It is a much gentler approach to helping your body correct itself through muscle memory. If the waiting room is full that should tell you that the doctor is in high demand for a reason. At most 20 minutes at busy times, and the time goes by quickly because Dr. Steve's patients are friendly/familiar with one another so waiting a few minutes is no big deal.
