Great local bank. Great friendly service. Can be busy at times. Could use more parking spaces.

The atm doesn't work. You can only put in cash. Thats it. Also location is super hard to access because of how the streets are.

ATMs never work, staff is always slow. Don't bother coming for atm withdrawal, it won't work.

So I finally needed actual services at a branch. HOW DID THAT GO? 1. Could they cash my savings bonds? No. I was told to snail mail them to the treasury (because everyone wants to put bonds blindly in the mail and hope they get there!) 2. Could they provide a notary? Yes, but only if I could wait 3 weeks for an appt! All locations near me were 'at capacity' 3. What about service fees? Chase no longer has any free accounts. My account dipped under $1,500 with direct deposit and immediately was hit with a $12 monthly service fee. Good-bye Chase! read more

I'm very disappointed with the way Chase fraud department handled my claim. I got scammed, once I realized I was being scammed I called fraud department and told them my story. This scammer had me purchase gift cards through Amazon saying it was a dummy purchase and would not come out of my account.but of course it was. I disputed the charges and of course n ver received the gift cards but the scammer did. The lady from chase fraud dept from the asked if I looked at my email. Of course I had not until then. It Showed where card hit but as I told them I didn't get them but because they went my email they denied the claim. I order a lot of stuff on Amazon but not gift certificates unless it's an Amazon one for a baby registry. I'm baffled and disappointed with the outcome. That was a loss that I could nor afford however I am wiser. Everybody gets a NO or hung up on and if I cannot talk to a person in person I don't want or need it. I can say I don't trust Chase any more. I put them in a whole different category now. read more

Be very careful here. The ATM took a very large deposit of mine and shut down right away. Now I'm stuck waiting days to figure out if a Chase investigation proves I'm right. Worse part is a random maintenance worker taking out the trash just came up and asked what's wrong as if he's a skimmer. To anyone reading this record ATMs if you really value your money so you can post it on YouTube if something goes wrong. I know I will do this 100% of the time even for deposits . If this works in my favor I will update the review but just be careful with ATMs here either way . read more

This year customer service went downhill. Had one lady who greets customers give me attitude because I had problems with an ATM machine. As of this writing the branch closed down with no explanation or info regarding reopening. Just a sign saying "temporary closed". The outside ATM (not the drive through) still works though. read more

I took my 80-year-old neighbor to this bank and there was a teller coughing. They are going to extremes to clean the ATMs and only let a certain number of people in the bank because of the coronavirus, yet they let a sick teller deal with customers and touch paperwork? It doesn't make sense. Especially since they have very elderly customers. read more

The customer service at this bank was incredible today! George, who worked the ADA window, was extremely patient and friendly. The teller who then completed the transaction was also friendly and efficient. I was there for a bit of time due to the nature of my business, and observed other employees interacting with heart-warming courtesy and patience with several other clients as well. It's wonderful to see this quality of service in this day and age. read more

This particular location in Sun City has a really small parking lot behind the bank. On payday, there's a line of cars waiting for someone to leave the "10 spots" available. Some people even park on the main street, which gets lots of cars driving by. Not a good place to park if you have kids with you. When it was Wamu, entering the bank was pretty tedious because you could only go in one at a time and pass through a metal detector before they let you in. However, you would feel pretty safe once inside. Plus, it made sense, since lots of senior citizens frequent the place. Now, since the merger, Chase decided to get rid of the metal detector and just put up bulletproof glass in front of the tellers. Yeah, I guess it could be more cost efficient but this place gets a lot of older clients (Sun City being a retirement community) . So basically they're saying, "Screw our customers. We'll just protect our money." The tellers in there are hit or miss. For the most part, they are pretty nice and I know it's part of their job to ask if you want extra services. You can see in their faces that some are not to thrilled about pushing it to their customers, but I'm sure they want to keep their job. Would suck if they have a quota to fill because in this economy, many people want to save more than spend. When Wamu got bought out by Chase, I knew that I would not like this transition. Was never fond of either company and I bank there only out of convenience. Like all banks, they make a killing off fees and enticing you to get a "line of credit" with them. I swear since the merger I've gotten so many requests for a credit card, it's borderline harassment. I also feel these guys hold onto my checks a bit longer in hopes of letting some payments get through so they can charge me a $30 overdraft fee. Wtf??? It's pretty lame. So now I've been just using this bank as a place to cash my checks and I transfer the funds to my online bank (ING Direct). Screw your fees, Chase!!!! You aint getting anymore of my money. Their slogan right now is "A Better Bank" ---yeah right! Please, stop lying. read more

Right on McCall Blvd just off the 15. Small parking lot and a somewhat tight drive thru for the ATM, but it does the job which is what I was there for. Chase Bank sucks for reasons I've addressed elsewhere, but location is where its at with this place. read more

I started banking at Chase when I was 14 with my High School checking account. I am going to college this year and my personal banker Nikka has always helped me with my questions. I have learned how to manage and save my money. Every time I go to the Sun City branch I feel welcomed. The tellers know me by name. Great service, I'm glad I chose to bank here! read more

Fix your drive thru ATM! It will not allow checks to be deposited and hasn't for at least a month! You would think a bank would have some procedures in place to ensure that everything works 100% for their customers! read more

Sick and tired of not only this branch but Chase as a whole. I've been with them since they took over wamu! No one knows what they are doing. Every time I go in there is an issue. Tellers are being replaced with machines. The 800 customer service line gives bogus answers just to get you off the phone. I had several conflicts between them and the branch. Chase shut down my debit card that still had over a year to expire because they wanted me to have a chip. I didn't want a chip! If I had no other option i at least wanted a card with the same numbers. Customer service says yes, branch says no. Chase closed my savings account due to inactivity. 60 days of inactivity and they close it. Knowing this I deposited on day 59 and they still shut it down which wreaked havock. TWO WEEKS of dealing with this and still counting. Every time I call the branch the relationship banker I've already spent almost 2 hours with is always busy. I have had to leave 2-3 messages each time for him to call me back. We are going into three weeks of trying to solve this. I was promised that my clients wouldn't see any issues on their end. Clearly another lie/bogus answer because one of my clients is seeing money returned and had to call her bank. They told her I deposited into the wrong account. This is my business, my clients are important to me and this is so unprofessional! It will take me quite some time to move to another bank but I can promise you, I'm gone chase! Not like they really even care. I'm just the little guy, the mom n pops that they shat on. read more

I love this branch! I've had my issues off and on with Chase but I would say overall I am pleased. However, when I moved to town and started banking at the Sun City Branch I was VERY pleased by the way I was treated. The bank manager even came over to introduce himself to me and shake my hand. The woman who helped me switch my account to this branch told me that she was my personal banker and if I ever needed help in the future she would assist me. I was just opening a personal bank account with a moderate amount of money, yet I felt like I was their most favored customer -imagine if I was! :) I would highly recommend this branch even if you have to park next door (they do have a very small parking lot) it is worth the walk over to the bank from parking next door. read more

Now Chase bank, parking sucks, only one way in. Sun City is full of old grannies that shouldn't be driving so beware of them in this cramp parking lot! Service is good. I don't like how half of everything is in Spanish inside, last I checked Americas language was English. read more

Went to chase oct 19 around 2 pm to get a letter notarized signed in a lady came in signed in to see bank manager , notary came to see who's next it was me then the asst female manger talked to the lady for less than a minute sent her to notary lady still waiting for a while i asked the greeter what going on the asst female manager came over to me and said to me you should have make a appt so after 45 minutes waiting i am very disappointed i am disabled and in pain i left and going out i told the greeter i am very disappointed and i am calling chase and file a compliant and i called chase and they hung up on me called again and a different lady helped me and took my complaint now i know i have to drive to a different branch 20 miles more. I took my grandmother to the bank and waited over an hour and a half. They're completely understaffed and absolutely inconsiderate about disabled elderly people's needs. She is in a wheel chair and is basically bed ridden. She has a hard time without her legs elevated and they paid more attention to ATM customers than to the people waiting to do business face to face. An hour an a half! That's 90 minutes for an elderly person to sit in a wheel chair. read more

Jake helped me set up autopay today. In and out within 5 minutes. Loved his service. He was friendly, courteous, quick, and very knowledgeable. Now if all service at banks were like this, maybe I would go in more often.. Yes "how are you," and "how is your day," is great and all, but when you see that the person is obviously in a rush and want to get in and out, don't ask me anything..just help me quicker. So slow. It took me 45 min to replace a debit card. It usually takes me 10 min at any chase in riverside. So slow. Waste of time.

I was waiting for customer service to order a new debit card, with 3 people ahead of me, I was okay with that until this GUY walks in he was in a hurry and had another appointment and NEEDED assistance ASAP, he was seen right away. Every time I come in big lines and only 2 tellers. It's very frustrating. I can get in and out at branch on Haun Rd. So much faster.

Avoid. The slowest service of a Chase bank in so cal. So horrible. Always take at least 20 min for anything here. Somtimes up to 45 min. Horrible service. Avoid. There are other chases nearby. Don't waste your time. read more

The staff was great. My complaint is to corporate. They attempt to force their clients into using their new deposit and cash machines inside. They have cut their tellers in half or less. They have at least two people greeting you and offering to help you and only 1 teller at 4:30pm. The line is at least 4-5 people out. Do they want our business? I wonder how long people will put up with this lack of enough tellers and a waiting line of at least 20 minutes I hope corporate wakes up and realizes most people still want to bank with a human. Until then I am looking where else to take my business. read more

Been a long time customer. Went to the bank today and all the tellers except 2 have been replaced by a couple ATM type machines. When I have to physically go the bank I want to interact with a person not a machine. Now the wait line is redicoulous. I will be switching banks ASAP. read more
