This location has steadily gone downhill. The burgers we received today looked awful, the buns were stale, and our 10-piece nuggets only came with 8. The chicken sandwich was at least passable, but overall the quality and attention to detail just aren't there anymore. We've given this location plenty of chances, but at this point we'll definitely be taking our money elsewhere when we want a quick burger. For what fast food costs these days, this just isn't acceptable. read more

I stopped by this Wendy's for a quick lunch and used the app rewards for the first time. Every location handles things a little differently, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the young man working at the counter was very patient and polite while helping me through it. It honestly feels rare these days to see someone provide that kind of friendly, attentive service at a fast food restaurant. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a smooth visit, and the service really stood out. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

Just went through the drive through. The fries were not hot or crispy, terrible. I also had a small chili that was awful. Two large chunks of burger (probably leftover from last night). They didn't even try to disguise it by cutting it up. Cup was 3/4 full and had 2 beans and nothing else in the chili. Not the first time this has happened but it is definitely the last. It is unfortunate as I live less than 5 minutes away from the store. I was hoping for something better for the Candelas neighborhood. read more

Burnt fries. Sloppy prep. Sauce disaster. Just stay away from this Wendy's. Chicken sandwich was inedible, rubber texture. 90% ice, 10 % liquid. They don't care about their customer. All it takes is once. Nasty. Dave is rolling over in his grave. What a disgrace. Sell the franchise please. read more

I feel like Wendy's trains their employees to purposefully miss an item from the order one day it's the fries that are missing, the next day sauces are missing. Guys I beg you, charge me extra money it's fine but you HAVE to give me the sauce. Eating nuggets dry is just plane wrong read more

I don't know what's going on at this store. Seems like they've had management issues for several months now. Yesterday, I submitted an order online and went to pick it up a little after 7am. When I got there it was closed and the employees were waiting outside. One of them apologized and said they were waiting on their manager to show up and unlock. I left and came back two hours later and got my food as planned. Similar problems have happened over the last few months. They aren't very organized in the mornings, and I believe they are having trouble keeping employees and managers around. If they don't get better, I will drive a little further to the store on 64th & Indiana. read more

Consistently screws up orders placed through drive through. This has been a problem at this location for years. No ketchup, no mayonnaise means none, not extra. Would avoid unless you're desperate, which is often the case when I do order from here. read more

I made this account just to write this, due to the lack of decent customer service. I had ordered my food and when it was time to recieve such food, I had watched Kristi (the woman who I saw that say handle my food), blatantly toss my food into the bag as if she was going to mix it all in. Fries out of the carton. You may say "it might have been a few fries out of the carton." But as much as I don't mind some extra fries at the bottom, around this time. It was half of my fries just tossed and laying at the bottom. Greasing up my napkins and the other food I had hoped to be untouched by said fry grease. Not to mention when I had came back weeks after to treat me and my husband. Another person in charge, or who i assume was in-charge for the day has smooshed a Dave's Double Burger my husband was ecstatic for. Only to see it battered slightly. I love Wendy's, the chilli sauce and dipping fries into it. But with said people handling food with such little care makes me worried how the store will do in the future. I do not recommend this location, hopefully the service turns out better for any other customers who haven't been to this one. If the location turns around in service then I'd be glad to come back around and eat happily. read more

It is a poor reflection on the management of this store that there appears to be a systemic lack of training of the staff and no attention paid to the quality of the food preparation. When french fries are consistently served cold and the new pop tart frosty comes out un mixed, syrup on the bottom, and with no pop tart pieces, it is not apathy by the staff, it is apathy by the management that is to blame. read more

The food was poorly made, the drive thru worker was just complaining about working stating that I might as well order the whole menu when I ordered 3 meals. Made the whole trip completely unpleasant and the food was sloppy, gooped in ketchup not wrapped properly, and threw my fries in upside down. read more

I came to this Wendy's and honestly, it was a mess. There were a couple of kids working who looked like they were about 15, just playing around behind the counter and messing with the food like it was a joke. Super unprofessional. Who's ever running this restaurant is not doing a good job. read more

oh my god. I asked for a 5 piece tender (the item pulled up on my phone) the orange hair employee goes "we don't have that" in a nasty tone. What do you mean you don't have 5 piece tenders? She specifies they only have 4 piece which makes no sense.I get to the window and doesn't say anything but my order. I sympathize with fast food workers who are experiencing a rush, but come on. she takes my card and hands it back to me. To her coworker she goes "should we tell people we are out of coffee?". So I am expecting them to let me know that they are out of coffee, but instead a few seconds later while I'm sitting at the window with it wide open, Orange hair girl goes "that coffee looks nasty as hell" to the man making my drink, yet he still gives it to me (and it is indeed nasty as hell). The man making it was nice, but should not have given me that drink. Extremely unprofessional and a little bit worrisome considering they gave me a drink they could tell was bad. Sorry I had to put the employees on blast, but that is concerning behavior. read more

I will never be eating at Wendy's again! So tired of walking in to see 5 employees on their phones and have one barely look up to tell me I have to order from a kiosk!! What a joke!! Same people want $20 and hr minimum wage and the restaurant wants to justify the 30% price increase over the last 3 years as "inflation costs"...I call bs and more people should do the same! read more

The staff on the day shift was so nice. They were the friendliest. Especially the manager, Christie,, but also her staff

I hope the kids who work here don't go to Ralston Valley because they have serious reading problems and my kids will go there in 7 years. A problem every single time I come here. My third review of this place. Made a mobile order and they forgot a double stack driving thru so I had to go back in and get it. I had two kids meals and shame on me for not checking...nuggets for one, cheeseburger for another. Of course, both were hamburgers when I got home. Thanks Wendy's for once again wishing you go out of business or another fast food comes in the area. Shame on this franchise read more

Prices in the drive thru sign do not match what they charge you. i ordered two burgers and was charged an additional $3. asked the kid at the drive thru about it - he did not care. someone claiming to be a manager argued with me . I just asked her to charge what was in the sign. read more

Major health violations! Only one individual wearing gloves! Watched an employee pick a hair out of the fry's and throw on the floor! Then serve it to the drive thru! Health board should be here asap! Going to make people sick read more

I had not eaten since noon. At 7 PM I bought a large french fry from this Wendy's, nothing else, and ate nothing after that for the rest of the night. A few fries tasted terrible. 3 1/2 hours later I was vomiting with painful gas and diarrhea. I have reported this food poisoning to the Jefferson county department of health. read more

This Wendy's is the only place to get a burger anywhere near us. They would be closed by now if we had a choice. Seemingly every time we go there, they make our even simple orders wrong. They will close down the grill well before close so they can leave early. And their customer service is lacking. They are fairly new, and we are all dealing with labor issues. That being said, if you can't do good business, don't do any at all. read more

I was at the drive-through this evening when an employee, who appeared to be a manager started screaming at the employee who was helping me, to close the window. After he was finished helping me and the window was closed she got in his face and started screaming at him more. It was an extremely windy day, but he was just doing his job and thought it was very inappropriate, especially in front of other employees and customers. read more

I give up. That was their 10th strike. I am done trying to go to this Wendy's. My order is ALWAYS wrong and the food is very poor quality. There is another Wendy's down the street that I will be going to from now on. read more

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. We wanted to try the new breakfast biscuits and were so disappointed. The bacon consisted of three slivers about 1/4 inch by 1/4 inch (hardly how they advertise). The cheese was melted on the paper more than the sandwich and the biscuits were rock hard. When I called to explain, Linda who said she was the manager laughed at the situation. Did I mention I was the only one in the drive up (wonder why) and it took almost 10 minutes for the order. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!!!! read more

The management sucks. The way employees do business no manners, NO QC when checking the orders. The place is run by millennials and it shows by the poor customer service. The drive through is a joke. Wait time is almost 4 minutes per car. I WILL NOT BE BAXK TO RHIS LOCATION. read more

We were so excited to have a Wendy's open close to our home. We have been through 4 times since it opened...EVERY time the service has been terrible, as if we are inconveniencing the staff by ordering food...and they have gotten our order wrong EVERY time. I understand that fast food is never going to have the best service, but this last visit tonight the employees were downright rude. Sad to say I think we have given this location enough chances and won't be back. read more

This place is terrible, we've been here 3 times out of convenience and each time we go they have messed up our order. This place has been open for months and they still can't figure it out. Go to the Wendy's on 64th, better service and they'll get your order right. read more

I know it's just a Wendy's but I have been let down multiple times the last few locations I have visited.... but this particular location restored my faith in the Wendy's chain. The food was prepared perfectly instead of thrown into a bag with no care. Plus they were very up to date with covid precautions and restrictions. It hit the spot 10/10 read more

When they first opened they were amazing, but as time goes on their food has gotten terrible. I ordered a ten piece chicken nugget meal. I received six nuggets and the rest of the nuggets weren't even nuggets. They were the size of a quarter and hard as rocks. The fries were over cooked and cold. Clearly they were old fries. I tried to call and complain but the phone just rang endlessly. read more

Excited to see a new fast-food restaurant on the way home from airport, brand new building with only the electronic kiosks for ordering. Shockingly the only credit card payment method is with magnetic stripes. Sad to see such a new facility now take ApplePay, but I was shocked to see it not take a chipped credit card. Won't eat there again if they employ such weak customer credit card protections. read more

Only had chicken fries and drinks available.... What a let down... great customer service as well.......

Get it together, the kids running this place need help. It's slow, doesn't have normal hours for fast food and is a complete Lord of the Flies disaster inside. Does the owner even care?! read more

Disappointing to say the least, the front staff who take the orders are absolutely amazing, very friendly and always have a smile on their face. However the cooking staff are the complete opposite. I've been coming here a lot since the opening and LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE TIME I've come here they've either forgotten a sandwich or certain parts of items on sandwiches (no mayo, add bacon, extra ranch). And most of the time I come here the cooking staff is either being rude to the customers or the front cashier staff. I get it guys it's Wendy's but still it would be nice if you could take your job somewhat seriously. Two stars because the front staff is extremely nice but all else here is not good. read more
