I don't know what's up with this location but management needs to hire some more competent people. I repeated my order to this guy like 8x just for him to still get it wrong. I go to the window to try and explain face to face what I wanted he repeated it back to me wrong again. Finally he said the right thing and proceeded to give me everything wrong. Not to mention it wasn't just wrong the lettuce was wilted, completely brown some parts near black. My wife went in to fix the order and they couldn't take her order she repeated it multiple times and they kept repeating it back wrong. My wife ended up stop trying to talk with them and ended up just asking for a refund so we could leave they laughed at her before a random person stepped in to try and help. They work well with larger orders when you need to feed many people at once for a good value. Pulled up to the drive thru on Saturday night @9 to be told they were taking a 30 minute break!!

What is the good of having a drive-through as well as an inside cashier if there is no one inside. I've eaten here before and it is always a bit slow but today was a new high or should I say low. I waited for a number of minutes inside waiting for someone to come up to the cash register and take my order. 3 or 4 minutes after that I walked out expressing my displeasure at no one wanting my money which I'm sure they could not care one way or the other about. Still when I had driven up and parked my car I saw two female employees outside breaking down cardboard boxes with one of them smoking and thus only working with one hand. I'd order a soft shell taco, cinnamon twist, Baja blast freeze. The cashier was Lastasha W. She said my total was $8.04. When I approached the drive thru window, Latasha hands me a different flavor freeze which was spilling from the top of the cup. The spill was so bad that it wasted all over the car door and my pants. I'd asked what's this? I'd order a Baja blast freeze. She mentioned they don't carry the Baja blasted. Latasha could have mentioned that beforehand but she didn't. Then when I said I don't want this freeze she got upset and slapped the drive thru window. Now I'm sticky with no napkins waiting on my food. Once she finally came with my food I'd asked for napkins and another drink. I wanted a sprite but once I got it there was no ice. I said there's no ice. Latasha responded " there's no ice. " when I'd asked for the manager she sucked her teeth and slapped the window door. The manager came. I'd told her the issue and she wasn't no help at all.
