Went on Christmas Eve around 5:30 for a quick dinner that turned into me waiting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes and leaving with a demanded refund. The girl running the window and taking orders had no business running the window, she couldn't do more than one thing at a time, and she looked as if she hadn't bathed in weeks, so was so greasy. While waiting for our food, there was a young kid who had really long hair that he kept playing with, along with putting his fingers in his mouth the whole time (he was running the fry station). The manager wasn't much better with blue long hair that wasn't tied back and he was IN the fry thing "cleaning" it. Beyond skeeved out and won't ever be returning. read more

Really bad chicken sandwich. Not edible cold hard fries. I seen the manager tell cashier to leave his drawer open after transaction. The manger pulled 10 from shirt pocket and switched the bill with 20. Stealing and bad food. I got my teens out of there asap. Save your money and life lessons. Bad place to chill. read more

Seriously?!! How do you screw up fast food. Asked for a baconator meal with jalapeños and didn't get jalapeños much less the right sandwiches! Ten piece nuggets had nine. Ok, its fast food. You wont get a gourmet meal. But, you will get friendly service from Gerard and Billy and the managers who are always there and working hard. You'll get a clean table, and reasonably fast service. The food is decent, hot and if the fries aren't fresh, they'll replace them without argument. For a quick meal, it's a good place to stop. read more

I agree with the Jason J and do not normally rate Fast Food joints because most are horrible, but this place is even worse than most!! Let alone the increasing prices and the decreasing portions, the customer service is awful!! Today I pulled up to the drive thru at 9:57am. I was immediately told to come back when they open at 10. Not "we'll be with you in a few minutes", it was more like "get out of here". So I left, and will never be back!!! read more

Absolutely the worst. I have never had an experience that has been positive. Either the drive thru line is extremely long and long wait or my order is wrong. Tonight the coke was completely flat. The worst!!!!! Longest "fast food" wait of your life!!! My kids would ask to go here because it's right by their dance and gymnastics classes, but the last 3 times we have gone here it has been a dreadful wait time. NEVER AGAIN! My kids no longer ask to go here. I even pulled out of line once. Employees are literally just standing around waiting for fries to cook. It's weird, it's almost like they don't have things in the works ready to go for people to order. It's not like this is In n Out where they make things fresh.... I could go home, kill the cow myself, cook the patty and eat it by the time you finish getting your food through the drive-thru. read more

The service is horrific here! What happened to fast food and getting people in and out in a timely manner? Every time we've been here it's taken ridiculous amounts of time to get our food regardless if we're going through the drive through or if we go inside. We're sitting here as we speak and have been waiting more then 20 mins to get our order for a family of 4 (while many people have given up and just left without ordering). Don't waste your time with this location as the ownership and staff have completely lost site of the meaning of customer service. read more

Came in for lunch and had to wait in line for almost 15 minutes, there was only one register open and the poor kid behind the register kept getting interrupted by the manager on duty. The manager on duty was rude and very disrespectful to the people who worked there. I feel sorry for the people who have to work with her. She called one of the employees a dumba#$ right in front of the entire restaurant. read more

Not fast food at all! This is the second or third time that this Wendy's has made each person in the drive through line wait 2-3 minutes just to order food. Then it is another 5 min or more for each person to get their food. Waiting 20 minutes for one meal from Wendy's is totally unacceptable. This location is obviously understaffed. Just wow.. sat in the drive for 5 minutes with no greeting or any sign of someone there so we decide to go inside where we see employees laughing and messing around inside one clearly with a headset on. And does the same for cars behind us then when we are inside we stand in the front of the line while the employees are talking. Unwilling to even give us any recognition that we were even there then when he did notice us we got a what do you want..... When we place our order and try to find a seat there is ketchup all over tables with trash and crumbs everywhere so if I were to sum it up I would say I used to think Wendy's was better than most restaurants but I guess I was wrong.. I have now been here twice in the in the last two weeks and the timeliness is horrible. They can only handle one customer at a time, regardless if you are inside or in the drive through. I don't know that Wendy's really cares, but I would rather eat nothing than deal with this disaster of an operation. read more

Good food, horrible attitudes of workers. We walked in for lunch and the lady at the front said "2 guests coming in," and then we heard a girl in back very loudly complain, "nooo. I dont want to make burgers anymore." Throughout our meal, we heard several more complaints from the workers about not wanting to work or about being busy for lunch rush. Guess what, lunch rush is part of your job. If you dont like it, quit. But dont make your customers feel unwelcome. read more

The slowest wendys I have ever been to in my life, It's absolutely terrible. Every time ive been here (wich has been alot in the last months) Ive waited nearly 15-20 minutes for my food. they slack off in the back and use fowl language LOUDLY when kids are present. Then when we finally place our order we have to repeat ourselves because the employee typed in the wrong order. Absolute worst restaurant I've ever been to. Waited in the drive-through line for at least 5 minutes and didn't move so I thought I take the kids inside because it didn't look too busy. Went in to see about 6-7 people waiting for their food and nobody waiting to order. My boys and I were greeted with a blank stair...and that's it. I stood there at the counter for 10 minutes before starting to get frustrated with ZERO acknowledgment from any of the 6-7 staff. I finally spoke up and asked if anybody was taking orders and was told someone would be right with me. After another 5 minutes someone did take my order and everything I ordered did show up on the screen correctly (more on this later). During the next 15 minutes, I witnessed the guy making sandwiches stopping to talk to someone on his personal phone, the only female there was leaning up against the counter doing things on her personal phone, most of the others were counter leaners too standing around talking not giving a crap about anybody inside or in the drive-through. 32 minutes have now passed and my name is finally called! Got all my sandwiches and the fries I ordered. The boys and walk back out to the vehicle and I give them their fries because now they're starving after playing hockey...FRIES ARE COLD AND SOGGY! After waiting in line for 32 minutes we couldn't even get hot fries. Get home to find that I paid for cheese on three of the sandwiches (which showed up correctly on the order screen) and got ZERO cheese on anything. My 8 yr old son was saying how the "workers spend a lot of time joking and on their phones". If my 8 yr old can recognize it, I'm not sure why management can't. Wendy's would be better off closing this location...can't imagine it makes any profit and if they do it's because they charge people for items they don't put in the bag. Horrible place to go. Garbage cans were also overflowing/piled with trash over the top of the container. read more
