Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged and never did so had to pull around and go inside on on occasion, on another they told me they didnt have my order i asked to show them my confirmation at the window and never got acknowledged again ended up having to pull around and go inside then miraculously my order had been sitting there. Ordered a meal of the new chicken sandwich with a coke and ordered one of the new chicken sandwich's. We we're given a Diet Coke instead of a coke, a chicken parm sandwich (or something like that?) and an original chicken sandwich. We didn't want to go back so we decided just to eat what they gave us. Both sandwiches were cold and soggy and the Diet Coke's ice was almost all melted. When we went to pay the person at the window didn't tell us our total and just had his hand out the window and did not even give us a receipt. If you pull up to the wrong order lane, they'll just ignore you and take everybody else's order!! I used the app to order and pay online. I went through the drive thru and the guy said pull to the se box window because my order was ready. So far so good. I get to the window and he confirms my order and I said, No. o had the on line order. He then hands me a bag that was at the wo did and says thanks. I told him I had beverages. He tried to give me two soft drinks. I said I had one soft drink and one frozen coke. He said, I ca make one frozen if you want. If I want? It's what I paid for! Incident date: 2/17/21 Time: 7:43 PM This incident happened @ Burger King #11440 at 5135 Broadmoor Ave SE Caledonia MI. I was in the drive through to order and had to wait over 20 mins just to get my order in, and there were only 7 cars in front of me, then as I finally came up to the window to pay, the gentleman couldn't find my order, but found 4 others not related to my order. When he did find my order, he tried to charge me regular prices on 2 for $5 sandwiches, one whopper, the other fish sandwich; I then had to wait another 5 mins for him to rectify the matter. I then drove up to the pickup window, where I watched this woman try to make our chocolate shakes, where all the chocolate was still in the bottom when she tried to hand them to me, she then let out a sigh when I asked her to get the blender to the bottom of the cups, which she still had problems doing because after re-blending them, there was still so much chocolate at the bottom, but this was after having to wait several more minutes for them to prepare my food. I spent a total of 30 IN your drive through. When the woman gave me my re-blended shakes, I asked for a carrier, where she almost drops those shakes in my lap, and since I already had my food, she never came back even though I sat AT the window trying to get her attention for a couple of napkins that they neglected to put into my bag so I could clean up the chocolate shake that spilled all over my lap. I went into the store to get napkins, and tried to make a complaint, where I was ignored, so I did shout out those frustrations inside the restaurant by stating that the service is so slow, AND they don't know what they're doing if they can't put one napkin in a bag with 2 sandwiches, 2 med fries, and two chocolate shakes. We were in a rush and wanted to pick up a quick bite, so we chose to stop at this Burger King. It was our mistake and will not be repeated anytime soon. The person taking our order, another collecting the money and the one giving us our food (drive through) gave you the distinct impression that they didn't like their job. None of them have any extra verbiage or emotion beyond getting you the food or taking your money. Actually they did, show of displeasure. On top of the very poor customer service, the food was the worst I have had from a Burger King in some time. The buns were hard, almost stale as if they had been sitting exposed for hours. The build of the food was as if they were timed to break all land speed records. I am amazed how people in the service industry treat people. I had a veteran in front of us getting his order and I heard him say to the guy giving the food "thank you sir". The guy in Burger King never responded. If customers (a veteran who served our country) try and treat others with dignity, how come the people that are being paid can't do the same? This Burger King has undergone a huge renovation inside and out. What was an extremely dated and dirty interior has become modern and textured. Even the exterior was updated, complete with LED exterior lighting. Although the employees seem the same, the renovation makes this location MUCH nicer. read more

Very bad customer service. I could barely understand him through the drive thru speaker because he mumbled so much. Once we got our order, we were missing onion rings so we waited at the window to tell him that we were miss those. He wasn't even paying attention and it took a couple minutes to even notice we were still there and he was clearly mad that we wanted our original order and not his own creation. Seriously??? This location used to be top dog in the area. Not anymore.... My honey and I used to stop here once a week during our lunch break, for the whopper specials. That is, until they kept messing our order up. He always ordered the same thing (extra pickle. no onion. No mayo) Well--he got just the opposite--EVERY TIME! And there isn't time to go inside and get the burger corrected. And the customer shouldn't have to. Heck they confirm your order at the drive-thru TWICE. And the morons STILL cannot get it correct. Not to mention... SEVERAL drive-offs because of the wait---because the morons forgot an item... And ironically....they shut down, fall 2014 for remodeling--- double drive-thru. Go figure. I work in an industrial park type area, BK is only fast food place to drive to, in a lunch break. I drove to BK, got back to work and one of the cheeseburgers didn't have any MEAT. I use this BK frequently(#11440 Kentwood,Mi49512), they know me, so I decided to mention on the next visit. More of a heads-up than anything. The manager comes to the window and I re-explain the situation. Tamasia (sp?) instantly escalated the problem, raised voice telling me how I did everything wrong, how I should have drove all the way back and fixed right then. I told her I couldn't because of time and where I work. Then more condescending tone of how it's all my fault........BURGER KING DIDN'T PUT A BURGER IN THE CHEESEBURGER, but somehow I didn't do something right?! I then could see I wasn't going to be helped by the management of BurgerKing11440, so I asked her name(Tamasia) so I could pass along how horrible I was treated, "Oh what, you're going to complain about me?! Fine!" Slams the window in my face, turns and walks away while I'm in the middle of my sentence. I literally spend hundreds of dollars in this place and I'm being treated like I'm trying to steal a $1 burger. Even if BurgerKing did put meat in the cheeseburger, which they didn't, seams like they should have made an effort to satisfy a loyal paying customer. I have never been treated so bad, by a place that was CLEARLY in the wrong. Where's the quality control or manager supervision that let's you serve burgers(that I PAID for) with no meat inside?!
