New, very nice, comfortable, great technicians!…read more Don't be afraid! You'll love it! Super clean, not painful, modesty is preserved. Note; unlike other colonic places, this is a TOTALLY CLOSED SYSTEM meaning it's safer, you never (have to) see or smell anything, and a technician is massaging your belly and working the system and talking you through the process/results the entire time. Restroom is right in the suite. Anything that touches, or even comes near, your body or the machine is ONE TIME USE and new each time. Completely sanitary. The water is triple distilled, meaning it's much cleaner than any water you've ever drunk. By the time you're done with the 30-45 minute session, you will feel like you are walking on a cloud. The infrared sauna is new and awesome. Has different heating programs for different needs (I.e., detox). Can even bring your own CD or DVD to play in there! If you haven't done one (or several) colonics yet, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?? You simply must. Will change everything. Quickly. Note: tipping your technician is customary, just like a massage.

Alexa has a wealth of knowledge and experience…read more For me.... "I did not know what I did not know!" My personal health concerns were... 1. Inflammed Appendix. 2. Fatty Liver. 3. Toxic Parasites. I was a drive by and I wondered what Colon Hydrotherapy was exactly, so I called Alexa and she explained enough to me that I booked an appt the next day. I was willing to invest$$ in my health and to honor myself. :) Alexa said that I would feel like a $$Million bucks with these services. I took that as a challenge and I started doing what she suggested. I am in my late 50's. So far, I have done 6 Ozone /Colon Hydrotherapy's + 1 Ozone Sauna Pod (with a super cool -moving art projection on the wall) I have been able to visually see what is being removed from the my Colon. I am doing the Liver Cleanse she suggested and I take the fiber she sells. My personal results have shocked me and facinated me. I will continue the Ozone/ Treatments that she provides, as it is a process/ A series of sessions that are killing parasites and giving me great results. I am feeling invigorated. I am sleeping very well. I am feeling my cells vibrating after the Ozone Sauna yesterday. Old bile and parasites are clearly being removed. :) I will continue my self care journey and I am so grateful for the invaluable services Alexa provides locally here in Burnsville, MN. Her space is so welcoming and beautiful and she makes me feel totally comfortable in this unique and personal experience of deep health healing. "Thank you Alexa!! I honor you!! I am grateful for you!!" May God bless you and your thriving health business, for years to come!!!!

This was my first experience and having a lifetime of chronic constipation and bloating, I finally decided to try hydrotherapy and make my first appointment. Phoenix also recommend some slight dietary changes and I have never felt better. I HIGHLY recommend Phoenix at The Soma Serenity Center.
