Equipment is in good shape and there's a lot of it, so that's all good. In reality, this is probably a 3-star place due to some small things that would be fixable if there were staff there 24/7. The first point is that the music is too loud in the weight area. It competes with your earbud, forcing you to turn up your own volume to compensate. Everyone wears earbuds anyway, so why not turn the music down? The second point is some damn annoying members, who lack gym etiquette. Leaving weights on stations after they're finished is the first grievance, and many members do it. The second one is specific to one person... he's a screamer (and not in a good way). Even if he's not lifting, but his partner is lifting, he will scream and shout. It turns people off and I've talked to the GM about it but nothing has changed. You can literally hear him from across the gym. That same guy also leaves stuff sitting ON several stations at a time. Not on the floor, but ON the equipment. This prevents them from being used without moving their stuff (which is a gym faux pas). Because these are not technically the issued the business, I gave them 4-stars. They could easily be 5-stars if they addressed some fairly easy issues.

This is customer service !! Breakfast was great and while i did not get the name of the woman incharge of breakfast, she was extremely pleasant and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed . That is really sad to say since we paid sooo much! It got ridiculous, us having to beg them to come out and just finish the project. When we signed the contract the very latest our pool & hot tub were to be done was end of January, yes we had rain but not enough to delay until October! So many times we called with no answer, so many unanswered texts, so many broken promises, so many times that someone was going to be there and waiting at home all day and no one showed up. Now I can say that the guys that did our concrete and the guys that did our stone around the hot tub really did great jobs! It is not worth all the headache, frustration and tears.
