The crew is great, small town nice and after you're a regular for a while start your order before the door closes behind you. I did end up with what I can only assume was a new employee. The salad she made was pathetically small, less than half of what they usually make. I asked her why it was so small and she replied the prices of everything had gone up, I told her she needed to charge half price for what was a half salad. When it totaled $22.00 for a chopped ham salad and a footlong ham double meat and a large drink I just told her that I probably won't order a salad again. I had fully expected her to fix the salad. The sandwich made by one of the regular employees was great as always. I still give it 5 stars since it's a great place, great staff and I don't think it deserves a ding for a possibly new staffer. Driving up to this A&W feels like ascending into a golden cloud of flavor and joy. The steak finger sent me into a spiritual coma, the fries are rays of crispy sunlight, and the root beer is liquid ambrosia served in a frosted chalice. The staff? Angels in orange, delivering happiness on a tray. This A&W isn't fast food , it's a heavenly experience that time travellers will be returning to for the rest of human existence. The inside looks nicer than the Sistine Chapel and carries twice the spiritual energy.
