After I realized that I spoke with the new director but I don't feel the NP actions were adequately addressed. During bloodwork results, I wasn't notified of the results but notes were added advising next steps. If health is a priority and something requires urgent action a phone call should be made

So I wrote a pretty negative review regarding Wellspire (see review dated 4/25)...and I meant it…read more Shortly after I posted it, one of the owners reached out to me, several times in fact, to speak with me about my concerns. He apologized and confirmed that my complaints were "dead on". He told me about all the changes that he'd already implemented, in large part, because of my review. Employees now have name tags and uniforms. Private information is only discussed behind closed doors and they're retraining staff. How about that? It's not every day that an owner makes such a effort to improve after a complaint. He wanted to let me know that my concerns had not fallen on deaf ears. Now THAT is customer service. So, I wrote another review and gave them 5 stars because I value honesty and integrity when correcting mistakes. Thank you, Dr. Mehta and Torri for reaching out and making a concerted effort to address the issue. I may try them again in the near future.

They told him it would be 3-5 days for results. He had to call on the 5th day since no one has reached out. The clinic tells him oh we don't have results yet let us check and we will call you back. They call back and tell him the sample he had given was lost. How do they lose the sample that we have been waiting for results. If we never called they would have never followed up with us. There was no apology given they just told him to come back in and give another sample. It has been two weeks and no results yet and every time we call the clinic no one answers and they did not update any results on his my chart. I work in the healthcare field and this is the worst service ever!

If she wants a patient to sit down and not wait in line she needs to have a sign that says that. Found out he already had CT Scan. No information was given. They do not listen to the information I gave them, Input incorrect information into their system. I tended to his urinal and water needs from 10 pm until around 2pm the next day when hospital room became available. No one touched him physically or asked me a question in the ER. Once the doctor came that we asked for and that admitted him to hospital the care went from nightmare to excellent. Once under the doctor's care everything changed and his care was wonderful in the hospital. I will never go to Kingwood ER I would rather take my chances at CVS.

Trying to make an appointment was a nightmare. First, I got shuffled off to some call center, then sent back to the McKay location, where I waited on hold forever before someone finally picked up. And when they did, there was no friendly greeting, just a brisk "Village Medical? Birthdate? Name?" It felt really cold and unprofessional. When I mentioned my hernia issue, they just told me they're booked till mid-April. That's it for me. I'm on the hunt for a new family doctor. My wife already left them because they kept nagging her about her weight. I'm definitely out of there too, as soon as possible.

I found Angel Care Family Clinic on Google and saw all the great reviews they had. I decided to give them a try, I was a walk-in patient but they were still able to treat me fairly quickly. I was able to get diagnosed and get prescribed antibiotics in a reasonable amount of time. I initially had my prescription sent to CVS, but it turns out they weren't in my insurance's network, so I called the clinic back and they happily forwarded my prescription to Walmart, so I was able to pick it up. I remember prior to leaving the clinic I got really light headed and they gave me some ammonia to sniff it really helped! They even let me take a few for the road. I paid a $40 co-payment. I highly, highly recommend this place. Their kindness and dedication to their patients is something that is greatly admirable!
