We waited no more than 5 min while they were preparing our room. Once it was ready, we were escorted inside to the attached photo and each session is 40 minutes and there is a tv in a separated section of the room not impacted by the heated sauna. The temperature was always kept between 145-150 degrees and it wasn't extreme heat, which made it more manageable and bearable. They also provided wet cold towels for usages if needed and we were just relaxing and chilling in there. There's plenty of towels and you can always ask for more. Overall everything went flawless and we look forward to coming back! They also have the crypto therapy room!!!!

My regular flexologist is THE G.O.A.T., so it's not a fair comparison, but it was enough to tide me over until my next real session. Frankie was really sweet though, and he loosened up some tight spots. Frankie did mention that I was really flexible, which again, is a testament to the goat (and probably my Pilates workouts as well), and so some of the moves didn't really meet the edge of my flexibility. We didn't accomplish as much as I would have with my regular person who would have taken me a whole lot further, but again, my reg is a GOAT. It's also worth noting that they regularly charge $75 for a half hour session. That's highway robbery. Had I actually paid that for what I got, I would have been more than annoyed. Fortunately, I used ClassPass points instead. Also, I sat and waited in the wrong building for about 20 minutes. Wish they had clearer signage and/or directions in the "How to Get There" section of your ClassPass confirmation message. They could have also been more proactive about looking for me (especially when they saw that it was past my appointment time), instead of just letting me sit in the wrong building for as long as I did. Would I return? Well, I only get a certain number of StretchLab sessions per month, and sometimes there are more weeks in a month than I have available sessions. Upon arriving at the front desk, they give you a spa outfit, some towels, and a wristband. The wristband unlocks your shoe locker and your separate clothing locker. The hot tub area is fully nude whereas the common areas are clothed. I went to grab some dinner and had the croaker fish. The service was fast and easy. The food is a little pricey but their meals came with a lot of bonchon so it made up for the cost! After dinner, I checked out the charcoal room, ice room and salt room. All the rooms were clean and had plenty of space for relaxing! Finally, I had a body scrub appointment at 8pm. I booked the scrub with Jenny and it was an experience! For those who never had a korean body scrub before, you have to soak in the hot tub for 20-30 mins. Then your masseuse will call your name and bring you in the side room. Then you lie on your back on the table and get the ultimate scrub down! I felt so much lighter after the scrub. My skin tone was even and felt baby soft. Then she also give you a cucumber facial and wash your hair for you! My hair was super silky and smooth. They have dyson hair dryers in the women locker rooms which made it easy for me to get ready.
