That's understandable, given the late hour and likely minimal staff. What is unacceptable, though, was the attitude of the woman who was working at the window. I told her the name of the customer, which she did not recognize, nor did she know the order number when I gave it to her. She asked me if this was a mobile order. Believing she meant a Doordash order, I said yes. When it was clarified that it was not a mobile order she tried to cast blame on me for the mix-up. Yes, it was my mistake for thinking a mobile order and a Doordash order were the same but as I stated before, I had just given her the customer's name as well as the I.D. number and that should have sufficed. Also, I had already identified myself as a Dasher when I spoke to the same woman on the intercom, and she should have known what type of order I was there to receive when I arrived at the window -- as is custom at every other drive-up; I picked up two orders from the neighboring Taco Bell on the same night without a hitch, and as far as I could tell there was only one person there on duty. I'm giving two stars instead of one but only because the man who finally gave me the order was far more polite and professional. Sorry you were having a bad night, ma'am, but don't take out on others.
