Not only were the doctor's patient and understanding, they went above and beyond to answer all my questions regardless how long the list was. They answered questions before I even asked them. Not to mention, they fixed my problem. Yes you have to pay out of pocket and chances are your insurance company will not refund you but keep this in mind: Barely any wait time, parking was easy to find, the receptionist was super nice, doctors were not ushering you out and I got free coffee! :)

Beautiful clinic and totally Up to date unfortunately what was a real mess is the wait time !…read morethey bundle up appointments and the wait time is not up to date with the bonjour santé website.. my 2pm appointment was really late and I ended up being called around 2:45pm so annoyed as they ask you to come in 15 minutes before and so I ended up leaving this clinic about 1:30 after very very long. Service wise: pretty nice the receptionist was very sweet and friendly and made sure all my info was correct. The nurse was not so friendly and didn't really care much but the doctor was the most important of them all and Dre Gosselin was amazing she is young smart and kind she really took great care of me and I definitely recommend her as she's very caring. She is definitely better off at a private clinic where her expertise should be accredited.. I mean the clinic's system is super messed up and she deserves better but either way I'm very happy to have had her take a look at my health I felt safe and confident with her!

The PA Brett Palmer was awesome ! He stitched my foot and was so careful and caring ! I was there for awhile but they checked everything! From X-rays to flushing the wound out ! I felt like they did a better job then if I had went to my doctor ! I did not feel rushed in anyway ! Good job and thank you ! I went back to get the stitches removed 10 days later ! The customer service was definitely not as good as my first visit! They seemed shorthanded and the wait time was long ! They put me in the room for the doctor to come remove my stitches and I waited forever !!!!! I thought they had forgot me ! He came in ! Was not as friendly as Brett was !removed the stitches and left ! Didn't wipe my wound off or anything! I was very disappointed in this visit

Trying to find a clinic who accept patients is the biggest hassle! I called 5 clinics to ask if…read morethey accept walk ins or patients and it was a NO!... yikes.... Registration started at 830 but there is a cut off to ensure the walk in hours finish on time. There is no secretary but a computer to sign in. If you are not tech savy, this may be a problem for you. The Doctor I saw listened to my concerns and helped me promptly. I didn't feel rushed but at the same time he has to keep the ball rolling. Keep in mind if you have an out of province health card you will have to pay for the visit. You will get money back if you go online and request it. Only thing is it takes 5 months to receive the cheque. Great service and straight to the point. I waited a bit over 6 hours which I think is decent compared to waiting at the ER for 15 hours. Keeping in mind this was their downtown location.
