He also relandscaped the front. he replaced the traditional needles with a new yard, leveling first with fresh soil and fixing the watering system to assure proper watering for all of the new grass and landscaping. we put in three crepe myrtles and three Salvia. He placed them excellently amongst the bushes and plants that were still in good condition. I highly recommend Davis! Ps- he does most of the work himself with a small; crew. so it was great to see him every day and consult on ideas along the way. he has a great eye and we integrated almost all of his suggestions. he is readily reachable too when I had questions or thoughts. They installed a french drain in my yard in Rincon Ga on November 2020 and did a terrible job.First…read morethey didn't run the drain pipe all the way to the street and when I got a good rain my yard was flooded, so I had pay someone to finish running the pipe to the street and then the pump they installed kept kicking out the GFCI , so I had to hire a plumber and they found that the wire was taped together with with electrical tape, they had to do a heat shrink tubing to solve the problem.I paid them $5200 and now all the water does is drain slow so I'm going have hire someone else to install another french drain.Stay away from these guys because you will regret hiring them

I did some research online and contacted several irrigation companies. TLM Irrigation was very prompt responding and scheduled to meet right away. My first contact was answered immediately, and when I called to set an appointment I spoke with a…read moreclear confident young man who arranged to meet me the next day at a time of my choosing to reset my system timer and to check the effectiveness of my entire system. He arrived when he said he would, and within 5 minutes had the timer reprogrammed and instructed me how to set it. He went through each zone to verify all areas for maximum effectiveness of head arrangement and placement, noted heads that were not working and suggested angles and even capping heads that wasted water or realigning them. He calculated the cost of readjusting the system, replacing broken or misaligned heads, and gave me a very fair cost for maximizing my coverage and minimizing overwatering, and completed the work immediately not requiring me to schedule another day. I plan to have him return next year and give me a price and time estimate for putting a system in my back yard too. This fellow was logical, smart , efficient, and fair. Just the kind of person that I prefer to do business with.
