We got started late, it took a very long time (over 4 hours) and our nails turned out absolutely terrible. The stylists were very pleasant and we enjoyed their company, but even after sharing that my sister was getting married, they didn't try to ensure her nails looked nice (see pictures). My pedicure didn't include any exfoliation and the polish looks streaky on my finger and toe nails. My nails are already chipped badly. When it says 70 minutes it was the full 70 minutes. The stones were the perfect temperature and Laura frequently checked to see if the pressure and the temperature were good. It became absolutely excruciating! The nerve pain was on fire! Since my appointment at Hand & Aroma Massage, I was bed bound for 4 weeks, had to quit my job because I cannot function, I have been in pain every single day, my right hand is still completely numb from nerve injury nd I do not have any feeling in it STILL! My life has completely fallen apart literally just from getting a massage and having someone injure me, possibly permanently! Do NOT go here! When I called Massage Envy to complain and ask for a refund on my service they offered me a giftcard which is entirely inappropriate considering what I had received out the experience. I explained that the refund wasn't as big of a deal to me but rather that this does not happen again. There response was we talked to the person and "I get bruises sometimes during mine too." I am completely uncomfortable, sore and irritated by the response Massage Envy has taken in the matters of a client being bruised and in pain after a service. I would never recommend this place nor will I be returning.

They're usually pretty good about being able to fit you in for an appointment on short notice. The ambiance is cozy. The parking lot can be a little hectic considering the location.
