Thank you so much Thr best message ever. See you soon Tina was great and very nice and very helpful thank you so much from mike heath

The actual reflexology was fine, even good. The ambiance, however, was lousy. It was loud - several cell phones constantly ringing and beeping (once my practitioner even got up in the middle of our session to take a call). There was an employee in a break room nearby who was constantly belching loudly. There must be no fan in the bathroom (which I do t think is even up to code) so I could hear another employee peeing and farting, all while trying to relax into my massage. and then when I tipped %18 I was shaken down for more. Won't be returning. read more

Recently visited the foot heaven bodywork store. Give me very good impressions. Not only did it relieve my body aches and pains but it also relieve my stress very well. Each technician's time is guaranteed. Store environment is excellent. This is a good place for weekend relaxation. read more

First off, Mike was awesome! I recommend him because he gave my boyfriend a super massage! My boyfriend got a 60 minute massage for $65 ($5 cheaper than the advertised amount). However, I can't speak the same for the lady who gave me the foot massage (60 minutes for $48). She was NOt professional and NOT good at massaging at all. She was working as a receptionist and the masseuse! It was very rude! She would stop massaging me every time there was an incoming call or she would run to the front door to greet customers and then came back to massage me. And she counted all wasted time to the 60 minute massage that I booked! It was not even a massage! She did nothing nice to my feet! She literally sat on my foot once, massaged the towel instead of my actual toes, and randomly touched my calf areas without any massage intention! I wish I got her name so I can warn you all! She was wearing a white shirt when we were there, Sunday 10/03/21 afternoon! And to make it worse, she demanded a $10 tip for a $48 massage! When my boyfriend gave $10 for a $65 massage to Mike (who was not physically there to get his tips because he was busy preparing for the next customer) and we had to give it to her to give it to him instead, she demanded a $10 for her as well even when she did a bad massage job and her massage was only focused on foot while Mike gave a combo massage. I wanted ti give her $7 for $48 massage and she bitched about it! She demanded $10 and kinda rolled her eyes saying: minimum is 20% tip! She just made it up! She was rude and didn't deserve a tip! Also, they cannot even afford a front desk person! So frustrating when someone demanded a tip that she does not deserve! So my advice to you is to either call and book with Mike or don't come here at all! My masseuse is NOT trustworthy at all! I don't know if she will give Mike his deserving tips! read more

WORST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE. During my experience here: Hit head Poke eye Told her no face, then she touched my face Dangerous foot turn stretch Nonstop fast boney arms in my back Painful heel massage Scratch is now on my leg Great relaxing music does not go with the torture Lots of oil was left on my neck; didn't even try to wipe it off Pushed her weight down on side of my pelvis Excessive oil cascading and splashing off my body onto the sheets Paid: $60 + 8 tip. Over 13% tip, which is generous for the experience. The front desk person tried to force me to pay 20% of $12. When I didn't, I was snarled and hissed at. I endured this massage because I was waiting for a good part to happen. My lesson learned is to cut the hour massage by the 30 minute mark and cut my losses in time, pain, and money. read more

My "masseuse" lady REFUSED to give me back my change unless I paid 20% tip and yelled at me. I guess bullying customers is part of their service?? I booked my massage for Monday 2/27 at 6:30PM She started late, and her massage was subpar. She barely applied any pressure. Towards the end, she kept getting up to check the clock and ended up finishing early!! Since I did not get my full hour, I gave her a 15% tip which I thought was still generous. I asked her to break my hundred dollar bill and she literally REFUSED to give me my change back and demanded 20% tip! I was stunned. When I refused to pay her more, she slammed my money on the counter. read more

Foot massage is good but i am not happy at being told that i am required to pay a tip of 20% in cash. When i have 15% for a half hour treatment i was scolded. I will not go back. read more

Cute, lowkey, professional, and affordable -- can you ask for more in a place named "Foot Heaven"? Called a day ahead before coming in for a little relaxation with my two sisters, and we ended up choosing bodywork over foot massages. That was definitely the way to go! Inside is charming and clean. We split up into a couples room and a single (which we were fine with). Yuyu (sp?) was my masseuse, and she was really sweet and very good. She used just the right combination of pressures and different techniques, and she made sure not to get oil in my hair without me even asking. I left feeling incredible. My sisters both were equally happy with their massages. Since we were paying in cash and it was our first time it was $60 apiece, so we tipped $20 each since we were getting such an incredible price compared to the other options in the area. They even have a little loyalty card where the sixth service is free! Will definitely be back. COVID has dulled my sugarcoating, so I'm going to be blunt about certain complaints from some other reviewers: If you're trying to stiff a hardworking masseuse -- who is risking her health to bring you relief and escape for an hour during a pandemic -- out of $2 of her tip, shame on you. If you don't want to pay it, buy a Magic Wand and stay home. read more

I absolutely adore this place. Super clean, friendly staff, very good prices. Consistent experience and no surprises. I always feel very "at home" and taken care of when I am here. You can even add on a private Sauna session followed by a shower to any massage which can really make a massage feel like a full spa day for under $100 . The owner is very sweet & easy to make appointments with. Michael is an incredible massage therapist!! I've been to dozens of spas through the years and Michael is truly the professional you need for any deep tissue massage to help fix specific issues. He knows the anatomy of the body so well it amazes me; each massage is fully customized each time for optimal relief. I say coming to see Michael is like coming to see a doctor because he always fixes my issues and is strategic in his approach. He remembers the progress we made from last time and keeps working to get me feeling better as soon as possible. 5 stars. Definitely check Foot Heaven out and add a sauna sesh on after your massage. read more

I received a 90 minute Bidy and foot massage that was OUTSTANDING! I lived in Shanghai for 6 months and this is THE BEST massage experience I have had. The front desk ladies were super sweet and Tina was amazing. Professional, thorough, and easy to communicate with. Xie Xie to Foot Heaven!! read more

Very subpar massage. The lady was an older female and took almost 15 minutes to get prepared and ready. She spent half the time on my back which aches more than it did before I went in. Barely did anything on front other than legs(no chest, stomach or neck area). She did go on my forehead and hair and ears which I thought was strange. At the end during time to pay, the lady demanded a 20% tip which is inappropriate in my opinion. You take whatever tip the customer provides and you be thankful for it. She even went as far as to almost grab my arm and get very very angry. She shouted at me to never come back, to which I will not return. Very unprofessional behavior to display! Pressing on someone's body with your elbows is not a massage nor is it pleasant! read more

If we could give 6 stars we would. Visited for the first time today, one hour foot massage with Tiffany and my friends had a couples body massage with meena and michael. Truly we are all transformed and changed. Very clean, professional, attentive, kind, and we will be coming back regularly. read more

One of the best massages I ever got. I recently tried a new place in Somerville, but it wasn't as good as this one.

This place is a hidden gem. I visited twice while staying in Cambridge and had 30 min foot massages and a back massage in the private room. Staff was friendly, courteous and absolutely excellent. I left feeling relaxed and noticeably different in my muscles and joints. read more

A less expected good experience and reasonable pricing when you pay cash! Will definitely come back for more!

I do not like being forced to give a 20% tip. One employee is ruining it for the rest of them as I will never go there again.

Great location, friendly staff and great massage. The prices are very reasonable and would highly recommend! I had a 60 minute foot treatment and had a quick neck- shoulder-arm bonus massage. read more

This place is very clean and offers some fabulous services outside of just foot massages (including full key massages and cupping). I recently had a half hour foot massage on a whim while I was on a date night for my birthday. I think it was around $35- pretty affordable. My husband wanted a massage as well, and even though there were two employees there, the other one seemed to be off duty. I thought that was strange, but it was about 2 hours from closing time and so maybe there were other things that needed to get done? Anyway, since it was only a half an hour, he didn't mind waiting- though I wished he could have gotten a foot massage as well. My massage was great- I loved the seating, the blanket, the eye mask. I'd love to come back and try some other services in 2018! read more

Bad massage by a masseuse that is not well trained. I went in for a 1 hour full body massage. My masseuse didn't ask me what type of pressure I'd like so I told her harder on the back and shoulders. She refused to press harder because she said I was "tense" even though I was very relaxed. I had to tell her multiple times to press harder on my back since I have a lot of knots and she still refused to apply more pressure. After the fourth time I told her to press harder, she started applying more pressure but on my arms and legs which was almost painful. She applied so much pressure on my arms that my left arm is now bruised. read more

Just very ok. Came across this place on Groupon so decided to try it out. They did not have anyone working the front desk and during my massage the woman stepped out 3 separate times to speak to customers at front door or answer phone calls. I was not relaxed and the massage was very rushed. You would think they would add extra time too to make up for leaving the room multiple times but she did not and did not even get around to massaging my feet due to the massage timer. Maybe it was a bad first experience but will not be going back read more

Pretty dingy spot and the massage is pretty mediocre. Wouldn't really recommend unless you're in a spot

This place used to be really solid but has gone downhill as indicated by other recent reviews. I had the second worst massage of my life here - completely random forceful rubbing, actively painful work too close to bony structures, like 20 minutes of having my hair scrubbed dry as though I were at a salon, movements done on one side not done on the other, etc. - I wish I'd gotten the name of the person (who was also working as a receptionist). As noted in other reviews, a 20% tip is not optional here and you should plan to pay that amount. read more

I scheduled an appointment for 630. Got there at 6:38 and was turned away told that they cannot take me. Very unprofessional. Most massage places have a grace. Least they could've done was still offer me the massage but just done it for eight minutes less. I planned my entire day to get a massage at this time. Very disappointed. Don't recommend to anyone who values their time read more

Actually very good massages for the price. The facility is also clean and well done. Making this my go to massage spot in Cambridge.

Pretty solid massages with Michael and Meena but agree with those who say the lady at the counter tries to shake customers down for a larger tip. She yelled at my friend "give more money, they work hard!" - she said she'd give our providers their tips and we insisted to give the tip ourselves. Boy, was she pissed! Very bad customer service- get rid of the crazy lady at the front desk and you may get more return customers. Also, ask your providers to wear masks; the man who worked on me was good but he is a smoker and his breath smelled bad and huffed and puffed all over me. Don't think I'll be returning given the shadiness of the front desk. Feel bad for the personnel. read more

I had a great body massage today with Tiffany. Pressure was intense at times but it was what I needed. Loved the bonus if hot stones and hot towels used as part of the massage. I think i will try a foot massage next. read more

COVID got you down? Why not head over to get a foot massage? You can reserve a time slot by calling ahead. My husband and I were the only customers. The place was clean, calm, and the massage was painfully good. What else do you need to know about a foot massage place? read more

What a great find! The soft music, lighting, plush chairs and table create an ambience that makes the services even better. On their own merits, the foot and full body massages are FANTASTIC. The price is also a plus - if you pay cash the discount is 20%. What a deal. We will be back - frequently. read more

I just received a 60 minute foot massage during COVID. First they check your temperature and you have to wear a mask. If you pay in cash, it's around $48. This is my first time receiving a foot massage and it was pretty good! Definitely relaxing; the first few minutes, i received a quick massage on my upper back and shoulders and that was much needed! It is a bit intense (I didn't mind!) so definitely say something in the beginning if you want something less intense. It was a bit noisy (people talking and the phone ringing) but I didn't mind too much. read more

Loved this place, they made sure the knots in my neck and should were taken care of and I also added cupping to my massage.

I am a regular customer every week for 90 min sessions, and my fiancé and I come here often. We love this place and we support it 100% as a local business and a Cambridge/Somerville community place! The best part is the massages are quite stellar and the prices are more than reasonable. We know all four masseuses; they are a small business and lovely people. Things can be hectic (but rarely! I get interrupted more than once but it is 30 seconds each time and a max of twice per session - so just chill- because they don't have a dedicated receptionist because they can't afford one), but even then, I actually ask specifically for Coco (who does all the management and receptionist activities) because she actually gives really excellent massages. (Trust me I know a good massage and I'm a deep tissue sort of gal). This is one of the best massage places in Boston, hands down. Best bang for your buck and honestly best massages in the area regardless of price. Michael is my favorite because he is suuuuper deep tissue (if you're an athlete or in pain, he's your man and be prepared to do some deep breathing) but he's currently on sabbatical for another few weeks. Tiffany and Yu Yu are also reaaaaally great- i ask for them too. Awesome place. read more

For more than half of our 60 min massage there was loud music playing and a group of people yelling outside. At no point did we get an apology or a chance to move rooms. It ruined the massage. The people working here were also misleading about the price over the phone. We still tipped, and then were scoffed at for not tipping more. At one point we considered getting up and leaving, it was impossible to enjoy the massage. The massage itself was subpar and overpriced. Will NEVER return here. Do NOT come here, look elsewhere. read more

The service is awesome and the people are so nice! Totally recommend

I have had hundreds of Chinese massages in the last 10 years. This place was by far the worst experience. The lady masseuse kept telling me to "relax". I was relaxed. But, she insisted I wasn't. This was irritating. Finally, the 4th time, I told her that I had pain in my neck and this was probably why she thought I was not "relaxed". She ignored me. By then she was agitated and started massaging my arms very hard. Now, I see a previous review that states the exact same situation: accusation that the client is not relaxed followed by extremely painful arm massage! It was so painful and the worst massage I have ever experienced among hundreds that I have had. I asked her to stop the massage halfway through because it was unbearable. She made me cry and I don't cry easily. Her name is Yuyu. In the end, my daughter and I went back and they gave my money back. 2 reviews stating the same thing. Do not go. read more

Good location, average prices, minimal interior and average cleanliness: this place deserves a 3 in my book because the ladies don't put much strength or energy into the service. I opted for the 60 min foot massage. This includes a 5 min hot soak and shoulder rub. From the very beginning my lady was already chatting her head off to the other lady working on my friend. I asked her politely many times to use more strength, esp on my feet but she just wasnt into it. Therefore the entire 60 min was like a big tease for me. Note, I do get Chinese foot and body massages quite often so I do have more of a tolerance and a specific preference. It was just frustrating when they couldn't accommodate to my requests. Perhaps it was because we were the last customers in there for the evening and they wanted to close shop ASAP. Total was 48$ plus tip though I didn't think she deserved the tip, ha! read more

I've been going to foot heaven since my neck and back was injured in a car accident last November. The pain was significantly relieved after a one hour session although it comes back the next day. My insurance paid for my 6 months treatment but I still go every two weeks now. I believe there is a grant opening because the price for one hour session dropped from $80 to $60 and there are new staffs. some improvement in the shop be done, I am glad they are still doing a great job for a more affordable price, I will keep on coming back! read more

Well, not a good experience for me, but pretty good experience for my boyfriend. The woman doing spa for me is very irresponsible. She took a call during the time she did massage for me. And promised to compensate the time later but didn't actually do that. It's attitude issue. And the massage was just okay. I guess next time if this happens I won't paying her 20% tips. And I don't want her doing massage for me ever again. read more

Went here for a body massage, not a foot massage. Had high hopes for this place, as I was looking for a place near work (Kendall Square). Stopped in the day before the massage to make an appointment, and entered to find no one at the front desk. After calling out "hello?" a couple of times, a woman ran out from the back; I could see her through a beaded curtain (!) reclining on a couch. Weird. Anyway, she booked me for the next day, and said there was a discount if I paid in cash. Okay. The next day when I arrived for my appointment, again there was no one at the front. The same woman ran up from the back and asked why I was there. For an appointment, I responded. Oh, she said. Okay, weird. An older man appeared from the back, putting on a uniform shirt. He didn't speak...showed me to a room. The room was nice. No complaints. The woman followed and explained that I should undress and cover myself with a towel, which she handed me. A small bath towel. Clean, but tiny. (I am a normal sized person). Again, weird. After I complied the man came back in the room for the massage. I'd (barely) covered myself with the small bath towel. The "massage" was primarily him rubbing my back through the towel. What? Id be surprised if he had even the minimal amount of training. It was almost like if you asked your friend to rub your back when it's a bit sore after a workout. It was an hour massage, and for the majority of it I was totally shocked about how terrible it was. Get some trained massage therapists and a proper blanket in there (oh, and you were laying on disposable paper like a doctor's office), and perhaps they'll be legit. Not cheap either. Even with the "cash discount". read more
