She was so very friendly and professional. Chelsea went above and beyond! She was such a great help and made our experience very pleasurable. The people at this bank location are super helpful. The location is clean and safe and makes things easier by having a check-in computer and a comfortable seating area. It can be a tad busy during lunch hours (12-2) so you might want to try a different time to stop by. I just got married and needed to change my surname on everything. I messed up the first time and didn't bring all my documents, but I came back the same afternoon with all my papers and they changed it and issued new cards right there.
