I'm not a fast food person, but this Wendy's is very close to the airport so my parents took my seven-year-old daughter and I here right before a flight home to D.C. The menu is fast food, obviously. The spicy chicken sandwich tasted good and my daughter enjoyed the cheeseburger. To drink, they have a Freestyle machine with Coca-Cola beverages. The space was clean and the staff were quick and personable. read more

We were meeting up with our friend and his 4 year old at the airport viewing park recently so we grabbed some food at this Wendy's for a picnic lunch. The employee at the register taking orders was really nice and helpful. Our order came out quickly and everything was hot and fresh. We were missing some sauces but got them from the guy at the counter. The only negative was that all the pop from the machine was flat. The dining area was clean and overall this was a really good fast food experience. read more

We had a really nice experience with the drive thru staff on Thursday, around lunchtime. They were prompt, polite, and went out of their way to give us a good experience. It was such a delightful change from so many drive-thru experiences we have had as of late that I wanted to give these guys a shout-out! read more

Absolutely the worst fast food burger I've had in my life. Cardboard tastes better than this burger. Shame on you Wendy.

I walked out of their bathroom 2 weeks ago & got in line at the one register that was open. One person in front of me. A black couple walked in after I got in line. A black employee walked over to the 2nd register that was not open. She turned it on & motioned the black couple to cut in front of me. I will never step foot in this location again! Racist staff! read more

Not gonna lie the people who work here have a pretty nasty attitude, and on top of that my food is always cold. Just went there the other day and fries were cold (i've never had warm fries from this place)and my nuggets were partly frozen and soggy like they weren't fried all the way. They're always giving me the wrong size everything too. I ordered a large fry they gave me a medium I ordered the six piece nuggets They gave me a four piece I ordered a large drink They gave me a small. those are not made up examples that actually happened to me on three different occasions . Eventually, they'll hire the right people and get their act together, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. read more

Wendy's - Partly Frozen 6 PC. Chicken Nuggets - Burgers Near Me - Kentwood, Michigan

My fries were undercooked which was fine by me until I took a bite of my chicken sandwich that was also undercooked. It grossed me out!!!

My only complaint from my visit was that they didn't actually put mustard on my sandwich, after having specifically requested it. Other than that, the food was good, it was fresh, and it was hot. I hope to stop by again sometime and see if they can maintain the quality visit-to-visit. read more

This will be my final review on this Wendy's. The drive thru is so hit or miss that I'm just giving up on this one. My last few times through the drive through have all been bad to some degree. On several occasions I've received a double stack where a significant piece of either one or both of the buns is hard...like the edge of a pizza crust hard! The other huge problem with this location is that their attention to detail is horrendous. Maybe when handing someone their bag of food you should verbally state some of what is in the order rather than quietly hand the person a bag and then immediately walk away from the window. When it's more rare to get an order 100% correct than not...that's a problem. Do I need to ask for a spoon for my chili? And ask for crackers now too? Apparently I do since you managed to forget both. I guess I should be happy that at least it made it in the bag with a lid and it wasn't upside down. read more

drive thru closes at 8 on a Saturday? absolutely ridiculous. Horrible service and marginal food at this location.

Customer service really does ruin the experience here. Wouldn't be surprised if they even shut down.

Good service, Good food. Manager was very polite and professional! First Wendys I've ever been too that wasn't horrible.

Convenient location from my work, but my goodness they couldn't have selected less happy people to be the order takers and work the register. Want to know why ChiFilet is killing you...go through the drive through of both and see which folks seem to take pride in service. read more

I stop here once a week to pick up dinner on the way home. I love that they are open until midnight, because it gives me the opportunity to stop there on the way from work. The employees and manager are very nice people, and they remember me.... I'm the Jr. Bacon Lady.... LOL..... We have to special order our burgers because of a food allergy, and they never seem angry or treat us badly because of it, unlike some other restaurants... If you are out near the airport, and need a quick bite, I would recommend you not waste your time or gas going anyplace else. read more

I usually have a pretty good experience at this Wendy's location but tonight was the best experience I've ever had at a fast food drive through. The woman at the second window greeted me with a warm smile. She was incredibly sweet and had awesome short red hair. I learned from the receipt that her name is Karina. Thank you Karina for being you. You some how made my whole day! read more

Staff can barely speak English, this seems to be the reason they never get your order correct. Did I mention they are kind of crabby too? Strange stench from the dirty bathrooms. Lukewarm burgers, good but expensive grilled chicken. read more

Went to Wendy's the other day. On the receipt was an invitation to take a survey to get a coupon. On the survey was an invitation to share your thoughts. So I did. "Please tell us why you were highly satisfied with your experience at Wendy's" While I initially found it disconcerting, I came to later appreciate the overt friendliness of the manager. But yes, when he slapped me on the butt and tried to chest bump me, it was an unexpected, yet not wholly unpleasant experience. You have to admire his commitment to provide a unique experience. However the 90 year old woman who came in just before me shrieked just a little when he did it to her. Perhaps it was because, as I later discovered, that she had just had her hip replaced. But no worries, there was a doctor on the premises and wouldn't you know it, before too long he had that hip snapped right back into place! And she was only unconscious for about 20 minutes.Ah, the marvels of modern medicine. Some might judge my decision to abscond her cup of seniorly discounted chili, but for awhile there it didn't look like she was going to make it. And why should that cup of the magical blend of soup and meaty goodness go to waste? It shouldn't I dare say. Another refreshing surprise was that they offered free unicorn rides while you waited. The unicorns were friendly and appropriately trained. They rarely impaled any guests! But hey, not even magical beasts are perfect. And to be honest, that one kid DID deserve it. And, may I add, a more graceful impaling I have never laid eyes on. I was hoping to ride the Pegasus Unicorn, but the line was too lengthy. Anyway, even if I was able to ride a Pegasus Unicorn (hey! Wouldn't that be a great band name? Pegasus Unicorn?? Sorry, I digress) Sorry, as i was saying before I so rudely interrupted myself, even if I had gotten to ride a PU, I surely would have spilled some sort of impossible to clean condiment on my shirt. And then all the guys at work would have called me "stain boy" again. (They aren't clever with their nicknames) And it would have been high school all over again. But if I had spilled, I bet the PU could have whisked me home and back in no time. I wonder what the max velocity of a PU is?? I tried looking it up on the wikipedia but the information was sadly lacking. Thankfully I had the bacony goodness of my hamburger to comfort me, and as such, I only wept for a short time. Mmmm. Bacon. Question 2. "Please describe on detail how one of the staff members went above and beyond for you." To continue from earlier, I consumed a son of the baconator on my trip to your fine eating establishment. It tasted so good that I didn't mind when I found out that is where the retired unicorns go. Economical! Upon further thought, let me applaud you on the decision not to abbrievate "son of baconator" as the marketing team would be left with rather edgy advertising choices that the American people might find harder to digest than a McDonald's burger. But to answer your thoughtful question, let me continue. During the course of my lunch I felt a small twinge of guilt for eating the son of a baconator. It suddenly struck me, I AM EATING SOMEONE'S SON!!! WHAT KIND OF MONSTER HAVE I BECOME??? But then there was the bacony goodness calling out to me like a mermaid luring a pirate ship to the rocky shore. So I ate it and shut my guilt away in a closet where it belongs along with my private love of musicals and the gas station hot dogs and the group Nickelback. (Shh. Don't tell!) The manager seemed to sense the desperate internal struggle of my soul and offered to hold me. Which, while unexpected, was oddly comforting. I did have to decline though when he insisted on also singing "Edelwiess" while wearing- what he claimed to be- the original dress Julie Andrews wore in "The Sound of Music". I thought one of Liesl's dresses would have been more flattering as he is a slender man. While his melodic tenor voice was soothing at a very deep level, it did start to get awkward when the other patrons started to stare and take pictures. But then the heavenly smell of bacon and fried unicorn flesh welcomed me back into its culinary embrace. read more

Went here on my lunch break and the drive through line was wrapped around the building. Finally ordered and when I paid she yells "it's a chicken sandwich right?" ... then when I go to receive my food she just hands me my bag and forgets my drink. When I reminded her she just started yelling at workers behind her. Then when I get to work to eat finally, my order is completely wrong. Very poorly organized along with bad customer service. read more

If you are looking for a messy leaking sandwich weather it's for lunch or breakfast look no further, decided to try the breakfast chicken bacon sandwich and it was dripping maybe butter and or syrup before i even opened the wrapper, the potato bites were ok but had a dirty oil aftertaste, just a reminder why i never eat fast food or really go out anywhere anymore, just disappointing anywhere you go nowadays unless you open your wallet nice and wide read more

I'm not sure what's going on with the Wendy's franchise, but unless they start making their burgers from Kobe beef I'm going to have to stop coming here.the prices are getting ridiculous! If it was a fabulous burger, than yes, I would pay these prices, but come on. read more

The staff quality at this location has plummeted. Most staff apparently don't have English as their first language. And I've often run into less than friendly staff lately. They are often understaffed for the lunch rush from surrounding businesses. But you can hardly blame the poor minimum wage staff. read more

I used to go here all the time right by where I work but I have never had such over cooked dry tasteless Burgers anywhere else in my life. I love Wendy's but this place should be shut down that bad. read more

Don't ask for spicy nuggets cause they won't give them to you. I work down the street so I come here for lunch on occasion. The last three trips they have failed to listen to my request for spicy nuggets and they give me regular. Not sure the confusion but it is frustrating. read more

Service is sooooo slow and no one here speaks English.... Staff cares more about their conversation than the customers.
