Amanda said that Dr. Buckley will be walking over to treat my Huge Pus Filled Blister on my left arm. I said okay. Then after Dr. Buckley made his Emergency Room visits to a few other patients before me. Dr. Buckley walked over to my room one hour later. I told Dr. Buckley this house that I am currently living in now has NO AIR Conditioning. This past humidity and very Hot weather conditions has caused my sensitive skin to break out in Allergies and in other serious skin conditions. Dr. Buckley said to me that I should ask the owner of this place to install an Air Conditioning System or buy a lot of Fans to cool down these Hot Weather Conditions. I agree with Dr. Buckley. Then Dr. Buckley said he is going to remove my whole Pus Filled Blister and take off the skin at the site. I saw Dr. Buckley remove the Pus inside my Blister . Dr. Buckley then put this fluid into this large tube with that Q-Tip. Dr. Buckley said this culture will be sent out to an outside Lab. The Test Results will come back in 5 days later. Their Charge Nurse will be calling me with the Test Results soon. Dr. Buckley diagnoses was I contracted Cellulitis. It's only a 14 minute drive one way back to my Home. The price was $20.00. Amanda said that Sharp Memorial Hospital Management has stopped giving out FREE UBER RIDES to their patients. This is because their Sharp Memorial Hospital was to pay for every Uber Ride that is issued out to their patients. I am the only person who has bought and I have owned my same Car for (31) years now. My car is operating in excellent condition. There is one more treatment to be done at this location & I am thrilled to see what the end results are going to look like so I can keep regaining my confidence back & for the pain to stay away. All of the office staff are so thorough, friendly, & welcoming. I went in for my first colonoscopy due to 2 weeks of rectal bleeding and a family history of colon cancer. I completed all the prep exactly as it was outlined and was ready to go. When i got there i was told this doctor was one of the best. I requested he use a pediatric scope which he did not and I also asked for propofol instead of the sedatives they use to induce twilight sedation. However that request was denied. I ended up waking up in the middle of the procedure in extreme pain. It felt like I was being stabbed and burned from the inside out. I was screaming so the doctor told the nurse to give me meds and I was put back to sleep. When i woke up the doctor didn't provide me with any pictures or information about the hemorrhoids he said he'd found. I was sent home with absolutely no after care instructions in terms of how to manage my bleeding hemorrhoids. I was back at square one. This doctor had no bedside manner or any empathy at all. I'd never go back to him or recommend him. Not to mention my copay was over one thousand dollars.

I walked in to get some bloodwork done, in total, it took less than 10 minutes to check in, get the bloodwork done, WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT! I was so amazed, I couldn't believe it. So I drove there but they weren't taking any walk-ins. I asked about the Scripps ranch location and they said it looked like they had no one waiting and they were taking walk-ins so that's where I went. Parking was very easy there was plenty of it. I even parked in front. There was no line or wait. I walked in, was greeted instantly and handed paperwork. I filled out my paperwork and waited a short time before I was called into the back office. My vitals were taken and it was a short wait before the dr came in. He was patient, informative and helpful. He told me what to take over the counter that would actually help and prescribed a cough suppressant. I left feeling confident that his directions would help. They definitely did. One-Star Review: Unprofessional Staff and Abusive Managerial Follow-Up…read more I am filing this review due to two distinct failures at the 3939 Ruffin Road, San Diego location. 1. Staff Misconduct: On May 6th, I witnessed a receptionist treating an elderly, disabled patient in a highly disrespectful and dismissive manner. The behavior was abusive and unacceptable, prompting me to file a formal complaint. 2. Managerial Misconduct (Regional Manager Michelle): The follow-up from the Regional Manager, "Michelle," was worse than the initial incident. When I called back to express dissatisfaction with her flat, initial handling, she: Called me by the wrong name ("Paul"). Explicitly minimized the witnessed abuse, claiming it was just my "mistaken perception" because the patient "had no issues." Became unprofessional, agitated, and volatile when I challenged her "damage control" tactics, accusing me of "talking over her." Tauntingly encouraged me to escalate the complaint to corporate. Conclusion: This experience shows a fundamental failure in customer service, from the front desk to executive management. Regional Manager Michelle's behavior confirms a culture of minimizing patient concerns and protecting poor behavior. I have escalated this complaint to the corporate office and strongly advise caution if you plan to use this facility.
