I called Bloomhouse Landscape and Irrigation to obtain an estimate to replace 13 sprinkler heads. I was informed that the cost should not exceed $700, if the cost when above that, I would be informed before moving forward. I walked the ground with the two-man team to explain what I needed. The team lead recommended an additional sprinkler head in the back yard. I asked for the cost, and he stated that it should not exceed $100, so I agreed, thinking that the total cost would be around $800. Upon the finish, I walked the ground to check the sprinkler heads. I'm satisfied with the work and provided the lead person with $40 cash, a $20 bonus for each person. Later, I was informed that the bill was $1,881.83, over a $1,000 increase over the estimate. I paid with a check and three (3) days later I still don't have a receipt. I've called the office 3-4 times trying to obtain why the large increase in cost and for a receipt. Still no reply. I won't use this company for any work moving forward. Recommendation to other customers of this company, DO NOT start the work until you have the estimate in writing.

He was polite, professional, and upfront. He showed up the next morning, a Saturday, to take care of my yard. The edges are straight the grass is on point and there was barely a speck of grass left on the cement when he was done. His prices are very fair, and he offers a variety of payment options. I would recommend him to anyone needing yard maintenance in this area.
