Never leave reviews but upset enough to do so . Drive thru order -15 minutes in line . Cashier attempted to give me the wrong drink ( only ordered the juice box with daughter's meal ! Gave the car in front of me wrong frosty . Two cars ahead - the order was walked out to the customer waiting outside and he still had to go back in ! Chicken nugget meal for my daughter - asked me what sauce ..." lots of ketchup please "( for the nuggets and fries ) . NEEDLESS TO SAY - NOT ONE PACK OF KETCHUP ! Kids don't eat their food without it! Of course I didn't realize the ketchup wasn't there before I left ! Her nuggets were look warm / fries almost cold . I ordered a jr cheeseburger deluxe : bun ice cold / burger ice cold ! Makes me wonder if it was just sitting on a shelf and not in a warmer ! Wasn't going to risk food poisoning - I thought the burgers were supposed to made fresh per order ???!!!!! Also got a salad which I havent opened yet ! I called the restaurant ; asked to speak to the manager -" we are busy right now you'll have to wait " I told the girl my order was messed up and I would wait to speak to the manager - she told me to come back . It is pouring rain outside ... I said I am not coming back , I want my money refunded " . The girl hung up on me - I called back two more times and they would not answer ! the entire purpose of the drive thru is to get the food and keep moving - usually onto the highway ! The purpose is not to serve whatever you want ( substandard - and think that is okay !) Sunday evening - my initial call was at 7:02 pm as soon as I realized - not exactly prime time dinner hour for a Sunday ! I don't want my kid to get sick from chicken not served at proper temperature - or myself . Horrible service !!!! read more

This Wendy's can not get the simplest order right. Order two baked potatoes with butter and sour cream. Did not get any butter or sour cream. Shorted the hamburger I ordered. When I went back to the restaurant to get the hamburger, they wanted me to show them my receipt that I actually paid for the hamburger. They never gave me a receipt nor did I think to ask for one. I could even tell them how much I paid because it was in cash. The manager had an awful attitude when I just wanted my money back for that shorted cheeseburger. I will never be back. You are better off driving next-door to Culver's. read more

Renovated Wendy's = Better Dining Experience. I typically don't review fast food chains but this Wendy's always meets expectations. Tonight when the wife was craving a hamburger we ordered inside for carry out. The menu has changed too and they have some great new items as well as all the classics we had through the years. Every single time I go to this Wendy's, they forget something or get the order wrong! I checked bags before I pulled out of drive thru and thought wow, they got the entire order right! I should have known better. I get home only to find they didn't give me any sauce for the nuggets! How hard is it to remember the sauce? This isn't the first time either. I don't understand why this Wendy's never has salt on their fries. Go to any other Wendy's in the Cleveland area and the fries are perfect, go to the Wendy's in Avon and you end up with fantastically warm fries with no salt. Then you ask for them to give you fries with salt and they make it a big issue. Having used to run a successful Chick-fil-A this wouldn't have been acceptable service at my restaurant. When they were in Avon Lake this was never the case. For what it's worth, no adding salt on afterwards isn't a adequate solution. Salt doesn't stick to fries after the oil soaks in and cools down. read more

went to wendys last week through drive-thru and it was a employee with no bra on making me feel disgusted and made me lose my appetite

i got myself a salad and asked for no bleu cheese when i was in the drive thru, and after driving out to where my boyfriend was working i cracked that s.o.b. open to see an entire mountain of bleu cheese on the top, which then aromafied their work truck and made them both evacuate to throw up their lunch. the salad may have tasted like puke, but the five star experience of seeing their equal dislike of bleu cheese will never be forgotten read more

The exterior looks like you're gonna have to valet your car, and this inside is comfortable, a very nice decor with natural light and some high quality televisions. every time i order from here, especially online order, they always mess my food up. i either come home without fries or nuggets. today i ordered online and got a 4 for $4 and a 2 for $5. i got the nuggets and the dave's single sandwich for the 2 for $5 and they totally didn't put any patties on my burger. i'm not one to usually do this type of stuff, don't get me wrong, but it's been a consistent thing with this wendys every time i come. read more
