I've been here a few times for a powder gel manicure. I've had manicures from Kevin and he is amazing!! He takes his time and your nails always look nice!!! The last time I was there, a young girl (I didn't get her name) did my powder gel manicure and it was HORRIBLE. She only filed my nails, did not cut my cuticles and once she applied the powder gel my nails looked "chunky". I asked her to file them down and she did the bare minimum. I will make my appointments with Kevin from now on. read more

Went to get on a Wednesday a gel manicure for my upcoming wedding reception dinner on Saturday. My gel nails chipped by Friday. I went back to have them fix it. They only fixed the chipped ones. By the next day the unfixed nails chipped too. Also the 'fixed' colors didn't match. Plus the vibe was so horrible with staff screaming at each other in another language it made me & the whole vibe uncomfortable Truly this place is a waste of money & time. read more

My first visit here was great, so I was excited to return for another beautiful, long-lasting mani pedi. Instead, I spent two and a half hours watching News 12 on repeat praying that this experience would end soon. My mom and I had appointments for 3pm. I wasn't taken for my pedicure until 3:30pm, which I understood - things happen. My mom had one person remove her nails, another do her pedicure, another start her manicure, then leave in the middle because he had to "drop someone off," then someone else entirely to finish the manicure. After my pedicure I was left at a manicure station for another half hour. Out of nowhere, a woman comes and takes my bag away from the station without telling me I was being moved. When my mom paid, she said she was shocked at the high price and asked for a breakdown. They (with an attitude) told her they were charging me $20 extra for chrome I wanted on two (2!) nails. When my manicurist (who was the third person I had for the day, two other people did my removal and pedicure) brought out my color, I reminded her I wanted black as well as the pink on two of my nails. She told me it wouldn't look good. I explained it again, and she understood after that, but I was taken aback by her just not telling me she would be doing something entirely different because it "wouldn't look good," even if there was some confusion. They eventually refunded us $10 since I only wanted the chrome on two nails, but that didn't even make sense, why are you charging $20 for ten fingers of chrome and only refunding $10? The work they do is good, but not for the price, and not for the expense of spending TWO AND A HALF HOURS in a salon. Also, when I was washing my hands, I heard some tweeting and saw that there was a literal bird in a box behind the register. Wild that this experience was so terrible that seeing a literal animal in a nail salon wasn't the weirdest thing. read more

So we came here a little last minute, it was me and my 2 friends. They weren't so busy which was great. Cathy worked on all of us individually which yes took some time but she was nice enough to let us all sit next to each other so we can enjoy our girls' day. Our nails came out great. We all got some form of design and it came out exactly like the photos. My nails did need some extra time as I have anxiety and tend to pick at my hands and nails. But they accommodated me easily! Next time I'll go in for a pedi as well. The place was clean and they always kept their masks on. Which was appreciated. The bathroom was easily accessible and clean as well. read more

Came in yesterday to get my nails done. Got a GelX manicure with design and a massage. The girl tells me the nails are $95 for what I wanted (French with two designs on each hand) I found this a little expensive but maybe it's normal pricing I'm not sure what made me mad is my nail broke today barely one day after getting them done. Needless to say I'm upset. read more

$80 wasted. Not even a full week in and the nails keep breaking (which I expected from how the nails felt). The one on my right hand I can take some responsibility for (despite thinking it should still have been durable) since I did hit my hand into a wall trying to catch my phone from falling but the other two on my left hand had no reason to break. I wasn't being rough. All of a sudden I looked down at my hand to see that those two nails were no longer there before going out with friends. Bad service and horrible quality. read more

LOVE my pedicure by Queena! She took her time and did an excellent job! Great massage and loved my lavender spa pedicure! Thank you!

THIS PLACE DESERVES ZERO STARS. Got a new set and after one day the side of my nail cracks. Then another and another and they tell me to come back and fix it and now I'm bleeding and they're telling me it's due to my nails being long when a lot of people get long tips and never have a problem, their tips never crack or break. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Complete waste of money I paid $65 for my nails to crack and break within the same week of getting them and they refuse to give me a refund and are only granting me a store credit of $40 when I paid $25 more. After someone on the phone told me I could receive. Full refund they said too bad it's actually no cash refunds when I get there. Disgusting... MIND YOU TIPS SHOULD LAST 2-3WEEKS REGARDLESS OF LENGTH. read more

In need of a new nail salon closer to home.. I went 2xs used a different person each time. The first time a lady (she wasnt wearing her name tag) cut my nails too short and left nails all uneven. The lady that did them rushed and missed spots on a red dip powder application. They lasted 7 days, for reference dip powder on my nails lasts 3- 4 weeks. The pedicure was done by susan.. it was rushed and there was no real cleaning of the nail. And then the upselling started. She didn't even cover the edge. pedi lasted 1 week before it chipped. I went back to give them the benefit of the doubt. I made the appointment with someone different.. Aaron, I wanted something light with a bit of sparkle, he took his time and chose my color. The color selection was great. the shape was good, nails were even...but my nails are THIIIICK, uncomfortably so it didnt even feel like my nails. This time around they lasted almost 3 weeks. His pedicure was nice. Not enough to continue going though. I do not recommend. read more

This nail salon is super busy and I mistakenly took that as a sign it would be good. It isn't. My pedicure was probably fifteen minutes if that for the regular one. I was pressed for time anyway, but the job she did was not as thorough as most places. The nail polish was a little sloppy too. When it came time for my gel manicure, they sat me in this ratchet folding chair and short desk. The manicurist had a comfortable cushy chair though. It was an uncomfortable experience. She rushed through the process and my nails look like it. The polish looks like I applied it myself! Look how streaky and uneven it is. No, I didn't ask them to fix it because I didn't want to sit there for another 45 minutes in my folding chair. read more

Excellent service and each of the nail techs are so talented! Have gone multiple times and love my nails each time!

Though their pedicures are great I can't help but say something when the nail techs can't even color match to their own samples. I wanted an ombre mail from a glitter to a whitish grey. The tech came over and asked if this color was okay... a blue powder I said if it is the same from the sample then I guess so. Proceeded to do my nails as I told him I didn't expect that color they're not supposed to be blue and got mad that I didn't want the vibrant blue, took off one coat and kept going. I said multiple times it is not supposed to be blue and I didn't expect it to be vibrant like that. It is so off from what I wanted and not at all appropriate for the wedding I am in tomorrow. I could not be more annoyed that I spent two hours and all that money to be this unhappy and unheard. The colors aren't even close and they kept trying to add more. read more

I needed to get my nails done - powdered gel manicure. I made an appointment prior (about two hours before). The check-in process was simple- had an 11:30 appointment and they took me in right away. So many colors to choose from, more than any other place I have seen. I chose number 105 which is a deep red with sparkle glitter in the powder. Michelle was my nail tech. She was very friendly and sweet. I was there for slightly over an hour. My powder gel manicure cost $40 (not including tip). The business has a lot of employees and it's always busy, which is great. Again, I recommend making an appointment prior to going. I will be going back! read more

I just had the BEST experience I've ever had at any nail salon. The people here are always kind and helpful. Today, I came in knowing I needed something different and gorgeous for my Hawaiian honeymoon, but I didn't know what I wanted. Right before leaving my house, I took a picture of a Hawaiian shirt I have that I'm taking with me on my trip. The shirt's design was the only "inspiration" I had going into the nail salon. When someone couldn't help me after I said, "I'll do the SNS powder with tips. I have no idea what I want, but I'm going to Hawaii and need something pretty and tropical," Amanda stepped up to help me! She was patient and very helpful! I showed her the picture of the shirt, and I asked to see their nail stickers first. We found some nice flowers. Now we just had to find a color. Again, I had no clue what I was doing. Amanda suggested I do a soft white to green ombré. I decided to trust her and let her do her thing. When I said I wanted sparkles, she said that was no problem and we can add that after the ombré. Amanda was kind and patient during the whole process, and her creativity allowed me to walk out with the PERFECT nails that are absolutely gorgeous! The girl next to me was getting her nails done by Rachell. I was talking to them almost the whole time. Rachell also did a great job today! Amazing customer service by both Amanda and Rachell. I highly recommend them! read more

DO NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE ZERO STAR REVIEW!!!! Back in March I went in for a gel manicure, as they were cutting my cuticles, she accidentally cut my finger and pulled half the cuticle out. 2 days later my finger was discolored swollen itchy and hot. After a day of just thinking it was an ingrown nail, I decided I couldn't take the itchiness anymore and I peeled my nail polish off, to find PUSS UNDER MY FINGER NAIL. I ended up in the EMERGENCY ROOM WHERE THEY HAD TO DRILL HOLES INTO THE NAIL JUST TO RELEASE PRESSURE!!!!! If you care about yourself, DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE DIRTY read more

I used to love this place. Been going here for over a year when I moved to tbe neighborhood. They used to be so nice but the past few months it has changed and I will NEVER GO BACK!. so a few months ago I went in for a Powder mani, and a regular pedi it was about $70. I left a $15 tip and the lady who did my nails said "15?! On $70?!" I was in shock! Fast forward to yesterday I went in for just a regular pedi. And left a $7.00 tip. And the.lady said "only 7!?" Its so rude I come in every 2 weeks to get my nails done sometimes I leave 10.00 on a $20 service. I've spent so much money here and this is how iam treated? I talked to the manager and there was no help. I will never be back and neither will any of my friends and family. DONE! read more

Yesterday I made an appointment with them because I always go to that place and a man answered the call, when I asked him about a person who had previously done my nails, they told me that it was okay that at 6:30, well, when I arrive at the place, I say that I have an appointment with that person, the girl is a manager was in front and with a very ugly voice she told me no, that I did not have an appointment and then he checked it again and told me that no, that person has a lot of time that does not work in the place, when I told him that I needed to do my nails because it was a special occasion, he told me that no, that they do not have time to do my nails... would you continue attending a place where from one moment to another they cancel your appointment and also talk to you with an ugly tone?????? read more

Mamie from Long Beach, NY I love this place. Owner and staff very friendly. Always greeted with a smile. This is the best place I have been to do my nails. I have not had a pedicure yet but soon will. The owner does my nails. My nails last for 3-4 weeks at a time. SNS dipping powder is the best! They come out a big "10" every time I leave there. Black and Brown people: please avoid. I've been going here for months, even brought them other well paying customers, but I've never been fully satisfied with the pedicures. They employ a myriad of technicians with improper and unhygienic technique, topped with attitudes. What surprises me is that those attitudes change for the positive in the face of white customers. I had a gel pedicure done today with many mistakes -- to which I said that I'd pay for the pedicure, but not the extra cost of gel. I was repeatedly and aggressively told that my gel would be removed if I didn't want to pay. Not even an apology or effort to redo my feet while knowingly assigning an untrained technician to me. It was emphasized that I didn't want to pay, ignoring the principle that I'd be paying $100 for a faulty service. The microaggressions and stares are all too overt at this salon. It's 2021, do not support businesses that are open about not supporting you! read more

I got a regular pedicure and a gel mani. Spent 2 hours and paid more than my regular place. The gel peeled off in less than a week. They told me to come in and they would fix it. Once I went in they still expected me to pay again for it. Definitely do not recommend going here. read more

This place is so bad. I recently went for first time to get acrylic new set. The lady didn't ask me how I like it. So I started telling her the shape and length I like and she was just laughing to the guy working next to her. She got annoyed with me that I was asking her to shape it a certain way so she switched with the guy. The guy helped me for a minute and then they both decided to send me to a lady in the back of a salon. So not professional. I showed them a picture of a pink French design and they barely looked at the photo and just did what they wanted. All the nails are lifting and are chunky and thick. And French line is so thick as well. Never going back. They don't treat you well here.:. It's just a factory to make money. read more

CRAP JOB!!! After waiting 40 minutes they rush doing my nails and literally did the worst job EVER. The nasty bad attitude on the girl doing my nails did not help. Then at the end they plopped me in a chair, no back rub. No thank you for coming. I hope they get shut down soon! I saw more people angry than happy. $25 for a horrible mani pedi. I have no idea what the bad reviews are about. I have been coming here for the last 3 years & get my pedicures done by Susan every single time (make sure you make an appointment). Let me tell you, if you are the kind of person who wants someone to really get your cuticles and heels done so that they are baby soft when you leave, go here right now. Susan is the absolute BEST. I have tried other places where they just play around with your feet - not Susan. She gives awesome massages & makes sure my toes look perfect before I leave. Full disclaimer, I always get a spa pedicure, so I'm not sure what is included in a regular one, but it is definitely worth every penny. read more
