The guys who came to do the work we agreed to decided to destroy plants/free that were not part of the order we paid for. First they delivered a huge trailer of black mulch on the driveway but had no tarp to protect the driveway. Then it rained for two and and now the driveway is black and has to be power washed. Next they decided to remove limbs from a huge oak tree even though I never agreed to any trimming of that or any other tree. Now there less shade left on the patio and a huge limb in the flower bed. Until it is removed, I have no idea if hydrangeas are crushed. The cous de gras was their decision to cut down two 10-12 foot high azaleas that were prolific bloomers. Now there are just multiple 3 foot stumps where beautiful plants used to be. I was so furious that I kicked them off the property. After not hearing from management, I sent a message to the company a message confirming that any further work should cease. I got a reply saying they would get back to me but after a week and no reply, I sent a one word message pointing out, they had not heard from them. My conclusion is that management of their workers is nonexistent. The same is true for whatever manager who should contact dissatisfied customers is not doing their job or they just don't care. Good luck if you hire them. I recommend watching the workers like a hawk and don't expect much from management. read more

Father Natures crew were just here for two days and they did an outstanding job! They repaired worn grass areas, aerated and fertilized the lawn,edged the beds and put down mulch and replace sprinkler heads. All was done perfectly as if it was their own yard. They were a delight to work with. In the 5 years we have been with them we have never been disappointed. They are prompt, reasonable, and professional. My neighbors had posted very positive things on Facebook about Father Nature so I called to set up an appointment. David came out within a few days and discussed the variety of projects I needed them to do. A few days later I received a reasonable quote and set a date to get the work done. When my gravel wasn't delivered on time they were very understanding moved my appointment. The workers that came out were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. At the end of a hot long day they stayed and offered to trim bushes that I hadn't even requested. My experience with Father Nature has been exceptional. The Landscaper I use now takes much more attention to detail. David is off expanding his company in other directions and let go of his lawn work to others. Huge mistake. I used this Father Nature Landscaping Company to repair my sprinkler heads and adjust my system. In addition, I used him to cut back my large Oak Tree in the front yard, trim all my bushes and put down fertilizer and weed killer. In addition he cleaned up all my weeds and hauled many many branches from the tree and plants. Everything that was done was done correctly and done in a professional manner. Dave takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows by just looking at his result. I would recommend this firm for any of your landscaping needs. We set a time for them to show up and do work on my pavers. After they were 2 hours late, I called and they told me they were running late possible could make it much later. Of course they were not allowed to do work in PD by that time. So we set another time for the following week. They never showed up or called. read more

I really appreciate David and his team for all of the effort they put into redoing our front yard! It was a complete mess, but they fixed my entire irrigation system which had A LOT of leaks then they installed our sod which looks fantastic we went with his recommendation because he chose it to fit our need . We had a cement patio that was too small for our chairs and table in our backyard so they added a paver patio that gave us plenty of room and a great look ! Emailed this guy on Sunday and asked if he would be interested in installing sod or repairing it. He immediately replied that he was interested. He said he would be around my house the next day between 5-6 p.m. He never showed, and never emailed or called me that he wasn't coming. Very unreliable. read more

I will give them two stars, because the first time we hired them they did a wonderful job! The work was done quickly and professionally, and the end result was wonderful. The second time we had them come out, they gave us a bid on another smaller job and we accepted. We set a date, and that day came and we waited, and waited, and waited. When we finally reached them they explain that the weather had gotten them delayed, and that they would be out to our house the first thing that next morning. Well the next morning it was pouring down rain, so we didn't expect them. When we called later that day to reschedule he promised he would be out firstThing in the morning. When 10 o'clock the next day came, and still no service, we texted him to tell him his services would not be needed. He never responded, never explained, and for that reason I would only give him two stars. Not very professional. read more

David did exactly what he said he would do, exactly when he said he would do it. His pricing was fair considering the high level of quality he and his hardworking crew delivered. Phase one included cleaning up yard and beds, replacing metal edging and stones on driveway, trimming trees and bushes, removing the winter's victims, and repairing irrigation system. I needed someone I can trust since this property is a second home located several hundred miles away, and David has provided that. Good quality, does what he promises, and does it on time.
