My family frequently visits Wendy's. We find the food is always well prepared, flavorful, generous size, a sufficient menu with combo items, etc. But given the situation of global economics with increasing costs to the consumer and local businesses, Wendy's has still managed to keep the costs of their meals within very acceptable price ranges. We use the Drive-Up service and don't have to wait that long to get our orders. The staff are always willing to customize our order such as a hamburger with extras: pickles, etc. I highly recommend this food establishment. We've never been disappointed. read more

Hey, it's fast food but to me Wendy's is a step above most. I only come here for their Frostee drink. It's not just ice cream. It's not just a shake. It's a combo of both and I still love them. I have actually given props to the Centereach Wendy's for being the better one of the Middle Country Rd. Wendy's restaurants around me, now unfortunately they are both horrendous. The lackluster staff can tell you all you need to know about how your food is going to turn out: Old, Stale, and below average at best. At this point I can either try St. James next or just totally forget about Wendy's altogether. Only time will tell on which of these happen. read more

2 stars because the staff are nice Dining room is disgustingly dirty. Here on a Sunday afternoon at 2 and the place is empty. You have the time & personnel to clean. Crumbs everywhere on floor. Tables sticky. Only reason we are staying is I don't want the kids eating in the car. I've never had bad food at a Wendys before. Ever. My burger they slapped together and I can tell the burger was cooked a while ago because it looks charred but it's barely warm. Cheese on my burger never melted at all. My baked potato is over cooked and gross and they forgot to give me the sour cream which is what I ordered. We went late at night like 9pm. Food was hot and fresh. Drive through was quick and efficient.

Arrived at approximately 1:50p on a Friday. Huge shout out to the staff who not only provided great fresh food that was accurate to the adjustments requested, I ordered a coffee and they opted to make a fresh pot without me asking for it. I applaud the extra effort and customer service provided without being prompted first to do so. Great job team! read more

This Wendy's is absolutely terrible. Every time we've gone there they get something wrong. This time was the last straw. My chicken sandwich was undercooked. They gave us the wrong sauce and only 8 of the 10 nuggets that are supposed to come with the meal. Do not go to this Wendy's unless you want your order to be wrong and your food not to be cooked. When I'm on this side of town I always stop in at this location because it's hot tasty & fresh.Service is always friendly today 04/28/19 about 12:30 p.m the staff on at the drive thru provided exceptional service of Courteousness*Didn't get one thing wrong* Number 8 & Number 6 were of crispy sensation.. Although I do not eat fast food very often, I do love the chili and the baked potato! The chili is so simple yet really good. I compared Wendy's chili to Panera turkey chili and I must say Wendy's tastes so much better even though one is beef the other turkey, it's the actual sauce that makes the difference. This location is consistently the most well run fast food restaurant I've ever been to. It takes about a minute from when you pull into the parking lot to when your pulling out with your food. Whoever's managing this place should be training other restaurants on how it's done. read more

I ordered four 4 piece chicken tenders and four medium fries, and two cheeseburgers. I was asked to pull up and wait by the door for my order. After ten minutes I got my food and everyone (including me) had COLD CHICKEN and COLD Fries. The burgers were lukewarm. The staff was very pleasant and courteous. I don't know what happened but when you spend thirty bucks on a drive thru order and than have to wait quite a while it was very disappointing. The only reason I do not give it one star is because the staff was terrific. read more

Keep going...I was recently a customer at this establishment & had an awful experience. I was spoke to in a rude manner & rushed thru my order at the drive thru, only to have the exact experience again at the window. I was ignored when I tried to ask a question & had to go inside to correct a mistake they had made on my drinks only to get home & find out they had given the same drinks they screwed up on the first time. I called to complain about my experience to a manager & spoke to ( as I believe) the same rude person who had taken my order at the window. I was so upset at this point that I wrote an email to the company about my awful experience, & currently have still not been responded back to hence the reason for this lousy review. I went to this Wendy's to redeem my T-Mobile Tuesdays Frosty. The workers at the counter went on to tell me that their manager told them it isn't a real promotion even though I know for a fact it is. I had already hit the redeem button, otherwise I could have just used it at another Wendy's. I spoke to the manager and she was incredibly rude and told me I was wrong.
