The location is very clean and there is also enough parking in the shopping area. My goal in writing this review is to highlight the amazing customer service provided by Chelsea Burnt. She was so very friendly and professional. Chelsea went above and beyond! She was such a great help and made our experience very pleasurable. I have been with Altura Credit Union for over 25 years and highly recommend them. But I wanted to make mention of this specific branch because Chelsea made all the difference today! Even though Perris has grown quite a lot since I started my account here over 20 years ago, this bank has remained the same. In spite of all this; YOU gotta love Bank of America! Readers: FORGET it! What you want will never happen ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ B of A Service Personnel are only human. They have limited access to do what they can do for all customers. The SOLUTION is TOLERANCE and PATIENCE to imperfection; turning every 'Negative' action into a 'Positive' one. It helps. Any person can find REASONS, and/or EXCUSES on why Bank of America does not live up to people's expectations. NOBODY IS PERFECT! So people, take a "chill pill"; NOT every day is the same at B of A; sometimes there are good days, and sometimes, bad ones. Realize that 'customer service' personnel's hands are "tied" because there is only so much they can do. They are human workers that can make many mistakes just like any of us. My experience with Cal Coast Credit Union has been nothing short of exhausting, frustrating, and disappointing -- especially when it comes to how they've handled a serious case of fraud on my account. Back in early June, a scammer linked their own PayPal and Cash App accounts to my Cal Coast account and stole money without my full understanding or permission. I filed a fraud dispute immediately -- but instead of helping me, Cal Coast denied the dispute, saying I "authorized" the charges just because a code was involved. And it was "directly from the phone"That's not how fraud works first off ok cal coast. What's worse is they admitted it was fraud, but said they don't owe me anything because it would be "their loss." Since when is that an excuse to leave your customer with stolen money, a damaged credit score, and no support? They told me to go chase down the companies myself, contacting PayPal and Cash App -- even though I don't even use those services and never had an account with the scammer's name on it. I was forced to do all the legwork alone, while Cal Coast refused to escalate, investigate properly, or even communicate clearly. They made me wait weeks only to be told "we can't help." Now, because of those fraud charges, my credit score dropped over 60 points, and Cal Coast still refuses to put the charges on hold or work with me to afford the balance. They've left me with debt I didn't create, no accountability, and no protection -- despite the fact that this situation clearly falls under Regulation E, which they are supposed to follow as a financial institution. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and action is shocking. I'm a young adult trying to build credit and stay afloat, and this bank has done nothing but hurt me. I've now had to start contacting legal aid and consumer protection agencies just to try and clean up the damage they allowed to happen -- and they still act like it's not their problem. Avoid this credit union at all costs. If you ever have to deal with fraud, don't expect Cal Coast to protect you. They will leave you hanging, ignore consumer rights, and then push all responsibility onto you. Absolutely disgraceful.
