Heinz coordinated the whole job (demo and rebuild of pool, pool equipment, pool fence, patio) with Manny and it went very smoothly. No complaints on my end, and in fact both people provides options that we had not considered and not mentioned by any of the other bidders. End price ( which we had before starting the job) was competitive with others and finished job before deadline despite some weather and power issues.
