This after he refused to release my case to a more suited attorney for me. This man only wants money and control. Based on how my case was handled, I experienced outcomes that I believe affected my constitutional rights and my ability to fully present and defend my position. For example, a related matter was dismissed in a way that left me without the opportunity to fully establish my innocence, and that outcome followed me for years afterward. It has continued to surface in later legal situations and has contributed to ongoing court-related stress. I also experienced lasting harm from how information connected to my case was later used in ways that undermined my credibility.
