I had the most efficient visit here!…read more Due to luck, I visited here last night around 7 PM and was out before 8:00 PM. Complete pleasant surprise. Thanks to Dr. Google's initial diagnosis, NP Kevin was able to confirm my condition and quickly wrote me much needed script for meds. They do still have strict protocols in terms of waiting room. Only one party is allowed in the registration area and then you are requested to wait outside or in your car until you are called in. At registration, my insurance card was scanned. Then I waited outside for a few minutes, and I was called in. Once I was called in and placed in a room, a nurse came in, asked me a few questions why I was here, provided paperwork for me to complete, took my vitals, and took my credit card to process my copay. It was probably another 10 minutes before the nurse practitioner came in. Another 10 minutes of talking, I was out the door with medication waiting for me at my local pharmacy. NP Kevin was personable and had a great bedside manner. So if you can't get an appointment with your primary care physician and it's a non-threatening condition, definitely visit here!

I saw someone complained about having to enter their SSN to book an appointment online, I entered a mock number and was fine. I knew they had to verify info when i check in anyways. waiting time at the appointment was just a few mins. Staff was overall friendly. I had a really hard time communicating with the assistant when I'm in the room, pre-doctor. She had a mask on, and she spoke softly, and stood behind me to do the intake. I turned around slightly to hear her better but it wasn't much better. We did a lot of back and forth with the same questions she asked me, mostly her having to ask the questions again. It was a quick check, I had an ear infection and nasal infection. yay to 2026 The whole appointment was about 20 mins maybe. I got the right meds and gor better within 3 days as the doc projected. I did had to fill out a first time patient form but i skipped the SSN and explained to her since i have insurance i shouldn't require it so she helped me skip that and once i was done; i waited like 5 minutes and i was let in by a girl named Leslie who gave me my covid shot. "Should I just make one for 2:30?" The available time at the moment. They told me no. Stupid of me to listen.. here I am now at 3. Someone actually missed their appointment and even after being told they had to be here and had be cancelled they were added to the beginning of the line and people with 3 PM appointments are being seen so I got pushed down the line. I wont blame the front lady for this though. You just never know. Parking is up to $12 and they do not validate any longer. I was in because I had a cold and at this point almost no voice for 10 days. My doctors office advised I go to urgent care to make sure it wasn't bronchitis or something more serious. I finally got called at 3:25 to be seen. My vitals were taken and information about why I was in. Was left in the room for about 45 minutes. I had to step out and ask what was happening as my understanding was Id be getting tested for the flu and strep. Dolly an NP finally goes to see me. Asking me if I wanted her to prescribe me meds. Got into it because "other people dont want testing." Had to make it clear I was not the doctor, so I wasn't here to tell them what to do. If that was the case I would have stayed home instead of wasting 5 hours. Definitely got in my face, had she not been wearing a mask I would have smelled her breath, so I requested to see a different doctor. Extremely unprofessional, all the way to when she walked out rolling her eyes. I am sure she is the type of person drug addicts love if she's just giving out drug prescriptions like that. There is a 65.00 office visit fee, they don't accept insurance and they will call in your prescription as soon as needed. Returned calls are 2 days later not 24 hours. Appointments are months in advance even tho you won't see the doctor. Now they want to charge you a yearly "membership fee" of $250. See below for email sent. That's insane! These doctor just want your money and insurance money. I left this place for another doctor that's available and the office answers their phone. Beginning February 1, 2026, our practice will implement an annual administrative fee of $250 per calendar year to help offset the cost of certain non-clinical and non-covered administrative services that are not reimbursed by insurance plans.

(5stars) The male phlebotimist at labcorp was amazing he talked to distracted me from the 6 vials of blood that had to be drawn. Definitely made it less scary. It didnt hurt too much when i got poked either. After 12 hrs, i have 0 bruising. Not even the slightest purple mark. Amazing! He also told me its okay to drink water and black coffee. I thought i couldnt drink or eat anything at all. But i will know for next time so im not dehydrated. I wished i caught his name. This is in the basement. I didnt have an appointment and came in around 12:30 to do blood work. They have kiosks where you check in. There were about 4 or 5 people ahead of me. I was called and the front desk gave me a cup and said you can do it now while you wait. Not knowing what she was talking about.. I told her i didnt think i could poop atm but it was just a urine sample. Bathroom didnt have much towels or toilet paper but at least they had them. After i waited about 20 minutes to get my blood drawn. There was a sign stating "System is down," but no further explanation or instructions were provided to arriving patients. After waiting an hour and a half, I checked in at the front desk at 2:00 PM to ask for a status update, only to be told there were still four people ahead of me. The staff then asked for my physical lab report. When I explained that my doctor's office had sent it over directly, the receptionist simply pointed to the sign and said, "Look at the sign that says, 'our system is down.'" If the system was down and they required physical paperwork, they should have proactively communicated that to patients as they checked in, rather than making us wait hours for nothing. Ultimately, they advised me to just come back another day because they close at 3:00 PM. I had to leave completely frustrated and starving, as I had fasted all day in preparation for the lab work. The lack of communication and empathy here is completely unacceptable.
