You can argue with all night long. I'm a diabetic (under control), and a hamburger bun and French fries are just not good for me. But sometimes I crave the fast food experience, coupled with the requisite "instant satisfaction", but devoid of the carbs climbing mountains for two days. So, I'm gonna say this, and if you have a better combination, I'm all ears; Wendy's sour cream & chives baked potato, a large chili with saltines, unsweetened Ice Tea. And wrap it with a small chocolate frosty. Is the best almost healthy fast food meal on the planet. I've had it numerous times in different Wendy's, always the best choice. If I could give no stars I would. The supervisor is loud and rude. She makes racial statements about her own workers. And she's loud so literally EVERYONE in the restaurant can hear. She isn't even dressed like someone in charge. She wears the same old Jean jacket and jeans. No Wendy's shirt at all with her hair all messed up. She talks to her workers and the customers so nasty. She was rude to my husband over the intercom. Then she literally yelled through the drive through window for like 5 minutes. All because she kept swearing his order wasn't there when it was right in front of her. She has very poor ettiquite to be given the position of "manager" or "supervisor". I had the thought to leave, but I stayed because not eating was not an option. It's only fast food, and I shouldn't have high expectations. However, coming from someone who doesn't eat fast food often yet prefers Wendy's, this is the worst Wendy's experience I have had. The lady working at the drive through on July 25 at 9:45 pm was incredibly rude to us as we were ordering our food. We were asking very simple questions and she was very snappy and acted like we should know the answers as if they were obvious. Delicious Food! Many Options which are all delicious. They have different types of food if you don't want a burger. There are wraps and chicken nuggets. They have a $4.44 item which comes with 4 chicken nuggets, fries, a drink, and a wide variety of burgers. This is a great restaurant for when on the go! read more

I'm not happy with this Wendy's, as I asked for a number 4: a classic chicken Sandwich, 10 piece chicken nuggets, Large Fry, and a Medium Drink. Which I PAID for. This Wendy's is horrible, They always forget to put one of there orders and bunch of teens work there. The food is good but the service is poor. They forgot my 10 peace nuggets and we had to drive all the way back to wendeys just to get them, I wouldn't recommend going here. read more

This Wendy's has very poor service for being a fast food restaurant. The drive thru was extremely slow, as I waited for 15-20 minutes to place my order with only 2 cars in front of me. Then I ordered and I waited another 15 minutes for them to bring it to me. The service has been terrible and the food isn't much better than the shitty service. read more

Me an my daughter went to Wendy's some time ago and ordered food through the drive thru window... I had ordered some french fries. I stuck my hand in the bag to pull out a hot french fri to eat, looking down at the same time.... to my disgust, there was a used cigarette in my french fri bag. Me and my daughter were still at the window and I showed her what just happened. We spoke to the employee that was at the window serving us and could see several employees passing in the back and they overheard the conversation. They all started laughing. As if they knew who's cigarette it was. I got the notion that this employee puts out their cigarette between breaks and keeps it hooked behind their ear while working. Whoever is working on French Fris....please stop hooking your nasty used cigarettes behind your ears, that is not sanitary. I think....how many times their used cigarettes fall into people's food. Looking at the response of the staff at this location, seems often...they knew who's it was! Also, to add to my disgust...I don't smoke! I hate smoke. I went through the Bridgewater drive-up today for a Spicy Chicken combo and they offered me an alternative because there was a 6 minute wait. I decided to wait. No big deal. Staff member brought me my food. I come home to find a delicious cookie in my bag not ordered by me. That brought a smile to my face. Every day I'm disappointed by my bank, my CC company, my electronics vendor etc. and their sub par customer service. It may not be a big deal for many but the small gesture made by Wendy's earned my thanks. Keep it up! read more

I love Wendy's. Out of all the fast food places, i always choose Wendy's. But the drive thru at this place SUCKS. Unfortunately, this is the only one in the area so i am forced to go here at times. I moved here a couple of years ago. And, this is the only fast food place along US 22 for miles that has a drive thru. The problem i have is that they rudely rush you thru drive thru as soon as you speak to them. No hello, good morning, good evening, may i have your order....you get " what's your order...you say one thing, a millisecond later, "will that be all", you say the next thing,'t millisecond later "will that be all"....rudely. Don't get me wrong, I'm there to eat, not for conversation and to hold up the line, but don't be rude. I've even tried to combat the robot like communication on drive thru by, saying my whole order the exact way they ask, BEFORE they ask....and they still will ask me what size, what type of drink....AFTER i have said this in the correct order. And that's not it, you drive to the window and there is a hand sticking out for your money before you can even put your car in park to give them the money. If you don't have the money out within a second, they close the window....to combat this i have my money out wayyyyy before i even order my food. Even with all the corrections i have made to make this place likeable, they will rush you only to find out they messed up your order! I believe they have some kind of timer where they must rush you through the drive thru. I understand this is fast food, but this place is ridiculous. I've given up on the drive thru, and only go inside when i have no other options in the area for food. This has been ongoing for at least two years. I've been to this place over 30 times, and i would say 90% of the time they give you this type of service on the drive thru. Food is good Wendy's quality, but the service is unacceptable. It reminds me of the rude workers you get at the toll booths on the Turnpike and Parkway. read more
