This was the fastest service I've ever gotten at a fast food place. I placed my order and it was ready in only a few minutes. Everything was fresh too, my chicken sandwich was too hot to eat right away. The lobby was very clean, which must be difficult to maintain as they have a carpeted floor. Service was very friendly and accurate. read more

Food is cold and disgusting. 10.00 for cold nasty burger and fries. Not coming back

Girl who works front counter was extremely rude, acted like she hated her job and treated me with disrespect read more

I wish I could give this place a zero star. It's the worst service and food quality Ive ever seen. go next door to Uccello's or drive up the street to McDonald's read more

Wendy's - selfie from 2 yaers ago - Fast Food Near Me - Caledonia, Michigan

Terrible! Save your money and frustration. Order whatever you'd like because the employees put whatever they want in the bag. Never ever ever ever ever ever ever spending a dime here again. I plan to tell every neighbor and adult who will listen to drive the extra 2 minutes and eat LITERALLY anywhere else. Starting here....The worst!! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. The young lady at the cash register could not have cared less to assist us. We ordered value meals and she asked what sauce we wanted. When I asked what choices I have (I have not been to Wendy's in years.) she literally said "I don't know." That's it. Then she just starred into space. We waited for our order and EVERYTHING was cold. (I'm not sure why we waited for cold food.) It was horrible and my bar is not that high for fast food. We were super hungry, so we ate a few bites of everything, then tossed it. I thought about asking for warm food or talking to the manager but given the service I got, I doubt an actual manager was on duty. I have not called and complained, not do I plan to. I'm just not going back. I don't recommend going to this place. I would have been better off going hungry. read more

Wow. What an amazing restaurant experience. Delish food with some soul behind it. This is a type of establishment that you can tell that every burger is made with love. Will be coming back again and again! read more

Wendy's - Excellent staff - Fast Food Near Me - Caledonia, Michigan

See all

The food is about a 3/5 very good but not the greatest in the world and the service is is very nice to every one and just a beautiful interior and exterior read more

This Wendy's has the worst customer service, the worst management, and the slowest operating time of any Wendy's I've ever been to. Today they actually refuse to honor a gift card they sold me 2 months ago and the manager would not budge. Never go to this place they need to go out of business. read more

Live nearby and always enjoyed having this Wendy's here because it delivered on the Wendy's brand promise of "always fresh, never frozen." - food consistently tasted good and good value. Over the last year, this specific Wendy's has significantly declined. I base this review not on one visit... but my last five. Every one of them, equally bad. Burgers literally were hard, dry and I believe they are multiple days old... cooked long ago and just gently reheated. Mine was dry as a board and mostly cold... which shouldn't be the case if they make it fresh and I am eating it in their restaurant. They drowned it in mayonnaise and ketchup (literally buried it) - maybe in an attempt to give it moisture? Cold fries. Bad staff. It's not an exaggeration to say the Caledonia Wendy's is one of the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. I will never go back to this Wendy's - especially now that Culver's is in town...and Culver's is maintaining a very high level of quality. This Wendy's experience is SO bad, it makes me question the entire franchise. It's that bad. Being brutally honest because management - no, ownership - for this location needs to radically (not gently) rethink how they are running their business. Wake up call. Your business will be under in less than 12 months if you don't. It is basement level bad. read more

The lady at the front counter was rude to her employees and costumers. Her attitude was poor and she acted as if anything a costumer asked was an inconvenience. I don't think I was the only costumer in line that felt irritated or uncomfortable. Other than her the other employees had a great attitude. read more

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. Staff is very rude especially the blonde girl at the drive thru window. I would give zero stars if I could!! read more

This Wendy's needs more staff. Several people were doing two jobs and doing their best to keep up. However they were making errors in the orders. The food was good. read more

Yum, old stale fries and two salads with no dressing. Thanks, Wendy's!

Wish I could leave zero stars for this fast food restaurant. Went here with my girlfriend and the food was barely warm. The fries were not warm at all and were cold. Worst fast food restaurant I have been to by far. I would not recommend and please avoid. read more

I wish there was a -1 star. I went to Wendy's, anticipating a "fresh" salad. That, to me, means GREEN lettuce, not brown! It used to be what you could count on from Wendy's! I waited in a very long line for over 15 ("fast food") minutes. When I placed my order, he wasn't listening, so I had to correct him, that NO I was not ordering an additional $4.95 sandwich, but chicken on the salad. My total was $7.62, and I got back to my office with "my lunch", only to discover brown lettuce, and for $7.62, there wasn't even a full cup of brown lettuce in the bowl. I don't know what's happened to the integrity of the Wendy's corporation, or if in fact, this is a franchise, why aren't there more quality control standards? I don't want a "coupon" to go back and get the same treatment. I want my hard earned money back! read more

Went there for a quick bite tonight for my daughter and wife. CLOSED at 8:50. Supposed to be open until 11:00 this evening. Previous experiences were hit and miss. Won't be heading back anytime soon. Don't expect much from fast food, but do expect them to be open. read more

Last 3 times Ive been there Ive gotten spicy chicken sandwhich with no tomato. When I get my order I actually got a homestyle chicken with tomato... every time. read more

no stars!!! terrible customer service!! every time i have gone in the past 3 years my order is wrong!!! this last order wanted a pretzel bun burger, came home with a nasty chicken sandwich. called to complain and was disregarded and hung up on by the acting manager!!!! they have lost my business!!! also, no receipt so no proof!!! read more

I don't recommend this place at all. They weren't busy at all, one car in line besides us and they still messed up mine and my wife order. They got her salad wrong and totally forgot my sandwhich. If we hadn't been in a rush I'd have turned around. Skip this place unless it a last resort. Also my kids chicken nuggets were just barely warm. read more

I'm not sure I can give much of a review as I never placed an order. The drive thru was about 10 cars long during lunch time and I understood I'd have a bit of a wait. I sat there for 15 minutes and it only moved by one car. I had time for fast food but it wasn't meant to be. read more

This place sucks. The manager is incompetent. The food was cold after the service was slow. When I returned the food to get a hot/fresh order, the manager got upset. When I requested my money back, he got even more mad. He finally gave me my money back and complained that he hasn't gotten a bonus due to customers like me that want their orders done perfectly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! read more

I ordered two single cheeseburgers with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayo. My order was repeated back to me correctly yet I received both burgers with ketchup, not mayo. In the past I have called to complain but no more. This was the third time in as many visits and it will be my last. The food is always cold, the burgers are dry. read more

Horrible and slow service. They clearly don't know what they are doing. They had one adult working there and he didn't even know what he was doing. The other 3 workers are young teens. I use to love this Wendy's but it's not gonna last with that kind of service. Wouldn't recommend going to this Wendy's if you want "fast" food. read more

I can not say enough about this location. This is by far the best Wendy's I've ever been to. I live in Caledonia so I have frequented this location many times and every single time they have been friendly and fast. There doesn't appear to be a huge turnover in employees like the horrid Golden Arches down the road. The women who work during the day appear to genuinely enjoy their job and I have witnessed them be kind to their employees never degrading. I have been so impressed that I have mentioned to my daughter that if she is going to get a part time job I'd like her to check them out. Great job caledonia Wendy's team keep up the good work! read more

Easily one of the "better" of the fast food picks in Caledonia. I have been going here for years, and have never been disappointed. Staff is very friendly, the quality of food is great, and it seems very clean inside. I've never had my order messed up which is great. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat. read more

Caledonia Wendy's: I have never had a worse experience in my entire life. My order was completely wrong on 01/16/2018 @ 6 pm. When I tried to tell him what we ordered.. He stated "I'm not letting that walk out of here because there is a price difference.. " I said I'm not concerned about the price and handed him my credit card.. I just wanted what I ordered.. The worker became argumentative and disrespectful. He figured out that they made a mistake and dismissively handed me a burger as if I was irritating him. I called the store manger that night and asked for the GM contact info.. She stated "I'm not giving that to you." I shared my complaint with her.. She stated "what do you want me to do, yell at him". I asked for her first name.. (so I could pass it along). "Sir.. I'm not giving you my first name." I later called back and asked for clarification.. that she would not give me the general managers contact information.. not an email.. not an address. Her reply was "no sir, I talked to him, but I am not giving you any contact information. He calls here once in awhile.. I don't event talk to him" . I was so angered that I wrote two complaints on the company website.. I left my contact information.. My full name.. They never attempted to even call me back. I've been a patron of this Wendy's for more than 10 years.. I have been amazed by some of the past employees and how positive my experience has been.. Neither Me or my family will never spend another dime at the Caledonia Wendy's. To be honest... I am still in disbelief that this all occurred. you can't make it up. Very sad.. read more
