The police report put her 100% at fault along with her insurance. Unfortunately we both have progressive and low limits so they decided to throw me under the bus as it was cheaper to do that for them then to do the legal right thing and investigate it with video and it doesn't make sense but paid out under my policy. My car wasn't even involved in the wreck. I was not even involved in the accident it was a one car accident anyhow when I read through Ray's review it made me sad for Ray, but it made me sadder for this law firm. When I was injured 15 years ago it took my little case four years to settle, and if this was during Covid my goodness. I only wish I could have an attorney call me even from a car, and if a Boeing 747 flu by I would wave at it. I would have been happy to even get help from an attorney to give legal advice and with all of their advertising, the video I watched, this is so far a great attorneys office, I only wished I could utilize them. Most attorneys won't take on cases these days. Ray was lucky to have found a great attorneys office.
