After paying I got the engagement letter. Unfortunately they don't communicate basically at all, which was not my favorite, however, I didn't need to provide any evidence or answer any questions. Essentially, the hope is that the county prosecutor won't show (and for me they didn't!). They reached out once they had a decision from the court, but did not communicate my court date (I found that on the state court website). Overall totally worth the money to not have to pay increased insurance costs!

I understand that a flat-fee agreement may legally allow an attorney to keep the full fee, but I was disappointed that there was no adjustment or partial refund after the case ended so quickly. In my opinion, keeping the entire $6,000 under those circumstances felt unfair and left me feeling like the value I received did not match the amount I paid. This is simply my personal experience and opinion. Others may feel differently, but I believe some consideration or refund would have been the right thing to do.

Working with Breanne was a pleasure; She works efficiently, but also listens with an empathetic ear. She was professional, gave sound advice and kept me informed through the process. Consulting with her is absolutely worth the wait--you are blessed if she is willing to take your case! Tracy provided excellent, firm yet compassionate guidance during one of the most difficult and frightening times of my life--navigating a custody agreement for my very young child. There were moments when I felt so overwhelmed I could barely move forward, but Tracy helped me find clarity and strength. She offered the kind of tough love I didn't realize I needed, especially when it came to making decisions that truly prioritized my child's well-being. Her calm, strategic thinking helped me navigate complicated relationship dynamics with my ex that had us stuck and unable to move toward resolution. Thanks to her insight and persistence, we were able to break that deadlock and avoid going to trial. Tracy's experience as a Guardian ad Litem was also incredibly helpful. Her understanding of that role gave me the insight I needed to navigate working with our own GAL--something that, for me, was a frightening and tremendously arduous experience at times. She helped demystify the process and kept me grounded when I felt most uncertain. Tracy is humble enough to acknowledge that no attorney can guarantee how things will unfold--but I can say with 100% certainty that listening to her at every twist and turn was the best decision I made. She is the attorney you listen to. I truly felt that Tracy was an angel who came into my life at exactly the moment I needed her. She brought me under her wing, made me laugh, and reminded me that life could and would get better as things moved forward. As a mother, I felt so safe in her office--with her and her team--sometimes even as if I were sitting with my own girlfriends, all of them rallying around me during one of the most painful and disorienting chapters of my life. She was also extremely fair and thoughtful when it came to fees--working efficiently and with great care. The value I received far exceeded what I expected. Tracy will be my attorney for life. I wish her and her team the very best, every single day!
