Kelly is very detail oriented and does not give up until she has eliminated skin redness and unwanted veins. She is very knowledgeable and highly skilled at what she does, and she explains everything to you step by step as she treats your skin. I only experienced some mild redness and swelling for a few days after each treatment. It was well worth it. I messaged with Reena beforehand and she helped me pick the Gray's Mantra drip to help with inflammation and fatigue. I didn't swell too bad and recovered pain free. I think their drip was a game changer. Since then I've gone back for Dysport and lip filler. It was my first time for both. Reena took my desired approach and was conservative. I could always go back for more if needed, but I didn't want to be overdone. She delivered perfectly! It only took 1/2 syringe of lip filler for the lips of my dreams, Cupid's bow and vermilion line enhancement. Glad she numbed me good, it wasn't pleasant at first. The Dysport was a breeze tho. No numbing needed and I was good. Having a nurse practitioner do my injections really put me at ease, so glad to have found Reena and Gray Aesthetics.
