5 8 7 This DQ staff has only made me feel welcome. Fast food restaurants have no charm for me. I worked in one. So perhaps the ambiance lacks luster for that reason. Some food items are a 10, some less than wonderful. I split the difference on the score. All of the ice cream options are 10 The bigger was good. The fries were cold that day read more

Dear GOD this place is hot and humid and full of flies!!! We read the note on the door about the air conditioning being down but did not expect HOW hot and humid it was!!! When we made comment about HOW uncomfortable it was, the dark haired girl behind the counter became hateful! Like the environment is not bad enough without that girl showing her deepest contempt for us?? WE didn't break thier cooling system. We simply came in for food and snacks. We paid $$ for it! As I gave my order while shooing flies away from my face that dark haired girls look became more hateful!! I WON'T be returning or leaving any $$ again. It was our usual stop on our way to Durango. Not anymore. I'll avoid the that hateful place. Again, your customers did not break your system. Be thankful for ANY revenue at this time!!! At least the guy taking out the trash was somewhat friendly. I hope they fix that mess soon. I understand it's been like that all summer. No wonder the dark haired girl was SO hateful! She still can't justify taking it out on the customers. And I won't see the changes. I'm never returning. read more

My order just recently at August 14 the icecream reeked and tasted of expiration. Sour and horrible aftertaste. My m&m blizzard tasted like an ashtray, cherry dipcone tasted like spoiled milk. Intermediatate service wasn't too great. No AC, not great for dining in had to go though drive through. Couldn't go back for they were closed after our order. Definitely no stars if I could. Don't recommend coming back or trying it out. read more

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Suppose to be a Mint Oreo blizzard - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Aztec, New Mexico

There was a line in the drive thru so we decided to go inside to order. Glad we did. The condition of the interior was horrible. Debris, spills, trash on the floor in the food prep area turned us off. The dining area was almost as offensive. The entrance door was smeared and grungy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days. Staff at the drive thru window gave the clear impression that she didn't want to be there. We left without ordering and probably won't go back. read more

Soo strange.. they took my order, asked if that was everything and then sat in SILENCE. Didn't give me my total, tell me to pull up, nothing. Then, they handed me my ice cream, silence again! No acknowledgement at all! I mean I get it's your first job, it's DQ. But you can at least NOT ignore people. Where the manager at? They're teaching you poor customer service skills. read more

Love this DQ! Great atmosphere and delicious food! Clean restaurant, friendly staff. Don't miss out!

I have given this place three tries. First visit the owner was sitting at a table while the business was busy. Never once tried to help while the employees were struggling. Ordered chicken strips and they were cold as well as the fries. Second visit a male employee was dressed inappropriately and unprofessional. He was in the drive thru and had on shorts with knee high socks that said fuck you. Management allowed music to be played in the kitchen that was vulgar. I decided to just leave. We will not be back and will no longer support this Aztec Business. Owner seems to have no professional expectations for the business. Sad to see a good local restaurant go down. read more

All was going well until the female employee told the male employee not to make our ice cream yet due to a call in order being over $45. This was after I told the male employee that we wanted our ice cream while we waited on the food that we ordered to go. The female employee was rude when I asked her what the amount had to do with getting our food second to a call in order and she said it was the amount of ice cream that was ordered. My bill was over $45 dollars too. She was not considerate at all. I will choose another DQ to order from from now on. read more

She came to our table and said you wanted to talk to me I said no we We'll talk to your manager then with an attitude she said there's no one else to call I'm the store manager I said I'll call the owner she said tell Amber hi she's my girl scout leader. Then I told her your a real b**** she called the cops on us and said we were unruly the cop said for us to call the owner and she came out ranting and raving that she wanted us trespassed so now we can't go back to Dairy Queen.
