I usually get an appointment for a month later and only wait 30 minutes before being seen by my doctor. Sometimes, she does cancel though and rescheduling can be a bit tough but other than that, I'm super happy with the process. This clinic is also really located, only a 2 minute walk from fabre metro station and there's also a hospital right next door for any bloodwork you might need to do.

This was crazy, they have this system, where an automated system calls you when you number is up, but since I don't drive and live quite a walking distance away, it does not help me. During my wait, about 3 1/2 hours in, the say an announcement "Attention, Attention... The clinic is now reducing to 2 doctors for the rest of the day". Like what??? They were 5 doctors when I got there and now only 2??? Then I notice the "Serving Customer #...." screen was going down. Like the numbers are reversing. Got to wait all over again. It only went back 5 numbers... but still. Unfortunately I still feel back and got to go to another clinic tomorrow.

Because I'm hard core like that. And also, crazy, sometimes. I overexerted myself in circuit training (obviously). I couldn't walk or get up without screaming pain. I had to see an Osteopath/Physiotherapist fix my bulging, painful lower back My man was Frederic Guay. He was recommended to me by my yoga studio mates (they all go this spinal clinic). Freddie has a background in kinesiology. He's perhaps not the very best I've ever had but he's good. Consistent. Through some slow pressure treatment on my lower spine, he had me standing in just one session. Then it took some ongoing physiotherapy to improve the spine. Even at a little over $100 an hour, it's well-worth the investment. ((A good back is essential for quality of life people!)) But it requires at least ten regular sessions to see full improvement. As for the facilities, everyone seems friendly and professional. The clinic is clean, calm and a whole lot of zen.

The secretaries are rude and never answer any of your questions. If you have an appointment here, make sure to bring a book, a snack and some water because chances are, you'll be there for a looooooooooong time.
