I was combed yelp and found Holly based upon her reviews, availability, and online booking. The process of booking was flawless. The location is right next door to my favorite restaurant Vivo Austin which was a bonus. Since we are in the middle of 'Rona, I had to text Holly once I arrived. I was asked to wash my hands in the bathroom and come back to the massage room. We went over my massage needs while I had a quick foot soak. Holly asked questions just to clarify what I wanted and what I needed. I had asked for deep tissue massage and knew that it was not going to be a relaxing massage. When you go from monthly massages to none (thanks again 'Rona), Ummm yeah, your body will be not in the best shape. Overall, I felt better that day and the next day. My muscles are loosing up finally so I can push myself again in my workouts, hopefully injury-free.

I wouldn't describe her style as any one label but rather customized to what your body requires. The space is a suite in an office complex along with many other similar service providers. I tried calling and left a voicemail and got no text or callback ever. The only difference between me and Janette is that as I sat there outside of Amber's studio wondering where she was, I went to her website so see if I'd made an error in booking and went through the process again, accidentally booking for the next day. I immediately request cancellation via her web form. I received TWO charges on my card a month later because of this. I'm disputing with my credit union now.
