A relaxing and comfortable experience from start to finish. The team was kind and professional. Would recommend!

I asked for 90 min with all focus on knees, legs and feet..... there was more time poking at my head and ears and wiping a damp warm cloth on my arms and hardly addressing what was asked for read more

Massages overall are great but linens need to be cleaned and updated. Also men need to wash their hand more thoroughly as the smell of cigarette smoke permeates through their fingers. I've been coming here for years but these small need to be addressed. read more

Nina was amazing! I highly recommend!! My experience was wonderful. I feel so much better.

This place is awful. I've only been once but the massage therapist did not know how to do a deep tissue massage. Just kept rubbing me and pushing a bit with her fingers. Never again- do not go here! read more

A friend and I were in town from out of state, they were able to accommodate us both for a 90 minute appointments in same day. I live in NYC and prefer east Asian massage techniques over Swedish, and that's exactly what we received- vigorous, well-priced massages in a no-frills, clean space. You'll be happy you went! read more

I stumbled here while strolling around and I'm so glad I did. My body was so tense from traveling I really needed a serious massage. This place is really clean and the lady up front was the sweetest. She worked her schedule to fit me in. My masseuse was very nice also. I usually like men bc they are stronger but this woman (I think her name was Maria) was awesome! What I had done was a 60 minute full body massage. It's originally $80 but it was 20% off. So mine was $64. I did tip 20% of the original price tho bc that's just the right thing to do. Definitely worth it. I do believe they may have Groupon deals tho bc the lady did ask if I had one and I did not. So you might want to double check. read more

Service was amazing up til the end . This man gave me attitude because I gave him a $20 tip . A tip is an OPTIONAL appreciation for service . I paid $135 then tip you $20, I spent enough . read more

Tina was great but I didn't bring cash so paid with credit cards..she deserves big tip:)

These people are crooks. Horrible massage which didn't leave me feeling any better, they didn't use the hot stones as advertised online & on Newbury St. Infuriating customer service. They force you to tip a minimum amount for their "special price" which is ridiculous. Bad energy overall from these people. Avoid at all costs, go around the corner to Rainbow Health Center on Gloucester St where the staff are friendly, prices are the same, and massages are far superior. read more

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. However, I asked for a deep tissue and the masseuse wasn't strong enough. Also, her massage strokes felt like she was rushing. It was supposed to be relaxing. read more

My Daughter gave me a group certificate for mother's Day. I made a 10am appointment with the owners which wasn't honored. When I arrived I was the Only customer there yet the owner told me since I using a Groupon I couldn't be done. They only take so many Groupons per day. She told me "To pay or Leave". Which was very unprofessional and rude! There is no way I can go back there and have them touch my body with that negativity!!! I would recommend that you DO NOT GO THERE nor send only one as a gift!!!!! read more

Be careful when booking online. I recommend booking over the phone. I booked a 5:30 massage online which was perfect, as it was after work and I would get out just before my dinner plans. About an hour before the appointment, I was contacted by phone and told they couldn't take me at the time I needed, as they booked the spot to someone else over the phone (I guess I got bumped). To be fair they tried to accommodate me at a later time, that didn't work for me. They may give great massages, but their booking procedure has now left me without an appointment. Fortunately there are other massage places around to give my business. read more

Was in town for a work conference. Had time before dinner and was really feeling stressed. They were wonderful! I had a 1 hour foot massage and it was so good I booked a 1 hour body massage also. I am sooooo glad the spa at the hotel didn't have an opening because this place was way better and for half the price of an hour massage at the hotel. I would however ask that the staff are softer with their voices. There was a lot of chatter going on and it did bother me at times. read more

Used a Groupon for an hour long deep tissue massage and, like many of the other reviews for this spa, was not expecting a luxury massage. The massage was pretty rough, which is expected of a deep tissue massage, but I woke up the next morning with bruises on the back of my arms. I told the guy to lighten up once during the treatment but I got no response from him as he continued at the same level of pressure. I have never experienced a massage where I have been bruised before and was pretty upset to see that level of trauma from a day at the spa. read more

I've received many professional massages over the years and it's fair to say that I was disappointed with my 1 hour body massage here. Thanks to previous reviewers, I was fully aware that this place was no-frills, but I can't make excuses for their poor service. What to expect for a body massage: clothes off (with or without underwear left on), dry back massage with a light blanket on, then oil massage starting from neck to back, shoulders, arms, and legs. Scheduling was a breeze, I'll admit that--called over the phone to book a 7pm slot on a Saturday for 2 people 3 days in advance (10 other places I checked on Yelp were booked or closed before 7pm, and this place had decent reviews). However, I specifically asked for a couples' massage and assumed we would be in the same room, but were assigned to separate individual rooms upon arrival. I asked my masseuse to increase her firmness about five times, and she had a hacking, phlegm-y cough that made me worry if she would pass her cold onto me. When I voiced my concerns to the receptionist at the end, she dismissed it allergies, because the other masseuse coughed several times as well. I also heard "Sorry!" twice from the other room, and my partner explained afterward that his masseuse had poured oil from a burner that was too hot. A burner?! My masseuse only used oil from a pump bottle. Additionally, she seemed to have used the last of it when massaging my legs, as I heard the bottle wheeze dry. Talk about being prepared... Safe to say, despite the $5 discount for paying in cash ($60/person, not including tip), we won't be returning. Learned my lesson to browse other places and book further in advance. read more

Been here several times for reflexology and chair massages. The place is no frills, but the massage therapists are excellent. Do not come here if you expect a fancy spa -- come here if you need solid work done for muscle tension. The staff is friendly and super responsive over Yelp messaging, phone, and email. Highly recommend. read more

They want you to pay 'full price' and tell you PROMOTION is not Aailable. I walked in twice first time I paid the full price because I came after 2pm I returned and the Woman who speaks NO English would not give me the $50 Promotion Price. These People are CHEATERS! Don't Trust them. Not open Monday or Tuesday But, Sign says Monday -Friday Promotion $50. People ARE DISHONEST! read more

I've been coming here for awhile since January, you guys are great! Sometime for my airplane I have to go to airport very early, after all day travel, for a phone call, they take appointment whatever how late, that is amazing! The best part is that they actually give you the full time allotted, if you scheduled a 60 min massage, you get a 60 min massage, not like others give you a 55min or 50, that is what I got from next street some of massage business, even they don't talk much English, but who's coming to talk, I like the people be courteous and attentive work, not enjoy to talk to client. read more

Worst massage shop ever - they ask (not even ask, FORCE) more thab 20% tip. If you dont five, they will yell at you to go out.

My favorite massage place in terms of quality for price. The staff is very competent and kind. During weekday, they have a great price before 2 pm. I would only recommend maybe to bring your own quality massage oil if that is important. Otherwise great service. read more

I came here on recommendation from a friend. I had 60 min body/foot massage. Wei gave me so much relief from super tight neck and shoulders! One of best massages I've ever had. Highly recommend him. read more

The place is cozy and clean. Even though I arrived a lit bit late for my 1 hr appointment, Coco gave me a really great massage without any rush. I was very enjoyed during the experience, and her work definitely relieved my stressful neck and back. I also brought my friend with me together, she was very satisfied as well. I definitely recommend this store and the therapist to my friends. The price is very fair and it's worthy to stop by and try! read more

Extremely uncomfortable and borderline rude environment- the opposite that you would want from a massage services standpoint. I Left without going through with the massage. No way to run a business whatsoever. read more

This is a good massage spot... it is a no frills kind of place... no fancy spa or towels or steam room. You go in, you get your massage, you get out. I would not come here expecting to be pampered... just come here if you want a relatively inexpensive massage that gets the job done. read more

Made a last minute appointment as I was in pain. Upon arrival Amy was very pleasant and took me in right away. She is AMAZING. Very thorough and not afraid to go deep with pressure, which is exactly what I hoped for. But also she always checked in to make sure pressure was okay. Will be back. Thanks, Amy. read more

I've been to G2O Spa and various other Groupon massage centers and this is the best place so far! Becky gave me the most amazing back massage. The place is clean and very minimal. Will be back!! read more

I get a lot of massages from all across the country because I travel quite a bit and I'm also an athlete. Runner and biker. This was literally the best massage I've ever received. I usually get two to three a month and this one tops them all. Especially if you like him point massage and pretty hard. Angela was amazing. Worth every penny. Now I just wish I had them in my hometown! read more

I had a deep tissue massage with Anna, she worked so hard on getting all the knots out of my back & shoulders! It was the best massage I have had in a long time, I would definitely go back & ask for Anna she knows her stuff when it comes to massage! read more

You know you got a good massage when you're left sore for days in the areas that need the most attention! My boyfriend and I came here for a 60 minute deep tissue massage since we both have been complaining to each other how much our bodies just ache from work and working out. The therapist tapped on my shoulders and could instantly tell that I am very tense and spent a good amount of time getting all the knots out. I remembered it hurt so much when he was knuckling out my traps but instantly felt relief from the tension I have been holding. Overall, I had a great experience and left feeling great..the next couple days I was sore but it didn't take long for it to go away. I would recommend visiting here for a great massage and I will be returning very soon. read more

Got a an hour massage as a Christmas gift and I loved this place! I feel brand new!!! Thank you :)

The service is great and the employees are nice and respectful. Great place to relax your body and mind from a busy week. I schedule to come here for an hour every weekend. Overall, I recommend coming once a week or so just to escape the real world of those exhausting busy days. read more

Becky was very nice and gave an excellent deep tissue massage. Highly recommended! All staff were polite and professional, space was clean and the table even had a warming blanket. Probably the best massage I've ever had, and also one of the least expensive. read more

I had a good experience going last night for a 60 min Swedish massage with a Groupon that was gifted to me. The massage was great but I was a bit distracted during the last 20 min by 2 other staffers talking loudly in the room next door. The walls are thin and don't reach all the way up to the ceiling so I had a hard time focusing on relaxing with them chatting. I'll probably go back to my usual place but was thankful with this as a gift read more

Made a 5:30 appt by phone. Arrived on time but the guy said no, it was for 6. He made a couple phone calls and confirmed it was at 6, asked if I could come back. I came back at 6 and a woman asked if I had an appointment. I said yes, and she said no. The man came out and looked at me and shook his head no. She said no there is no appointment, he made a mistake. Instead of a relaxing massage I got about 60 minutes of wasted time and confusion. They should pay me. read more

I went in expecting a no frills massage for some back pain I had been having but this massage sucked. Thank god I got a cheap deal off Groupon for it because I would of been mad if I had to pay more for this. It's a paper sheets place which I don't mind but it also just felt not clean. She never asked me what I wanted and when I told her multiple times I wanted just my back done she went on to massage my whole body. Using literally a whole bottle of oil too. She kept yelling in another language to a women in the hall while she was massaging me. You can hear everything happening in the office. No music either. She also kept opening the door of the room mid massage to go outside and yell with this woman or said because she was "too hot." She was like moaning and making weird sounds the whole time. I had to ask her if she was okay like 3 times and she just said it was because she was "hot." It wasn't hot in the room. I actually thought it was chilly. But if your that hot while you're doing your work get a fan. Not to mention the actual massaged sucked. Was supposed to be a deep tissue but was not. Also she just rubbed my head in the same spot for 15 mins. When I went to pay with my Groupon she immediately harassed me to tip her before I could even get my wallet out. I was planning on doing it even though the massages sucked because I wasn't going to be rude. And she then told me she only makes money off tips and doesn't get paid at all. The whole experience makes me seriously question this business. Needless to say won't be returning. read more

Great massage! I would recommend everyone to come here. I am an athlete and Jin understood all of my requests even though some were a bit complex. Very professional and easy to contact/make appointments. Everyone should come here! read more

Absolutely amazing foot reflexology on Newbury street. Exactly how it's done in Asia! Very hard to find masseuses who can properly perform true TCM reflexology. Facility is lovely-- they even have reflexology chairs! Will definitely return. read more

Competitive runner so my body is full of knots and I've had my fair share of massages. The masseuse was so strong at both kneading and stretching me out!! I expressed I was sore beforehand, so it wasn't a relaxing massage per my request. No frills but to be expected at the price (also i did not experience the issues with tipping, I swiped my card and was given a receipt to write in my tip). The masseuse did not speak much, but asked me brief questions on how I felt and I did not feel as if there was any language barrier that had an impact on the experience. I felt so much better after my massage. read more
