sauce but it really brings everything together.

The meat is well seasoned and they don't skimp you on the toppings. The service was really friendly also. The menus didn't offer an explanation of what everything was, so I had to ask. Also, this place is huge so they were able to accommodate my friend's post-wedding party (about 20 people) at the last minute and we had a blast. Everywhere else we tried to go either didn't have the space for us or were closing so it totally made our night! We just made sure to call ahead to check and they were more than happy to have us - the bride was happy so you know it was good :) Bottom line, the Peacock is a local gem hidden in plain sight on East Bay and, as a local, it's become one of my top go-to's in Charleston. We parked in a parking garage right across the street. I think it was $10 to park. This is a farm to table kind of place so the menu changes regularly and it is limited. But the food is incredible. We started with deviled eggs and some sort of oyster app. I'm not much of an oyster guy but they were very good. The deviled eggs were excellent. For my main, I got a 22 ounce ribeye. It was $135! But... it was fantastic. Had mushrooms and some sort of sauce on it and pre sliced which was nice. For sides we got collard greens. They were tasty. This time around I was dining with friends, which meant we got to order a whole bunch of dishes - a foodie's dream. We started with the Hunter Cattle Beef Tartare, topped with shoestring potatoes, smoked cheddar, and egg yolk jam. It was rich, flavorful, and while the presentation looked a bit like dog food, it was otherwise the perfect way to kick off the meal. For the table, we also shared the Roasted Carrots, served with chamomile honey, labneh, puffed rice, candied peanuts, and an olive crumble. I know, carrots aren't always a "must-order," but trust me - they were fantastic. We also couldn't pass up the Hearth-Baked Skillet Cornbread with Broadbent bacon crumble mixed throughout. Southern comfort food!!! For my entree, I ordered the Blueberry & Corn Salad, which was anything but an ordinary salad. Between the BBQ pecans, ricotta salata, bacon fat honey mustard, and fresh seasonal ingredients, every bite was packed with flavor. One friend ordered the Yellowfin Tuna Crudo with compressed cantaloupe, marigold, and leche de tigre. It was bright, refreshing, and beautifully plated. Our other friend opted for the South Carolina Golden Tilefish, served with Kindlewood Farms summer squash and serrano, and it, too, was a hit. For drinks, one friend enjoyed a glass of wine while I ordered the Dragoon Punch. I'll admit, I was a little disappointed to learn my beloved Primrose Path was no longer on the menu. I even asked if they could make one, but unfortunately they were missing one of the ingredients. No worries, the Dragoon Punch was delicious and a worthy replacement. Our server, Tal H., was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, informative, and guided us through the ever-changing menu with ease. Even though the restaurant was busy, we never felt rushed. Husk continues to be worth the reservation. I'd happily dine here again... and again... and ag

I saw a woman who had just finished a conversation on her cell phone walking into one part of the L-shaped facility, so I followed her. "The host" asked whether I wanted to be seated inside or outside. I told him I had no preference. Landon, who became my server, then escorted me to the attached building, carrying menus and two glasses of water. Shortly after I was seated, Landon approached and asked if I would like a drink. I ordered a Margarita. Since I already knew what I wanted for my entrée, I also ordered the French Dip with French Fries. The French Dip arrived warm, but the fries were cold. When Landon inquired about my meal, I informed him of the situation. He immediately took the fries away. After I finished the French Dip, I received the fries. I do not know whether they were the original fries that had been reheated or a fresh order. Regardless, these fries were hot. Shortly afterward, the young man who had originally asked where I wanted to sit came to my table and removed my dirty dishes. Landon then brought me my check. Due to the circumstances, I was given a discount on my bill. Anyway, I did not hear either of them ask whether I wanted dessert. Perhaps because of my complaint, they just wanted me out. Oh well-- their loss! I really wanted to tried their Sundae! Landon again apologized for the cold French fries. He provided very good service throughout my meal, so I do not fault him for the kitchen's mistake. Based on the restaurant's L-shaped design, with two separate buildings and the kitchen located in one building while some of the dining area is in the other, I realize that meals may become cooler by the time they reach the table. Therefore, I would highly recommend requesting a table in the building where the bar is located. Lastly, serving water in a plastic cup, in my opinion, gives the restaurant a rather cheap appearance. Considering the overall setting, I would expect water to be served in a proper glass.
