At this clinic if you're mat ch ing certain criteria then a walk in patient will be pushed later in the queue to take those other patients into priority. At the end of the day, what else can we ask for, except to bring a broken antiquated system into the 21th century! Politics, promises, and more of the same. Working in this industry is difficult and the rate of burnout is high. Many people go to ED's, urgent care clinics when there are no urgency, because it's free. Consider adding a fee for service when the issue is not emergent, and please, do not ask physicians to justify why they did charge a fee by having to fill countless forms (another way of adding more red tape). I just wished somebody would get on with fixing what used to be a good health care system to the current one we have: an embarrassment!
