What a terrible experience: Dr. Perri told me on February 1st of 2024 that my insurance will cover 10 free sessions, I told her that I will wait until the insurance approve these sessions and that I would like to the know the copay before my appointments, that I don't want to have a bill in the end of the month. She insist that everything was fine and just go for my appointments. well last Saturday 03/09/2024 after my visit, Dr. Franklin, he asked if Dr. Perri informed that I need to pay $40 for that session and for the others ones, that my insurance denied my 10 free sessions, she never call me, she lie to Dr. Franklin saying that she talked to me about this, I never received a bill for these sessions, so now I need to pay $160, when I call dr. Perri to ask for an explanation, she don't even apologies for her mistake, she just said that she didn't know that the insurance will no give me those free sessions and now I need to pay, I told her that I will pay but never will be back to her place, she charge to my credit card without my authorization $200 on 03/10/2024. What a terrible customer service for this person. I would like to share my terrible experience so this doesn't happen to another person. read more

I have been getting professional massages since I was 20 and you might as well say that I am a bit of massage snob. In the grand scheme of things, this place is okay - but nothing special. I have experienced two massage therapists here. Each gave the standard Swedish massage. They didn't have a special technique or their own twist on it to make it extra memorable or anything. It is also a bit annoying that they do not have a electronic reservation system that most places have now. A great pro of this place is that there is a shower for you to use so you don't have to be stuck with the oily residue feel. read more

Horrible... saw "Dr". Perri if I could give her zero stars I would. Went there for a 7pm apt didn't get seen till 7:20 because she was chit chatting with clients before me. Second off she is a provider that is covered by my insurance I went there for a simple adjustment which I should have only paid a 15$ co-pay for, the day of the apt she charged me 30$ then 6 months later charged me another 30$ saying I still had an outstanding balance. I ended up paying 3 times what I should have paid and didn't even get a decent adjustments Stay away from this place !!!! read more

OMG what a lovely place an old house converted into a Wellness Center ..Chiropractic,Acupuncture, Theraputic Massage,Facial and more accepts insurances and is reasonably priced atmosphere is so calming it made me happy. I got my first massage yesterday there and April is her name did fantastic job I was a complete mess until she worked out all the kinks.I felt like new person. Wellness springs is not your typical chiropractic office. Dr. Perri is absolutely amazing. It's not like you just go in, have the heat, crack this, crack that, maybe 2 minute massage on a muscle and done that lasts a week until you're hurting again. She assess everything. And I mean everything. She genuinely cares for how you feel plus the treatments stick for more than a week. Going to wellness springs has given me awareness to how I stand (and how I should be standing), how to be positive about my injuries, breathing exercises to help my body relax it's tension, therefore helping my back, and so much more. And yes, I get the alignments and massage therapy as needed. I came here solely seeking chiropractic care, and I've gotten so much more - it's definitely worth my 50 minute drive and I recommend anyone who needs chiropractic care! read more

I am only giving one star because it is required. I called wellness springs last minute to get a facial and they took me (which was nice). I went in and when I got into the room the aesthetician asked me "so what are we doing today." I had already told the receptionist that I wanted their basic facial. So I told her I wanted the basic facial, called the radiance facial. I was already kind of annoyed because I like when the aesthetician looks at my skin first and they decides what I need. She came back in and told me that "my skin looks very red and irritated" (yeah that's why I'm getting a facial no need to point it out...) I said that this was pretty typical considering I was diagnosed with moderate rosacea. She seemed flustered and didn't know what to do. Mean while, I have gotten multiple facials in my life and my skin has been great. Anyways, she was flustered and said she didn't feel comfortable doing a full facial because she didn't want to irritate my skin. She gave me a "express facial" which was a cleanser, scrub, face spray, mask and moisturizer and a 5 minute hand massage. I was very unrelaxed once I went to pay and couldn't wait to leave. Then they tried to charge my for the radiance facial (1 hour long with a lot more treatments) instead of the express (30 minutes, 6 products used, 5 minute massage). They wanted to charge me 95 dollars. I ended up saying I wouldn't pay it so they charged me 55 instead, which is still more than half the price. Will not be going back. read more

I went there today for a massage and it was heavenly! Kristen (not sure how to spell) has magical hands. She gave me such a gentle, thorough massage I honestly felt like I was floating at one point. The spa is located in a cozy, quaint house on Route 32, but you couldn't hear a thing outside, which made the atmosphere feel even more other-worldly. This was definitely one of the few times where the massage therapist wasn't looking at the clock. She took her time and listened when I told her the areas that needed help relaxing. Honestly, the hour was nothing short of glorious! It was truly relaxing and peaceful. When it was over, I could have easily slept in that bed for a few hours! Check in and out was simple and not overcomplicated (YAY) and everyone I met was lovely. It doesn't get better than that. They do offer memberships -- 6 month and 1 year -- and I'm going to look into that. For a massage that awesome, I'm in for the long haul! For the price, you get an excellent massage in a lovely space. You can't ask for more! read more

Came in for the first time massage promo with a girl friend and it was awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the Swedish massage was just amazing. For just $5 more you can get aromatherapy added and take the experience to a whole new level. The environment was calm and relaxing and I came out smelling like a meadow of roses. I have been to Wellness Springs a few times (massage or facial). Both services were absolutely wonderful and worth every penny. The hot rock message was especially relaxing. The personnel at Wellness Springs are amazing. I decided to check other local places to see if I could find similar services while also saving money. The staff and services were simply not as good as Wellness Springs. I checked out the Valentine's Day Open House today and might even try the classes in the future.
