Once it was ready, we were escorted inside to the attached photo and each session is 40 minutes and there is a tv in a separated section of the room not impacted by the heated sauna. The temperature was always kept between 145-150 degrees and it wasn't extreme heat, which made it more manageable and bearable. They also provided wet cold towels for usages if needed and we were just relaxing and chilling in there. There's plenty of towels and you can always ask for more. Overall everything went flawless and we look forward to coming back! They also have the crypto therapy room!!!!

My regular flexologist is THE G.O.A.T., so it's not a fair comparison, but it was enough to tide me over until my next real session. Frankie was really sweet though, and he loosened up some tight spots. Frankie did mention that I was really flexible, which again, is a testament to the goat (and probably my Pilates workouts as well), and so some of the moves didn't really meet the edge of my flexibility. We didn't accomplish as much as I would have with my regular person who would have taken me a whole lot further, but again, my reg is a GOAT. It's also worth noting that they regularly charge $75 for a half hour session. That's highway robbery. Had I actually paid that for what I got, I would have been more than annoyed. Fortunately, I used ClassPass points instead. Also, I sat and waited in the wrong building for about 20 minutes. Wish they had clearer signage and/or directions in the "How to Get There" section of your ClassPass confirmation message. They could have also been more proactive about looking for me (especially when they saw that it was past my appointment time), instead of just letting me sit in the wrong building for as long as I did. Would I return? Well, I only get a certain number of StretchLab sessions per month, and sometimes there are more weeks in a month than I have available sessions. So in those cases, I would return...via ClassPass points only.

I finally had the chance to treat myself to a visit today, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. I especially enjoyed the themed rooms throughout the spa. My favorite was the cold room as it was incredibly refreshing, especially on such a hot California day. The entire experience was relaxing, clean, and just what I needed. I love it when she poured warm water over me to rinse off dead skin. Body scrub is a must!!!! Its not painful or uncomfortable. Everything is leave woth a body scrub, I feel refreshed. Once you enter the spa, you must take off your shoes. There is a small locker just for your shoes. And there's a locker for your clothes, bigger locker. No shoes allow, you can wear socks. You'll also get a wristband to access your locker. Before you enter the shower room, you must be nude. You can enjoy the hot tub and cold water area. There is also a dry sauna and mist sauna. It's pretty comfortable and well maintained, slightly better than the ones i've been to in koreatown. Once you go to the coed / main area, you must put on your t shirt and shorts. I was hungry, so I went to the restaurant.You must bring your credit card or use your electronic wallet on your phone. You don't use the wristband to pay. Resturant had a lot of options I chose the ramen, because it looked simple and I was surprised it came with side dishes.Thank you. There is also a water fountain inside the restaurant and near the locker area. This is a place you must come and just find out for yourself. Its relaxing . U can come as group or by yourself .

They are personal, professional, they care about their patients, it is obvious that they are skilled at their practice, and now I know why the community of Whittier Christian High School highly recommends them for your children if they are dealing with an injury. I highly recommend them to any parents meeting care for their child.And I personally plan to go back in the future for other services that they offer for my own care.But of course, we take care of our children.First.So that was our focus and our priority and they took care of her through her full recovery. When she was first injured and we went to urgent care.We were told that she would be out for the entire basketball season.And that she would need at least six months to recover from her injured ankle roll. After going to Shi Wellness for about 3-4 weeks, and following every detail of their directions for her care at home, they cut that healing and recovery time down significantly, and she was ready to go before the team made it to their CIF game! It feels as good as a tanning bed but actually heals your skin instead of damaging it, awesome!
