The line was so long and no one was taking orders for a while, which would have been fine if you didnt have to wait another 15 minutes for your food. Plus its nearly 90 degrees and there is no air on in this place. Also only one kiosk is working to help with the line. read more

Wrong food multiple times, either not getting items or get the wrong item, terrible attitude from employees, they won't even talk to you in the drive thru, even if you say hello or thank you are just ignored. This location obviously doesn't care about getting an order right, it has to be intentional to get it wrong every time, or incompetent on an embarrassing level. Called the manager after got home and realized item was missing, they didn't care, no comp offered, just more bad attitude and general annoyance that we even bothered them with a complaint of food purchased but received. Sorry, not giving my money away for nothing, its already crap food to begin with, at least you could do is get the order right. I normally wouldn't review a fast food restaurant. They're all the same and you know what you're getting so what's really the point? But this Wendy's... THIS Wendy's... is SO bad that I feel compelled to review it. It's the only fast food restaurant that's on my route home so sometimes that's all you're in the mood for. But never again. When did Wendy's get so expensive? I usually (always) get a Spicy Chicken meal, plain, with a large fry and a large drink. How much more simple could it get? Not only is the meal in the neighborhood of $8, but EVERY time I go it's either not fully cooked (yucko) or not plain. I can deal with not plain but if it's not cooked I just throw it away. Not to mention that you have to order a large fry to get enough fries to fill up the small size. They don't fill the thing to the halfway point. It's infuriating. Anyway, if you want an expensive fast-food meal that's undercooked and not made the way you want it, this is the place for you. As for me, maybe I'll just drive a little further. read more

New location may look nice, but every table was filthy! Tried to find a seat in the empty dining room, and there were none at all. Told the cashier and he said the guy who cleaned was on break. Never did him or anyone else come out to clean any tables, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. So, perhaps the location didn't need a new renovation as much as they need a new manager. My family and I love Wendy's. The problem I am having is the Wendy's nearest our home changed managers about four months ago and the service has been bad ever since. I managed to contact the area manager and told her about the bad experiences my family has been having with this particular location. She offered me a free meal which I did not accept. I told her "I was not looking for free food, I just wanted her to fix the problem so I would not need to drive an additional 8 or 9 mile to a different Wendy's so they can get my order right!" I just wanted the area manger to fix the problem. So far in the last two months, one out of five trips to this Wendy's was OK. The reason this one trip was OK is because the only mistake they made, was putting cheese on my hamburger when I had told them "no cheese." The rest of the order was correct for a change. The other four trips the staff managed to mess up by shorting us food, giving us the wrong size shakes, and not making our food the way we wanted it. I am ordering for a family of four, how complicated can that be?!!! I have since given up on this location and will more than likely tell my children to find a different favorite restaurant because I am not going to continue going to a place of business that gets it almost right 1 out of 5 times. Also, I am not going to drive 8 or 9 additional mile down the road to see it I can find a Wendy's that can get my order right most of the time. I would not recommend this location to anyone! I'm really not a fan of Wendy's at all but, it was a fast food choice that just happened to be convenient for lunch time. I was loving the idea of the new salads, especially the one with pomegranate vinegarette and candied pecans and dried cranberries, but they failed to tell me they are premade and blue cheese was already on the salad. They just open it up and put hot chicken on it. The fries are good if they are warm, but they weren't anything spectacular. The service is okay but really not that fast. At around 10:00 pm on Sunday night (7/25/2021), I was picking up food from Wingstop across from Wendy's. I saw Wendy's drive through window where employees gathered up seems like having some party as there was no rush at all. I decided to walk up there and pickup my preordered food from Wendy's. The lady (may be manager) told me in a very sarcastic and condescending way "Don't you see this is called a drive through for a purpose. bring in your car to pickup your order". I explained that since no car was there and I was like 5 seconds away so I decided to just walk up. And she went "Its a corporate policy. You have to be driving in your car. That's why its called a DRIVETHROUGH". I said, no problem I will go get my car but I will have to talk to the corporate about this policy. And this time she was pretty loud and rude - "You can talk to whoever you want to. I am not scared of any corporate". And then she turned around towards other gathered employees and told them laughing "the guy is threatening to report me to the corporate like I would care". I am not sure if she was even listening - I did say I would be talking to the corporate about the policy but I never said I would report her to the corporate. When I drove back in after a minute, I hear someone mentioning this is the same guy with corporate reporting and was made to wait about 3-4 minutes when there was no rush at all. This Wendy's is probably one of the worst if not the worst I've ever been to. Which is sad because it appears to be newly built and should be one of the nicer locations. Twice I've come here and it takes forever for one of the staff to address you and when they do it's not a welcome, or anything friendly. The food takes forever to get. The place is absolutely disgustingly filthy, the floors are always sticky, the bathroom I wouldn't recommend ever going in, the tables are always dirty, trash cans full. They aren't busy at all either, upkeep and sanitation is definitely not a priority. I likely won't ever be back to this Wendy's, nor would I recommend anyone ever try it even once. When I pulled up and paid the lady at the window told me that they're making some more and to pull up and she'd come give me my order. That was totally fine by me. But I waited in my car for 25 minutes before driving away because I was going to be late for work. I've tried and tried at this location. There must be a reason they can't hold on to employees. There may be some good ones there now but I've never dealt with any at the drive-through late at night. I get off work around 10 pm. I use the drive-through for a quick small combination meal on my way home after a long day. I give up on this Wendy's. Terrible. I've sworn off it at least 6 times but after a while I decide to give it another chance since it's so conveniently located for me. Never again! Worst. Service. Ever. Last night was the final straw. I waited, third in line, for TWENTY MINUTES for my food. Finally got to the window and waited ANOTHER EIGHT MINUTES. I complained. We keep going back to this Wendy's because it's the closest to home. However, it is the slowest drive thru I've ever been in. And it's not just one time, it's consistent. Today was 30 minutes. No one apologizes or says "sorry for the wait." A month ago we decided to go inside to eat. The staff was very rude, didn't acknowledge anyone waiting at the counter, and acted annoyed that anyone was even in their restaurant. There is no pride or ownership shown at this location. It's very disappointing that Managment cannot step up and want to be better. If you have the choice, I wouldn't spend the time or frustration attempting to come here for food. read more

Have been patrons of this location on several occasions since moving here last summer....until last night that is. Never again. I will drive to the Parker location, regardless of the extra distance. I should have read the reviews before we stopped in for what I thought would be a quick bite to eat. We decided to go in and sit down. When we got inside there was one couple in front of us and one other couple waiting for their order. The couple in front of us ordered 2 cups of chili and 2 baked potatoes. The kid working the register was clueless. He didn't know if they had potatoes, forgot if they were eating in or taking it to go, and he forgot to give them the butter and sour cream they asked for. We had to wait while this kid was trying to figure out what was going on. Then, after we were more than ready to order, the same kid just walked off and went to the back. Meanwhile, the first couple was STILL waiting on their food and obviously getting pissed. No manager insight. "Clueless" returned,after laughing and joking around with the other employees in back, with a very unfriendly "what do you want?" One positive thing I can say is that after a ridiculous long wait, our order was correct. The first couple still hadn't gotten their food by the time we sat down. The lack of interest and the utter glacial speed of the employees makes me doubt we'll be stopping back at this location any time soon. read more

Went on Christmas Eve around 5:30 for a quick dinner that turned into me waiting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes and leaving with a demanded refund. The girl running the window and taking orders had no business running the window, she couldn't do more than one thing at a time, and she looked as if she hadn't bathed in weeks, so was so greasy. While waiting for our food, there was a young kid who had really long hair that he kept playing with, along with putting his fingers in his mouth the whole time (he was running the fry station).
