Then when she asked if she could change the color her nail tech said no and kept putting the same color on. I asked for regular polish on my toes and my mother in law did as well. Then the bill came and they added gel polish on the end of the bill for both of us. Turns out they ignored our requests and added gel just to add to the bill. Do not go to this nail salon, they are dishonest.

And it helped my sore back and hip flexors so much!! Now, with they being said, this isn't your "ambiance" spa. Think "nail salon" for massage. Like, I love my nail salon, but I don't go there to be pampered per-say. You know; the massage chair is great, the leg scrub is great..but, we are there for function. This is the same. The massage room was fine, massage was very cost effective and the staff are personable. But, the front lobby is functional only and the rooms are set up very basic. You go straight back for services and leave when done. Not the place to sit around in robes drinking wine with girlfriends. Again, nothing wrong with that, just helps to know what to expect. So, if you want your sore muscles addressed, for a great price, I think you'll be more than happy with your choice.

I had 90 min therapeutic massage and only received 45 mins the first day and I call to schedule another appointment and the owner tells me that Megan had waited for 45 mins before I got my first session and that they don't owe me anything. I WAS NEVER 45 mins LATE. Before I was able to speak the owner just hangs up on me. What place waits for their customer for 45 mins without cancelling the appointment to begin with? Also, what place deduct the wait time from the service that people paid for? I went up to the place and told them that I was originally 7 minutes late (I clearly remember), and Megan lies to my face that I was 25 mins late. (So at first I'm 45 mins late and now it's 25 lolll) And they started yelling at me and told me to leave. They would not listen to me and just told me to leave. They even called the COPS on me because I wouldn't leave without my money back. They didn't give a damn about what I had to say. What kind of business gives their word (even with a signature on my receipt) and changes their mind and don't even tell me about it? I understand now that she was not supposed to offer me a split sessions but that's their problem, not mine. As a paying customer it was the worst experience I've had as a customer in general including ALL industry. They are also VERY RACIST. When the owner was calling the cops on me, she described my race as HISPANIC to have them come quicker. I am the furthest person from being or looking or sounding like Hispanic in any way possible. My first experience with Megan though, the massage wasn't that great at all, but I tipped her $10 because she seemed nice. However, I was just really shocked how rude and insane she was. I've worked in a service industry for years myself. This was way over the limit. The owner lady gave me the money back at the end and a hug. The lady seemed like a sweet lady, but it's absolutely terrible business practice letting the new girl (Megan) ruling the place as she pleases and treating the customers like this. If you still want to try this place, I'm not stopping you, but good luck with that.

Not familiar with the process, I decided to read past reviews. I was shocked at the negative comments. Holly has been my technician for the entire time. She is excellent and one of the many reasons I keep returning. I always make an appointment so I am expected. I receive a full deluxe gel manicure and pedicure. Holly is so gentle that I almost fall asleep under her care. The salon is clean and many precautions are taken to avoid cross contamination (individual liners for the pedi tub and a new pack of implements for each customer). They have numerous nail colors and procedures to choose from. have never had a bad experience and often recommend Holly and the salon. Holly's English is very limited which makes discussions difficult, but Jenny (supervisor?) will help translate when needed. The costs of services are reduced if you do not use a credit card (but cash). I would have given five stars with easier communication. Note: I am partially handicap and the staff goes out of their way to accomodate my special needs. Always a pleasant experience!
