It's not my favorite, as it seems the least maintained with higher grass and weeds. A lot of it is just a path between the backside of apartments/houses and a ditch. In some places it's just very narrow, and two crossing joggers need to claim their path to avoid each other. Though it is 2.2 miles in a 4.3ish mile figure-8 that centers at Fleischer, which is good if your goal is not repeating the same section over and over to get some miles in. The trail here has more percentage concrete than its northern counterparts, including some tricky drainage patches you could trip on if not careful, and involves three road crossings (plus two tunnels to go under Wells Branch Parkway). But what seems to be the draw of this park is the frisbee golf. It seems well marked, and a full 18 holes. It's busy all times of day, with the golfers, or as I believe they like to be called "stoners", bringing their gym bags filled with all sorts of discs. Some of the discs even light up, presumably for evening play. Perhaps the higher grass is to make the golf more "interesting". Like the Mills Pond area, this park could use the lighting found on the Fleischer paths, and maybe a water fountain. But it is a fairly good use for what otherwise would just be a drainage creek.

This is a pretty nice park area to hang out or chill if you're planning to play some games (i.e…read more outdoor activities) or have a dog and want to do some jogging. I find most parks in TX have a severe lack of ... trees? or shade I find it to be kind of weird since I could't just sit out in the middle of the field and take in the UV index of 9 every day ... but then again maybe there was shade elsewhere and I just didn't find it. The grounds are ok, there are some courts for you to play tennis and basketball if you'd like and they really do like to keep this area fairly clean. I think there's a playground somewhere as well although I could be wrong since it was far and across the park. There is also a golf course here. I think that's what most people come for.

This event was held in the parking lot of the park and tons of people showed up. In one of the buildings nearby, there was an area set up for free photos, complete with a professional photographer. The park has been kept up real nicely and not much trash I have seen on the trail. They have a wide variety of activities you can partake in. The trails that you could go on are kept up well. This disc golf course is pretty well hidden from view located within the Davis Spring subdivision…read moreright across from the Davis Spring Park on Neenah Ave. Parking is a little tricky because the only lot is at the private park across the street and you cannot park on Neenah Avenue. The course itself is well laid out and the trees are cut back to give you plenty of throwing room. The park across the street may be private, but this disc golf course is run by the Austin parks and recreation making it a public park. There is an underground access point beneath Neenah Avenue from the park across the street. A great place to get in nine holes of Frisbee golf. Photos and video tell the rest.

There is plenty of parking but it does get busy at times so we like to go earlier in the day. Lots of covered pavilion areas with picnic tables that you can use if they aren't reserved; and of course the amazing trail/park that stretches for miles. There is a lake as well and you can catch people fishing , kayaking etc. I've found the park to be clean and well maintained each time we go. In the summer, they open up the splash pad which has been recently upgraded and it's awesome. For sure one of my favorite park areas in the Cedar Park/Austin area. Definitely check this one out.

A cute park with plenty of open space and amenities!…read more Located in a family friendly area, this park is perfect for taking a walk or hanging out, and of course, bringing the family. It has a full playground with swings, a tennis court, swimming pool, (I think you need passes for the pool and tennis court), volleyball court, basketball court, picnic tables, and even a paved walkway that wraps around the park. There is plenty of open grassy space to run around, throw a frisbee. It's also dog-friendly with poop bags and a drinking fountain. The parking lot is a decent size although I could see it getting filled up very quickly for an event. Speaking of, this is also where they hosted this past "Hairy Man festival."

This is a nice little neighborhood park that sits directly on Falcon Pointe Blvd. There is no…read moreparking lot so you'll have to actually park on the street. It is surrounded by plenty of green space, trees and includes a frisbee golf park. The park is actually divided into two sections along Falconpointe Boulevard. At one location there are six picnic tables, four grills and six benches. There is a well designed Playscape with swings. An added bonus is the hike and bike path that runs throughout the large green space and the neighborhood. I was surprised to find a small T-ball field next to the park. At the other location just 200 to 300 yards away you'll find an outdoor gym area and additional covered picnic tables along with a nice small lake area with a fountain. The nice thing about this park is that you do not have to be a member of the falcon pointe homeowners association to enjoy this park. The photographs included in this review add to the story.
