I stopped here for the first time when working in Beaver County. I used the ladies restroom & based on the lack of cleanliness I decided against eating here. At 11:30am on a weekday the ladies room had no toilet paper in the actual holder & just one giant roll lying on the floor in the first stall that was in use. The handicapped stall had zero paper & the toilet was unflushed & then I figured out why- it was clogged! I tried 4x to flush it. No luck. The lady in the next stall kindly passed the TP roll to me under the door. Upon washing my hands there was soap squirted everywhere. I'm not super fussy, but given this was shortly after this place opened & no one had checked or cleaned the restroom made me queasy thinking of eating here. So I left & even the inside of the side glass door was filthy. Wendy's needs some cleaning help! Yuck. read more

I have never been so repulsed by the utter ignorance and disabilities of this establishment! I doordashed myself some delicous delectible frys, nuggets, drinks, and burgers. I am so infuriated with what occured with my order. To start my what I thought would be delectable fries turned out to sad, mad, soggy, cold, and dissapointing. Do better. Then my burger was made in the most astronimicaly incorrect manner possible. I asked for no garlic sauce but I got garlic sauce. What has happened here? Thirdly, my water came in a cup which means its from the tap and if you know one thing about beaver is that the tap water is NASTY. Just like this establishments behavoir when creating my meal. And FINALLY, THE BEHEMOUTH, of, it, all. We are still missing nuggets... where aboust might my nuggets be, these poor babies are lost in the world, they dont know their way around out there. I wanted to get a chocolate frosty and they said they didn't have that and then i said I wanted vanilla frosty and they said no again then they finally said they only had orange cream (which i hate) and this ruined my day also listening to employees behind the desk, literally 10' away complain about customers on not professional at all. people need understand in the food industry how to have tough skin but how to handle it as well. complaining with a store full of customers is an embarrassment on the individual but more so the manager who willingly let it happen. read more

the first thing I say when the drive-through is "what can I get you fresh?" the service was too quick to believe. I guess that's why they didn't give me a straw with my frosty. so I had to go back through the drive-thru and they would not give me a strong until course I made it all the way through behind everyone else. sadly, I had to wait behind six cars eating my cold french fries. no apologies, no nothing, I was just a pain in their butt. read more

Just picked up a six dollar chicken sandwich at the drive thru. There is a big long hair in it. Sick kid at home, no time to go to the grocery store so I call the manger who offers to refund my money if I just drive back over there. No thanks. Sounds like a waste of my time and money. My dad got the spicy chicken and it's so dry you could sand wall with it. This is outrageous we are never getting food from here again.

By far the best fast food joint in the county. They got a new head manager this year and it really shows. I quit going there but now I have returned after I heard a few people say how good it was. You actually don't have to check your bag before you leave!!! read more

I was with a group of children who have multiple disabilities at your Wendy's today for lunch. It is very difficult to order food for the children who do not have enough money. The staff was very kind and went above and beyond the call of duty with children having difficulties. Not only was the staff kind but generous and extremely patient!!
