I would love to be leaving a great review, but sadly I can't. 14 months since we signed the contract and finally got everything semi-working, I mean it's not plumbed right (even after being done twice) but it works. That is really sad to say since we paid sooo much! It got ridiculous, us having to beg them to come out and just finish the project. When we signed the contract the very latest our pool & hot tub were to be done was end of January, yes we had rain but not enough to delay until October! So many times we called with no answer, so many unanswered texts, so many broken promises, so many times that someone was going to be there and waiting at home all day and no one showed up. Now I can say that the guys that did our concrete and the guys that did our stone around the hot tub really did great jobs! It is not worth all the headache, frustration and tears. read more

Do not go with this company. They are scam, take your money then do not provide what they claim they will. They were not licensed with the State of SC and was fined for that, had an "electrician" who was not licensed. We had to hire a licensed electrician to fix the mess they created. We were then told "we hired" her worker. Caroline will lie to your face with a smile. Do your homework before hiring this scam, she will gladly run you over to take your money. Started our pool in August, was not complete till April. Lie after lie then there were multiple issues with the pool. read more

The end of September we contracted with Oasis Pools to build an inground pool at our home in lake Hartwell. She assured us it was a simple job that round take no more than two months. We paid a deposit and it sat for months with nothing done. Then they dug a huge joke with Ted clay mud everywhere. They tore through our neurons yard and our snd still no other work was done. In January we heard excuses of weather ( even on weeks that were gorgeous),contractors on other jobs. Finally the pool was poured snd then it sat and sat and sat. The plumbers came and damages our irrigation system which our landscaper had to repair. She hired a stone mason to do the tmike work. He said he had never done role work and wasn't sure how to place it. We called her to take them off the job. We met the first of April. She told us r writhing would be complete by the end of April. Nope. It is the end of June. we Do not have an operational pool, we still have likes of debris and trash in our yard and the neighbors and the decking is still not complete. They are incompetent at best and Ynreluable, unresponsive and dishonest. Do not use this company. They should have their license taken away. We are in touch with our attorneys now. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR POOL FROM OASIS. We recently purchased an above ground pool. They completely destroyed our backyard. The paperwork said to expect 1-2 feet dug around for the pool. However, they dug over 6 feet and left 2-3 ft drop offs and nothing was level. When I told Caroline about the situation, she said to send her pictures. I didn't hear a response for days. When I reached out again for an update, she told me that them coming back out to fix the yard would "void our warranty" and to "sprinkle some gravel around it." After us pushing, she was agreeable for the grading team to come back out, but was quick to point out several times how she was "being nice" and "doing us a favor." Unfortunately, the story gets worse. We were told multiple dates to expect the graders and various excuses were provided why they couldn't come that day. This happened multiple times, on top of not getting a return call/text to the point where we got the Better Business Bureau involved. She was very upset when we told her and "couldn't believe" we called them. We told her all the reasons why and she had no response except that "Charlie" the grader would be back to our house and that we were "on top of his list." However, when we didn't see him by 3 PM, we contacted her, and she said he was at another job and would be at our house after 5. Another lie. When Charlie did come out, he was very rude and made several sarcastic comments about "hoping this would make us happy" and that "we've went above and beyond for y'all." He also hit our power pole (thankfully no damage) and crushed two bags of concrete for our deck installation. To say this has been a nightmare is putting it lightly. The ONLY good part of this is that the pool is great and that we won't EVER have to do business with them again. read more

Came in the first month in a hurry digging out the pool. Tore out waterline and sewer lines without notifying me about it and left hurriedly. After 3 months, I had to hire another contractor to backfill and clean up the mess. I would call every couple of weeks and be told they were sending someone out. But no one ever showed. Finally, after a year, they poured the concrete patio around the pool. After 13 months of them having my money and giving every excuse in the world as to why and when it will be completed, it is still not even close to being completed. I told them not to come back, and I am having to hire another company to complete the job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Just review the attached photos, and you will see the mess they have made in my backyard and in 13 months what they have accomplished. If you want excuses, hire them. If you want a pool, find a reputable dealer! read more

It did take a couple attempts to get a response, but once they did respond, they made sure I was completely satisfied, which I was.

Me and my husband bought our pool here and it was installed the middle of April this year. They came out and put it together in just a couple of hours. We got the 27 foot and it's huge. We have 5 girls and there is always plenty of room for them and all their friends. The people that work there are always nice and very friendly! read more

This was the worst experience with a pool installer in my life. Do not trust this lady at all. Tries to charge extra for everything. If I did not have a camera on her all the time she would have buried her trash in my yard. It took 5 months to get my pool installed. Had to call another electrician to fix the issues with the electrical to pass code. Had to call another pool company to complete the set up process. My husband and I purchased a custom made in ground pool cover from Oasis pools in Seneca. When it was installed it leaked and we where told that oasis pools would have someone come look at it and replace it. That was about a month ago. No one has come to look at it. Oasis pools will not answer my phone calls are return my messages. I would not recommend them for anything. They do not stand behind their products. Their customer service is none existing. We spent $3200 for a custom pool cover....we did not get our money's worth. read more

If you want an above ground pool that has no warranty, has a dent in the side, wrinkles in the liner, deep divots in the bottom (sand), leaky plumbing then by all means hire Oasis Pools. Our experience from the beginning has been nothing but a nightmare til this very day. We have been talked to and treated so rudely I have no idea how Caroline and Randy are still in business. We were made to communicate with a subcontractor that we didn't hire to remedy the dent in the side of our pool. We were told on many occasions how rude and demanding we were for just wanting our pool repaired. Our pool is still dented and will be because it cannot be repaired however they wanted us to pay full price for our pool. This week the plumbing started leaking. I reached out to Caroline and was told to "call Aqua Blue pools in Greenville, they have a great service group." We are out a large amount of money for a pool that may or may not be usable tomorrow with no warranty or recourse. I can't emphasize enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! read more

(I'm disabled and ordered special steps that would allow me to use the pool). All I get is the run a round, with promises that they will come but never show up. After dealing with another company and getting run aropound for months went to Oasis explained our situation & they was instantly willing figure something out. very friendly and helpful so we decided to give it another try with them after ordering the pool it was literally up in a week & have on the spot with any questions or concerns def wish we had went with them in the beginning- Very happy with how they have been since day 1! read more
