I stumbled here while strolling around and I'm so glad I did. My body was so tense from traveling I really needed a serious massage. This place is really clean and the lady up front was the sweetest. She worked her schedule to fit me in. My masseuse was very nice also. I usually like men bc they are stronger but this woman (I think her name was Maria) was awesome! What I had done was a 60 minute full body massage. It's originally $80 but it was 20% off. So mine was $64. I did tip 20% of the original price tho bc that's just the right thing to do. Definitely worth it. I do believe they may have Groupon deals tho bc the lady did ask if I had one and I did not. So you might want to double check. read more

My Daughter gave me a group certificate for mother's Day. I made a 10am appointment with the owners which wasn't honored. When I arrived I was the Only customer there yet the owner told me since I using a Groupon I couldn't be done. They only take so many Groupons per day. She told me "To pay or Leave". Which was very unprofessional and rude! There is no way I can go back there and have them touch my body with that negativity!!! Be careful when booking online. I recommend booking over the phone. I booked a 5:30 massage online which was perfect, as it was after work and I would get out just before my dinner plans. About an hour before the appointment, I was contacted by phone and told they couldn't take me at the time I needed, as they booked the spot to someone else over the phone (I guess I got bumped). To be fair they tried to accommodate me at a later time, that didn't work for me. They may give great massages, but their booking procedure has now left me without an appointment. I am sooooo glad the spa at the hotel didn't have an opening because this place was way better and for half the price of an hour massage at the hotel. Used a Groupon for an hour long deep tissue massage and, like many of the other reviews for this spa, was not expecting a luxury massage. The massage was pretty rough, which is expected of a deep tissue massage, but I woke up the next morning with bruises on the back of my arms. I told the guy to lighten up once during the treatment but I got no response from him as he continued at the same level of pressure. I have never experienced a massage where I have been bruised before and was pretty upset to see that level of trauma from a day at the spa. read more

I've received many professional massages over the years and it's fair to say that I was disappointed with my 1 hour body massage here. Thanks to previous reviewers, I was fully aware that this place was no-frills, but I can't make excuses for their poor service. What to expect for a body massage: clothes off (with or without underwear left on), dry back massage with a light blanket on, then oil massage starting from neck to back, shoulders, arms, and legs. Scheduling was a breeze, I'll admit that--called over the phone to book a 7pm slot on a Saturday for 2 people 3 days in advance (10 other places I checked on Yelp were booked or closed before 7pm, and this place had decent reviews). However, I specifically asked for a couples' massage and assumed we would be in the same room, but were assigned to separate individual rooms upon arrival. I asked my masseuse to increase her firmness about five times, and she had a hacking, phlegm-y cough that made me worry if she would pass her cold onto me. When I voiced my concerns to the receptionist at the end, she dismissed it allergies, because the other masseuse coughed several times as well. I also heard "Sorry!" twice from the other room, and my partner explained afterward that his masseuse had poured oil from a burner that was too hot. A burner?! My masseuse only used oil from a pump bottle. Additionally, she seemed to have used the last of it when massaging my legs, as I heard the bottle wheeze dry. Talk about being prepared... Safe to say, despite the $5 discount for paying in cash ($60/person, not including tip), we won't be returning. Learned my lesson to browse other places and book further in advance. read more

Sometime for my airplane I have to go to airport very early, after all day travel, for a phone call, they take appointment whatever how late, that is amazing! You know you got a good massage when you're left sore for days in the areas that need the most attention! My boyfriend and I came here for a 60 minute deep tissue massage since we both have been complaining to each other how much our bodies just ache from work and working out. The therapist tapped on my shoulders and could instantly tell that I am very tense and spent a good amount of time getting all the knots out. I remembered it hurt so much when he was knuckling out my traps but instantly felt relief from the tension I have been holding. Overall, I had a great experience and left feeling great..the next couple days I was sore but it didn't take long for it to go away. I went in expecting a no frills massage for some back pain I had been having but this massage sucked. Thank god I got a cheap deal off Groupon for it because I would of been mad if I had to pay more for this. It's a paper sheets place which I don't mind but it also just felt not clean. She never asked me what I wanted and when I told her multiple times I wanted just my back done she went on to massage my whole body. Using literally a whole bottle of oil too. She kept yelling in another language to a women in the hall while she was massaging me. You can hear everything happening in the office. No music either. She also kept opening the door of the room mid massage to go outside and yell with this woman or said because she was "too hot." She was like moaning and making weird sounds the whole time. I had to ask her if she was okay like 3 times and she just said it was because she was "hot." It wasn't hot in the room. I actually thought it was chilly. But if your that hot while you're doing your work get a fan. Not to mention the actual massaged sucked. Was supposed to be a deep tissue but was not. Also she just rubbed my head in the same spot for 15 mins. When I went to pay with my Groupon she immediately harassed me to tip her before I could even get my wallet out. I was planning on doing it even though the massages sucked because I wasn't going to be rude. And she then told me she only makes money off tips and doesn't get paid at all. Competitive runner so my body is full of knots and I've had my fair share of massages. The masseuse was so strong at both kneading and stretching me out!! I expressed I was sore beforehand, so it wasn't a relaxing massage per my request. No frills but to be expected at the price (also i did not experience the issues with tipping, I swiped my card and was given a receipt to write in my tip). The masseuse did not speak much, but asked me brief questions on how I felt and I did not feel as if there was any language barrier that had an impact on the experience.
